After 3 purchases at Prestman Auto, you know we're happy customers. My Mother-in-Law, my husband, his coworkers + now I, myself have gotten a vehicle at Prestman + they've taken the best care of all of us. The staff is awesome. Trevor has been hands-down the best to work with. He really looks out for you, connecting you to the right vehicle for you. He gives you all of the facts about any car you have your eye on + explains everything in great detail. I'm not surprised that they just won Highest Rated Dealership in Utah on Google. Congrats you guys, you keep the roads filled with exciting, beautiful vehicles.
Colin was our salesman and we have never had someone advocate for us like we were family. He was very honest and straightforward, he also helped us get our stuff out of our car we traded in, which he helped get a good price for, and helped us put our stuff in the new car. He was a great example of a salesman who cares.
The real issue behind our experience was the manager and the financing team. The financing team sold us over $3000 in fees for the car and unnecessary payments for inspection charges and other charges. The manager should ve of paid more for the car we traded in. Also since we were first time buyers they were not forthcoming with the details on the documents.
We do really enjoy our car and it is pretty good quality. We don t regret buying it as it is a really good family car, we just wish we were a bit wiser in negotiating everything

Edit Aug 14th 2019 - We just bought our next vehicle from here a 2017 Acura MDX and once again the process was as smooth as could be, relaxed, and very personable. We will never buy a vehicle from any other dealership ever! Up here in Logan and it's worth the travel down to get. They are such amazing deals, friendly people that how can we pass them up? Our truck we got 6 years ago is still amazing and feels like new. Best dealership ever!
Service was ok. Nothing over the top. Plates came in late and they did not overnight them like they promised, instead they mailed them 2 day. Car needed an oil change and new filters when I got it. Sway bar came loose multiple times and caused clunking in my engine. Love the car, but not the issues that followed and the lack of follow up. Oh and the loan lady is super pushy about their extended warranty and they pretty much say that if you drive it off the lot, don t call tomorrow when the transmission fails. I said no multiple times and felt extremely pressed into getting the warranty.
Shopping for cars isn't my favorite thing to do but Kyle and Travis worked very hard to get me the vehicle that I wanted in the right price range. I would recommend working with them. Great job!

We have been thinking about buying a previously owned late model luxury SUV for a while now and when I heard about Prestman Auto and what they do I was certainly intrigued. We dropped in today and met Tracy Ball who helped us so much through the purchase of our Infinity EX. Im a first time buyer and live out of state so I was nervous to buy a car online without ever seeing it in person but Dub made it so easy! I love the car and so happy I did it!
They were fast and efficient when we were signing documents, very friendly and helpful when we had questions. They even put the car up on the lift so we could check out the undercarriage of the car! I would definitely recommend them and will probably purchase another vehicle from them in the future. Definitely best dealership I've been to! Even better is that they have the best prices hands down! I'm from northern Wyoming and drove 9 hours down to The Salt Lake City location to buy if that says anything haha.

I purchased this car knowing it needed some cosmetic work but was unhappy in the end as it has several serious mechanical issues such as an Exstreme alignment issue 300 miles on a new set of rear tires and they are completely worn out. I was told the top worked, it dose not. I was told the air conditioner worked it dose not work. The was extremely dirty when delivered. A quick wash but dirty inside. I have purchased several cars from you in the past and it's always been a great experience. Hopefully these things can be worked out.
Overall, I had a very positive experience with Prestman Auto. I am a very particular buyer, and ask a lot of questions and also take my time before making a decision. Not a single person at Prestman was pushy or tried to pressure me. I worked primarily with Alec Flitton who was patient and very responsive. Toward the end of my nearly 3 weeks of deciding, I also worked with Tracy Ball who helped finalize all of the paperwork.
What I find most refreshing is that neither Alec or Tracy tried to sell me anything. They were there to answer questions and help you test drive as many cars as you want as often as you want. I also appreciated that they were upfront about the cars and the Prestman "vision" and business model of selling only branded vehicles.
I am a big believer in branded title vehicles so I knew what I was getting into. With that said, it's important to me that the cars I buy have no frame or engine damage. Luckily, Prestman does not sell branded titles with frame or engine damage, so you know you're getting an especially good deal.
In the end, I was very happy I chose Prestman and will definitely be back.

