Presidium are slumlords. They buy up low cost housing so they can squeeze the tenants for everything they have, and then evict them from apartments they refuse to upkeep. At the same time they donate hundreds of thousands of dollars that would be more than enough to upkeep their apartments to art companies to try to raise the overall value of the land without having to make any repairs. They use classic scammer and slumlord tactics. They are parasitic to this planet, and the people who make it run. Despicable isn't a strong enough word to describe their position.

You have the link apartments and you are doing a great job there. Office ladies have been so busy but so nice to everyone. Maintenance has been nice. my car battery was out the guys came to help me today to give me a jump i wanted to pay and he said no just good review is enough thank you. called manager to say thank you she called me back and so nice words to me thank you all.

This is my 3rd move in 3 years. I have been impressed from day one. I always get an answer or a call back with any questions or concerns. I like that I am taken seriously and the staff is always professional. Head and shoulders above other apartments I have rented at. I will be at Solaris for a while.

I have been a resident of The Villas at Tenison Park since September 2009 and my overall experiences as a tenant have been positive. Any problems that I have faced as an occupant have, for the most part, been dealt with quickly and efficiently. I would give the complex a strong recommendation as well as well-earned kudos to the management.

I just have to say that I went in the leasing offi...

I just have to say that I went in the leasing office and the Manager Letty overheard me saying my light were cutoff. She was looking for a vacant for my daughter and I to sleep bat so she wouldn t be without air till my lights cot reconnected. She got on the phone with CPS and with in minutes she got it turned on and help me get some fees taken off and work with them on a payment plan. I have to say being a young mom and know nothing about things like this is beyond me on how she got my lights on in no time. People put on here that they don t help I have to say they are liars she has proved them all WRONG!! Thank you Letty and Team Branch for all you do for the property. I will refer people to the Branch. Presidium is lucky to have a manager like her that cares and stopped what she was doing to help me out.

I currently live at The Branch at Medical Center and this is the worst experience i have ever had in an apartment. Roaches and mice all over the property INCLUDING inside of the units. Even now making sure i leave no food out at all I still find small roaches all over the place. Pest control came out twice and i have not seen them since. My electric bills are hitting almost 250 dollars due to my outdated AC unit that i have complained about over 5 times. I have been calling the office for the last 3 days and have not spoken to a single person. Absolutely frustrating and ridiculous

Where to start, if you ever get the chance to work for presidium you won t regret it. This company is amazing and the way they take care of their employees I ve never had before and trust me I ve had my fair share of bad companies I ve worked for. There s a reason this company wins best place to work.. I wanted to thank y all for giving me a chance in the leasing world and I wanted to say thank you for letting me be part of the presidium family and if my next adventure doesn t work out I hope to come back!!

If you work for this company, then your reviews will be A LOT different than us tenants LIVING here. We have our floor (tiles) cracking, peeling,smelling, leaking downstairs & caving in! We have put in several maint. request & their response is we'll have someone look @ it. Have they? NOPE!!! People are fleeing from here left & right. The maint. workers do nothing but play around all day, driving gokarts like they were toys, chitchatting with friends all day. Ask me how I know....we live in front of the office. They have POOR employees representing them. I'd put MORE things but NOTHING will get done. I can't wait to flee too

This is this the MOST INCOMPETENT group of manager...

This is this the MOST INCOMPETENT group of managers ever. They overcharge for services that they cannot monitor accurately. They even try and charge you for services that you do not use. Water is cut off at all times with no explanations. Just had a water pipe break in an unsecured empty townhouse that they were made aware of two weeks ago. It has flooded the downstairs of my neighbors townhouse comepletely. They lost everything. There's NO excuse for this since they were made aware of the problem way in advance. Something needs to b done to hold these people accountable for their inability to take care of the property in an acceptable way. Office staff has always been rude since they took over in 1-1-16. I currently live at the bridgepoint apts in Warr acres, Oklahoma location

I have been working for Presidium for almost 2 years. I have 8 years in my field and i truly have never worked for such an amazing corporate. I work hard because my manager and my corporate motivates me to be the very best i can be. I see how Presidium treats their employees and residents. It truly is wonderful when a corporate just gets you. They understand that if your community is happy and employees are happy your company will thrive to the very best. I'm a tenant at an Austin property, and these guys...

I'm a tenant at an Austin property, and these guys have horrible customer service.
They don't respond to maintenance requests, they simply mark them completed.
And when you bring up that you pay $x in rent specifically for these amenities that you would like repaired(A/C, a functional dishwasher, ceilings that don't leak, etc.), and to have a safe home to live in, they tell you, "Well, it's an old property, what do you expect?"
Do not rent from them.

I am a fairly new resident at The Entro at Midtown...

I am a fairly new resident at The Entro at Midtown.
I applied on December 1 2018. I called on December 7th requesting my deposit back because I didn t know the application process took so long and I needed to move by the 8th. My bestfriend lease was up and it was time to move on our own.
I am a single mother of 3 kids, Twins 9 and a 2 year old.
I move in the 3br 2ba apartment on December 9th but my move was the 8th. Upon arriving to the apartment on the 8th for move in, I realize that the window to the back door was missing, which made me wait another day until they could get a door. Assuming the back door was up by the next day, I move in to find that the glass was still missing and a plastic bag was placed over the hole with tape around it.(I have pictures) Imagine having to sleep in a new area with your 3 small kids, with easy access to your apartment to anyone. This was on a Sunday and the office was not open. The following Monday, I made it to the office to ask if the door could be looked at because this was very unsafe. 9 days without a window. I also let them know that the Heat doesn t work in the apartment. The agent said and I quote "the boiler blew out and we have someone coming to fix it today". It's been almost 2 months now and my heat still isn't working. I use my stove to heat my unit.
Sunday December 16 2018- A week before Christmas My son Brand New Bike was stolen off my stoop.
Friday Dec 21 2018- I went into the office to get a covered parking space. I was assigned 065 but I didn t receive the sticker because I left to go get my insurance information but when I returned the office was closed. I parked in the assigned spot to wake up Saturday morning for work and my vehicle had been towed.
Upon finding out I was assigned another residents' spot I asked to be reimbursed for the tow. Mr. Scott called and had my vehicle towed for being in his spot. He stated he had that same spot for almost 4 years. I was told that they will only pay half because I shouldn t have park there until I had the sticker. Okay, I will take half the blame even though the spot still was double registered. I still haven t received the check from the towing company.
January 3 2019- I notified the manager Chiquita that I was going be late paying my rent via email. I also stated that I would have it paid in full by the 10th. She agreed and gave me until the 10th to pay and the 15 to pay utilities via email.
January 9 2019- I come home to a eviction notice on my Door. At this point I am furious. I printed the emails up and went straight to the office. The Manager tried to denied it until I gave assistant the emails as I walked out to prepare to go to court. The assistant then calls me saying she will unlock my WIPS card to make the payment and throw out the eviction. I paid $1600 which was a little over the amount owed.
January 30, 2019- Today I get home from work and my WATER IS OFF! I have had enough.
This is not how a apartment complex that I suppose to call home should be ran.
I will be seeking legal advice on what I should do to be let out of this lease.

This company wrote me a bad check after they gave me my deposit a year past due. I have Contacted Courtyards of Valley view and this company the owners of that property. I have yet to receive my deposit check nor will anyone from this company contact me.
