We live in Ohio and were thinking about purchasing an investment property in Cape Coral with two other couples. I had never been to the area and wanted to learn more. Ann and her team were recommended to us by a friend as someone knowledgeable in the area. We spoke on the phone several times and I was very impressed with not only her knowledge of the area, pricing and investment value, but with her patience at working with three couples who had many questions for her.

We went to Cape Coral a few months later to familiarize ourselves with the area and see some houses so we would be prepared to buy in the future. While we were there, a house came on the market that was a perfect fit for us and they helped us successfully purchase this home.

Since then, we have been working with Ann, Jeff and Lorrie to prepare the home for rental and their knowledge and support have been invaluable. They have helped us immensely with local contractors and contacts to improve and maintain the home and their detailed knowledge and advice on preparations is impressive. With us living out of state, I don't know how we would do it without them! They are always very responsive and go above and beyond to take care of our new home.
