Friendly customer service. Worked with a handful of different people in the building and on the phone.

Vehicle seems to be in good condition so far. Feels like an honest dealer.

They didn't rush me. I really like being able to take my time. They are always busy, but you should expect that with a dealership that offers lower prices. My son was a ruckus in the place while we were waiting on paperwork. No one gave us a dirty look. I was worried he was being too rowdy and noisy. Again they were very friendly.

The only concern I have is that while they were helping me, I caught a few errors in the paperwork through multiple drafts that took longer than I expected. I am a first time buyer from a dealership.

I was pleasantly surprised and happy with my overall experience. 4 stars only because the paperwork took an additional 30 minutes or more.