They are dishonest, and the cars they sell aren't fixed properly (I guess you can't really verify that because you can't take them to an independent mechanic for inspection). They will not disclose the repairs in the car and who did them. Also dealer fees are super high. The 5 stars reviews aren't honest reviews. Buyers, beware.

I was very impressed with how the dealership looked and the personnel was very professional. I was greeted by Trevor and the rest is history. Trevor was very nice and showed me the car I was interested in. He made feel right at home and comfortable with all that we discussed. He was very confident that I was getting my Acura that day. Dave the finance guy was awesome too. We were both born on the same day, so we clicked right away. He made me aware of the fine lines on the contract and he went above and beyond to make this deal happen. Dave definitely went out of his way for me and was very patient!

I was helped by Dub, a sales representative at Prestman Auto (I may be spelling his name incorrectly). The awesome part about this story, is that I didn't buy a car from Prestman. I bought a car from Larry H. Miller. I was unhappy with my purchase at Larry H. Miller. I had signed contracts...all of them. But I hadn't left any money down or taken the car off the lot. Dub gave me advice on how to handle the situation and I saved $4000. The next time I buy a car, I'm going to Prestman. Their cars may not have clean titles, but they have Dub, and potentially other great sales people that won't try to trick you. I do not recommend Larry H. Miller. I recommend Dub at Prestman Auto.
I purchased an Acura from Prestman Auto, I got to work with Marshall (sales) and Dave (in finance). Marshall was fun to work with, very nice and cheerful; even though he was having a busy day I still felt like my needs and questions were met and answered. Marshall was more than willing to help me with any questions or concerns I had. Dave was also friendly to work with (for being the finance guy wink wink), in the past with other dealers I've experienced, the finance guy is kind of scary but Dave was great, so nice and informative. The rest of the staff was also very friendly, if I was waiting alone, for what ever reason, and a staff member saw me they were quick to see if I was being helped and then offered a cold water. Over all, very helpful and friendly staff. I felt very comfortable during my entire time there. I also liked that the pricing was a NO HAGGLE, from the time I got back from my test drive to the time I drove away in my new Acura (new to me), was probably just over an hour. It was very nice that I didn't have to spend my entire Friday evening trying to make a deal. Marshall was up front and honest about the pricing which was nice.
I have to admit that I was a little nervous buying a 'branded' car, but I felt at ease with the option to buy a warranty. This option tells me that Prestman Auto is willing to guarantee the cars they sell; and even with a branded car I have some security if there are any problems that come up in the future. I've only had my Acura for a few days and because I am very particular with my vehicles I took it to my mechanic to be serviced and "checked out" and I was given a clean bill of health for my car and I couldn't be any happier.
I would highly recommend to my friends and family to check out Prestman Auto as well as work with Marshall. Their vehicles are quality and they come with a great price tag. It's a win/win for everyone.

On Saturday we were told by the dealership they would fix the broken A/C line on the car we were ready to buy. They told us it would be ready for pick up on Thursday...it's Monday and they sold the car right out from underneath us.....NEVER WILL I RETURN. BAD FORM PRESTMAN AUTO BAD FORM!

We had a decent experience. Yes they were quick and kind but we didn't feel that they provided us with important information. We felt like we left feeling rushed and pushed through quickly. Also the listing price that the car was posted on KSL was not the price they actually sold it to us. On Saturday it was a lower price and by monday (after I called to confirm the car was still available) the price went up. I should've paid more attention obviously but buying a car isn't stress free anyways.
I went In to see if I could get approved, Carlos help me out. He was very helpful throughout my whole process, he seemed very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. When I got denied he didn t treat me any different. I would definitely recommend this place.

