Alex was very nice and friendly. The original car we had in mind was not in the lot but she was able to find a car that matched what we were looking for.

We just had the BEST experience today buying our daughter's car!! Trevor Durfey was courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, etc. He listened and delivered what we were looking for. We were very impressed with the transparency of the branded title. We will be recommending Prestman Auto to our friends and family.

Great experience with a nice selection of cars. I'm was impressed by the overall atmosphere including the facilities which are not your typical used car lot. Nice cars, knowledgeable sales employees and great lounge during the process. Debbie was great to work with. This is my second vehicle purchased through PA and I've had a great experience both times. The ability to do all the legwork behind the scenes, electronically, made this much smoother. I was able to walk in, pick up the keys and drive off without spending time in the dealership. Highly recommended.

I bought a 2008 WRX from them. Tracy helped us out with the purchase. I must say i have never found such an amazing deal!!! Literally the car was brand new! I drove it and left the building then just lost all desire to look at any other cars. I wasnt going to find a better deal on such an amazingly clean car. I drove the car home 300 miles after the purchase and it drove completely perfect. Not one issue with the car. This place has my full recommendation to anyone. Ask for Tracy, he was very good on working with us and helping us through the motions. He had a very positive attitude and you could tell he loves his job. I am not giving them this rating just to "boost" it, literally i found the perfect car at an unbeatable price.

Update: 3 Days after purchasing car, already ran into issues. Service department has been awesome to work with! Sales department has dropped the ball and basically totally abandoned helping out. Good thing I got the warranty, otherwise I would've been out of luck according to my sales guy (Colin). Even though the car was sold to me as in "working condition." Still a great value, just make sure you do a thorough run through of the car.

Although our experience with everyone there was great. The vehicle we purchased has cost us a lot of money since bringing it home. We were given pretty much bald tires on the car and no spare tire(granted I should have checked this before buying the car)which had to be replaced for the winter season, we received a call a month after purchase about a spare and they said they'd get us one, never did . Just a little past a month after purchasing it, we broke down on the side of the freeway while on a road trip with two little kids and had to have some very expensive work done. Shortly after that, we had to fix the rear air condition and just recently were informed we have to replace the shocks. Im feeling slightly duped and wish I could replace the entire vehicle instead of having to keep repairing parts on it. I suggest really really checking out your vehicle before purchasing it ...or looking else where. I have not contacted them to see how they can make it right but at this point...would they even do anything...hard to say .

From the moment we walked in the door, we had a great experience with Fernando. Not only with him but everyone within Prestman Auto was friendly and helpful. We would absolutely recommend them to others!

I spent a solid 4 hours at the dealership with Mario Moreno deciding on my F-150. I can honestly say that he never made me feel pressured, answered every single one of my million questions, followed up on any that he couldn't answer and generally made me feel like he was there to make sure I got something I was happy with and not make a sale. I don't ha w a ton of car buying experiences to compare to but these guys did a great job making me feel comfortable, working with me on price and chasing down finance options without ever being pushy. Definitely recommend stopping by.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I went to the Lindon location and the service is bad. We were told our deal was done, to go back and get the car next day. I get a call and was told to stop by the bank branch because they needed to verify my information, I went and they didn't know anything. I kept trying to call the person i worked with and pretty much to this day I still don't know what happened. They won't let me talk to the sales man, And he never answers my calls and they have not called me at all and its been almost a week. Bad service, don't waste your time.

We recently bought a Ford expedition at Prestman auto and had a great experience. Brett was our sales man and we are very happy with how we were treated. I felt like they were very honest about everything. He answered our questions and was very patient with all my indecisiveness! Best of all there was no pressure. We would recommend Prestman auto and Brett to anyone!

Awesome cars and people! They treat us like family! We bought a car in 2009 and we haven t had a single problem since. Today we also bought a Jeep for an amazing price and quality. I would definitely recommend Prestman Auto!

Loved this place. Our salesman, Landon, was not pushy at all. He was staightforward with our options and showed us several options and we found something with lots of extras that fit within our budget. It was also great with financing. It was pretty much hassle free, the way a car buying experience should be. It's nice to go someplace and buy a car without a glitch at all...anywhere. Love our new ride!

I called in about a test drive today and Tyler Warner was the rep that answered my call to set up a test drive. When I arrived I was greeted warmly by a few staff members, a manager walked me out to Tyler who already had the car pulled out key in hand waiting to talk about the car and and explained what a branded title was and the damages that were repaired. When I came back from the test drive Tyler and I sat down and he answered every question and concern I had rattling around in my brain. I would absolutely come back to Prestman Auto for my next car and hopefully when that time comes Tyler's still there because he made my first ever car buying experience incredibly stress free!

