Mark has a very friendly local service that completely took my stress away. I trusted him to take my laptop from me and replace the cracked screen. He was able to take it on the day, remain in contact with me throughout the process and replace the screen for a good cost within 2 days. A delight to work with.

Thanks, Mark, the backup you set up 15 months ago worked a treat when the Microsoft Update 1809 didn't install properly and created a blue screen situation. Following on from that you discovered that our PC is too old to take the latest update and you provided invaluable support and advice which has remedied a worrying situation.
