This machine does this all the time, but not on the game I was playing. The company takes hours to show up and uses the disclaimer to protect themselves. The machine is defective and they don't replace it. Bar owners don't use Gem!! If I could add photos, I would to prove my review is honest. The bartender called Gen four times and the Tech was close, within 25 miles and then two towns away. It took over two hours to go 25 miles even though he was in route.
