We were moving from Michigan to Florida.
We didn't have any friends or family in Florida but the sunshine state was calling us in retirement.

His integrity shined as we toured each home.

Ann's passion is in finding the deep rooted information that goes into making the right decision about purchasing a home. She has a keen sense for researching the smallest key factors that give you a true value of each home. Ann digs deep into current and past statistics related to the area market and how it relates to each individual home. Ann showed us how the same statistics don't apply to each home even though they may only be a block or a mile apart. We appreciated her instinctive nature in the process.
Combining those skills with her keen knowledge to write, present and close the best offer for everyone in the transaction is unbeatable.

Lorrie is the essential third leg in this team that helps keep it stable. From day one, Lorrie provided us with the direction we needed since we were totally clueless as to how Florida real estate sales flowed.
She kept in steady contact through emails and phone calls that sometimes came late in the evening. It's obvious she's always thinking about the next step and staying proactive. She gave us a timeline of events that helped guide us and keep us focused on every step of the purchase. We appreciated Lorries tenacity throughout the process. She's rock solid.