Bad dealer I ever bought. I bought 2018 Land Rover on Aug 14 and I made wire full amount on that day. I bought with Jeremy. Today is 11/24/2020. I still don't get title yet. I called them mostly every day but they are super rude. They said I have to wait and they wanted me to be patience. I told them that I've been waiting 3 months already. Shame on them! How is their after sales service! Tylor is the rudest in their dealer. He seems like he doesn't know about the laws. He just tried to yell up the customers. He doesn't try to solve the problem. Shame on him.

We had Jeff Wright help us while looking to buy a nice car at a good price. Luckily we had many options to choose from. I ended up buying a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. I have been driving it now for a week and absolutely love it. This car is in amazing shape and was at a great price. They really made me feel confident in buying a branded title because they are such a reliable dealership. Jeff was so great to help us in any way he could with out us feeling like he was trying to "sell us" like most other car dealerships do. I was very skeptical about purchasing a branded title vehicle, but Trevor Durfey put my mind to rest with the numerous before and after pictures and the transparency of the vehicles history. I had it checked out by my personal mechanic, and the only thing that he found was the battery was starting to die. I told Trevor and Prestman replaced it no problem. I would definitely recommend Prestman to anyone looking for a newer vehicle, for a great price! (2014 Subaru Outback Premium)

Chris is the man! Super helpful. I was driving from Arizona to Montana. I saw the F150 on Facebook in Salt Lake City. Was a smooth transaction from start to finish. The guy in finance explained everything thoroughly. The dealership is nice and has some awesome cars!

Buyer beware! I bought a vehicle almost 3 months ago and I paid cash for it and I still have not received the title or license plates! In talking to the Motor Vehicle Enforcement Division when a buyer pays cash for a vehicle they should receive title in 48 hours not 3 months. When I have called over 10 times in the past months I am told they are having a hard time locating the title and someone who could get to the bottom of it will call me back. I have never received a call back a single time. Not sure how they sell cars they don t have the title for. Stay clear of prestman auto.

Trevor and Tracy are absolutely fantastic. My family has only purchased our cars here and they've always treated us well and given us great deals. We tell all of our friends and family about this golden nugget of savings. A definite recommendation for anyone who wants a luxury car at an awesome price.

I purchased a 2013 Jetta on August 26th, 2014 and worked with Trevor Durfey. Overall, it was as good of an experience as you can get in buying a car. Trevor was very straightforward, knowledgeable and great to work with. I highly recommend Prestman Auto and I am impressed with the niche they have carved out in the car industry. Disappointed extended warranty details were not reviewed, even when asked, like there was no mention of a $100 deductible per claim. Only bumper to bumper coverage was emphasized.

If you are going to prestman make sure you ask for Justin Coburn. He was the dream sales rep (not the crazy money hungry salesmen I ve run into before) and a great communicator. This is my second car from prestman and couldn t be happier. Thanks Justin!

This place was awsome , i got nate as my car salesman and he was great very friendly and also helpful ,debbie the financing lady was a sweetheart and very good at what she does, overall it was a pleasant experience .

Prestman Auto seems like a nice place to look for a car. My grief with them is their sales staff is relentless. I went in and test drove one car. The online price was listed lower than what they were asking for it. So, that right there was a red flag for me. They only sell Branded Title cars, which already have a lower resale price, but they sell the car as though the title were clean, which is how they make a killing on their price.
Like I said, I drove one car, and it was fun, but not what I was looking for. However, before I got to drive it I had to give some info, one item was my phone number. The next week I got several calls from them talking to me about other cars that they have that I'd like. Letting them know that I wasn't interested wasn't enough to stop them from calling again the next couple days.
A couple weeks later I bought a new car from a different location. They called me again. When I told them to stop calling me because I wasn't interested and had found a car, the salesman tried to convince me to come in and trade my car in and look at what they had. Like I said, relentless. I had to tell him, "No," and to not call back because it was getting borderline harassment.
In the time from test driving to them finally stop calling me they probably called me about 5 times. You'd think that I said I wasn't interested the first time that calling back wouldn't work either.
I'm giving them 2 stars because the place was clean, and the cars were nice. The staff was friendly when I was there, but like mentioned above, it just seemed like a not-great place to be looking for a car unless I knew going in that I'd drive that car into the ground.

The experience I had buying a car from Travis was excellent. I would buy from him again.

I just have to say working with Justin was absolutely amazing! He was very patient and didn t push us at all! I love how upfront they are and don t hide anything. Justin wasn t your typical used car salesman. Just gained a customer for life!

I recently bought a 2016 STI from Landon and was very impressed with the customer service! Everyone at Prestman did not hesitate to ask if I needed help and made sure I felt right at home. They even made my dog feel at home and offered him a water bowl! As a first time buyer it went as smooth as it possibly could! Will definitely be coming back!

Our exprience at Prestman Auto was one of my top two best vehicle purchases. The dealership is one location; classy but conservative, not flashy or pompous. We were left to walk around and look. When we needed help we were approached without overbearance.