It has to be said, I was nervous looking at cars with branded titles. But when you want something only a few years old and you want it for the best price, branded is the way to go. This is my first experience buying a car from a dealership with such pleasant salesman, they have been nothing but caring and helpful for me and my family. from step one they have taken care of all my problems to make the process easy on me. this i was incredibly impressed about. i have been to many dealerships in search of what i look for, and on top of having a great selection of vehicles to pick from, they also have by far the best customer service i have personally dealt with. one salesman i was most impressed with was Landon Huntsman, he was there to take care of me, nice to my five year old daughter, and evidently has his people skills on par. he has secured my loyalty with this dealership, and with him as a salesman. if you're going to buy an automobile from this establishment, going through this individual is most definitely the way to go! he knows his stuff, doesn't push me when i feel unsure (like car salesman often do), and gets the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible so that we don't waste each others time. My experience at Prestman Auto has been OUTSTANDING. We initially bought my son's dream car about a month ago and received such great service from the entire team. Initially, our recommended sales person was busy with another customer, so many of the other staff helped us in the meantime. Thank you to Marshall and Craig for making sure our questions were answered and we were taken care of. Ultimately, Trevor showed us just about everything we were considering on the lot and finally sold us Nik's Audi (as his mom still al little worried about that turbo!)- and he has been ecstatic ever since! Thank you Trevor for taking the time with us and Dave for making sure we got everything we needed done efficiently and effectively. Everyone is so great at Prestman - they all truly demonstrated the highest level of service to its customers! I, too, was interested in a potential new car, but what I really wanted was a Q7 (they didn't have one and rarely got them in) so we left with the one new Audi that my son proudly drove away. Some important follow up and then that was the end of that. Until one magical day, a month or so later, Trevor calls me personally and says "we got it". I'm thinking some special gadget Nik had them order for his car. No, "we have your Audi Q7 - just came in on trade, clean title". I asked him to hold it, I would be in to test drive it the next day. Before detailed or anything, took it for a quick spin and yes, it is now sitting in my garage!! They worked quickly for me, Dave, Marshall, and Craig went WAY out of their way to make sure I was taken care of...and I just can't say enough about TREVOR - he had me every step of the way. After my first experience I was impressed with the follow-up, I even got the follow-up from Jason to make sure everything went well (this meant a lot) ; but after this next experience (I walk in and everyone greets me and recognizes me like family - and, bends over backwards to move everything quickly with my known busy schedule), I am sold, sold, sold!!! These guys are great...can't say enough...great deals, great cars, and really great people!

They didn't rush me. I really like being able to take my time. They are always busy, but you should expect that with a dealership that offers lower prices. My son was a ruckus in the place while we were waiting on paperwork. No one gave us a dirty look. I was worried he was being too rowdy and noisy. Again they were very friendly.
The only concern I have is that while they were helping me, I caught a few errors in the paperwork through multiple drafts that took longer than I expected. I am a first time buyer from a dealership.
I was pleasantly surprised and happy with my overall experience. 4 stars only because the paperwork took an additional 30 minutes or more.

We took our car to an independent mechanic and he said the work prestman had done on the car looked like good quality work. There were a few minor concerns he noticed, and when we brought it up with our salesman, they offered to make all the fixes, no questions asked. We would buy from them again!