Trevor was professional, helpful and personable. No pressure; no condescending attitude; He intuitively listened and provided what he had without expectations. He gave the impression that he was there to help in the long run, if not with this sale then in the future. It was the best overall vehicle purchase experience I've had.

The closing was all done electronically. Easy to see the docs. Tracy explained each without over explanation or non needed discussion; very concise, relaxed without pretending or forcing. Everyone was there doing a job to sell cars but each committed to a good solid experience. The atmosphere was that of a proud family owned business from the top down. we are inclined to purchase our next vehicle from them. We will refer our family and close friends to Prestman.

Great dealership, Bobby our sales guy was super helpful. The repairs on the branded cars are done to factory specs so it s almost impossible to tell where it was even damaged!! Strongly recommend purchasing from them!!

First thing you should know is a car with a branded title is worth half the normal blue book. These guys seem to have almost fair prices, then they tac on a lot of BS charges so you end up paying close to blue book for a non-branded car. Do your due diligence and you won't buy from Prestman Auto. Also, because they are branded vehicles, they have no warranty, don't buy one from Prestman. You can get one for about 1/5th the price from a credit union.

Everyone was very pleasant and knowledgeable at Prestman SLC. I called ahead of time and they had the vehicles ready for me when I got there. It was easy quick and easy getting a test drive and I got a great deal. Thanks for the service everyone!!! 5 stars!!!

Wasn't honest about rebuilt title till after we made deposit. Considering we cancelled within 30 minutes of finding out and explained we weren't under the impression of salvage truck (referenced vague contract that did not mention salvage or rebuilt nonrefundable). Then we had to call and text numerous times before we got a in voice response. Once received they were vague and it all pointed to a scam (that refunds are not happening even if we were not disclosed of rebuilt title). Travis Cheeseman took my call on the 19th and said he would research. Never called back or responded. He did not handle the situation professionally and it was a poor way to treat honorable veterans now finishing up on memorial week. They later questioned my integrity as a service member for putting an honest review up. Would stay away.

Chris Sanchez was great to work with from beginning to end. Prestman Auto has a relaxed, no pressure atmosphere. I'm very pleased with my purchase of a 2015 Toyota Tacoma. I recommend Prestman to anyone looking for a great car at a fair price.

Showed up to look at a car on their lot that had been online for five days and was told it wasn't ready yet. The sales guy who wasn't very helpful said he would call me the next day. It's been three days with no call back. They certainly don't put in any effort to earn your business.

Our experience with Prestman Auto and Tracy Ball was great!!! From the moment that we walked in the door we were taken care of. Tracy worked with us and he was very friendly and easy to talk to. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and happy. He made sure that we had plenty to drink while we talked with him or waited and he was very helpful. While we were there my baby got hungry and after Tracy overhead me talking to my husband about going to feed him in the car, he went and found me a comfortable and private place to feed him. When it came to him selling us the car, he was not overly pushy like some sales reps can be. He was doing his job with trying to sell us, but without us feeling like we were forced to buy it or being taken advantage of. After the process of buying the car was well underway, he noticed moisture in the headlight and made sure to get it fixed before we left with the car. A few days after we went home with the car, he texted me and made sure that everything was fine with the car and that we were happy. We had a great experience and I would definitely return and work with Tracy again! The only complaint that I can think of is that we spent a lot of time waiting.

I was referred to Preston Auto by a friend who had a good experience there. I have to add that my experience at Preston was ver good. Friendly, professional and accommodating we re high marks for them! I was shown the car fax for the vehicle and took a test drive without any pressure.
Highly recommended!

They tell you the deposit is refundable but what they don t tell you is that they ll take the money out of your bank immediately but when you ask for a refund it takes 7-10 business days. Also, the reason we asked for a refund was because the truck was represented as a 1 owner vehicle- which it was not. It also wasn t clear until further searching that it had a salvage title! A salvage title vehicle selling for $45k! Wow! Don t trust them, don t buy a vehicle from them!

Worked with Tracy at CJ Prestman several years ago and thrilled to be working with him again. The service at CJ Prestman is unbeatable. They treat you like a friend and don't haggle with you. It's unlike any other dealership anywhere. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great car!

CHRISTOPHER SANCHEZ was a great dealer to work with. No haggling, straight forward guy. We went in with a plan to look at another car but Chris worked with us on finding the right one for us. They also helped us get the car that same day and not have to drive back to salt lake, even if it took till 6 in the afternoon. Will defensively come back when we need a car.

This is our second vehicle with a branded title. We got a 2017 Chevy traverse for a great deal! Alex was so great to work with and helped us find a beautiful vehicle. Our last branded title care is still running with over 210,000 miles. They let us test drive a ton of cars and really helped point out the good along with the bad about each vehicle. Most dealerships won t do that. Definitely planning on going back for our next car.