I live in Idaho and have been looking for a new car for the past few months. I narrowed it down to a specific make and model and began my search. I came across the exact vehicle I was looking for with mileage lower than I had expected and an excellent price.
I called Prestman Auto and spoke to Tracy. He was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed and answered all my questions. That same day I drove from Idaho to the dealership where I was helped by Tracy and Travis. I am very happy with my new car and the ease of buying it. The price was great and so was my experience. I have purchased 2 cars from this dealership, and for the most part they offer quality cars at a fairly discounted cost because of the rebuilt/restored titles. Both my cars have performed without any hiccups.
There are however a few things that don't permit me from giving this establishment a 5 star rating. First are the fees. I know every dealership has its fees, but the doc fees are a bit more than usual around $400. Another fee that I find frustrating is the etching fee. $300 extra dollars is applied to every car because of an anti theft VIN number is etched into every windshield of every car. I wish they gave you the option to opt out of such a service.
The last negative thing is the fact that they do not fill up your car to full tank before you leave the lot, they fill it to 1/4. They state that is a way to keep the cars on thier lot at a low price. I understand it reduces thier costs, but I can tell you that leaving with a car you just purchased, and having the gas light come on before you make it home is not the best way to end a car buying experience.
All in all its a great place to buy a car, and I didn't feel like the staff or salespeople were pushy in any way.
Just bought a 2010 Toyota RAV4 Limited. I drove it up LCC and it was perfect! My buddy who does auto body work professionally was impressed with the finish and detail on the car as well. Bottom line is that I am delighted with my new car!

Like a lot of people, I dread car shopping Looking at car after car to find the best deal , listening to sales men try to convince you this is the one and then the dreaded back and forth with the Finance manager to cap off your exhausting day. Only to leave feeling like you really didn t get the best deal, you just gave in because you re beat up and tired of talking sound familiar?
Well, none of that is what happened when we went to look at a car at Prestman Auto. Marshall and the rest of the Prestman Auto team were great to work with throughout the process. From helping us find exactly what we wanted in our 2012 Honda Pilot, to making sure we were happy after we drove it home a noticed a few fixes still needed to be taken care of.
We missed out on the first Pilot we looked at because we weren t ready with our financial stuff and as the old saying goes You snooze, you lose . But, Marshall said they would find us another Pilot and they did. We were so excited to finally get our car, and Prestman was so excited to give it to us that we took it home before a few fixes had been completed, i.e. Visor on passenger side needed to be replaced, some button and screw clips and covers needed to be replaced, and there was some kind of electrical issue with the USB port in the center console. Now based on past experiences I was a little worried about driving away before these fixes were done, but Marshall assured me they would take care of us and make sure we were 100% happy with the car and Prestman Auto.
I am 100% happy to say that everything Marshall and everyone at Prestman Auto told us was true. They fixed everything we asked them to fix (after driving it home), and even let us take it to a Honda Factory Dealer closer to home (Cache Valley) to get the USB port fixed, and paid for it.
We had nothing but a positive experience in buying our Pilot from Prestman. We will be back when we need our next car! Great service through Trevor Durfey. Wasn't stoked on the many fees associated with buying a "rebuilt" title car, but this is also my first experience. Perhaps I'll be presently surprised. I'll let the car do the talking!
Good grief....how do I say this without sounding too crazy? I had looked all over Prestman's web site and looked at dozens of cars and spent a lot of hours reviewing different models and their pros and cons. I showed up to Prestman and met Debbie Francis. When Prestman says "No Pressure", they mean NO PRESSURE. I walked in to the showroom and was NOT approached or bombarded by anyone. I walked up to Deb's desk (unkowingly) and asked for Deb. She smiled, I introduced myself and she recognized my name from the short phone call we had two days prior. I told her what I wanted to look at and my requirements and she walked me around to a half-dozen cars or more as I crossed some off the list and left some on the list. I test drove a car that met my requirements and came back to her desk. Her exact words were "Well, you're in the driver's seat. What do you want to do next?"
I was blown away.
No upsell. No hassle. No getting me to look at something else. I was in total control during the entire process.
I asked to test drive another car. She handed me the key and off I went.
I've never dealt with folks like Prestman. The only salesman I know like this is myself. Deb and Dave White were outstanding and very open about the whole process. Heck, I even asked them to show me detailed repair records and carfax reports on each vehicle and they were MORE than happy to. Totally open and honest.
Could not ask for a better process or better sales team. Well done, Prestman!
