Solaris is now a wonderful place to live at. When I first moved in, it was not. They really turned themselves around and living here now feels safe, comfortable and like home. I can t say how much I appreciate the staff, especially Christian. I have to brag about her because she has been there from the start and if I ever need anything fixed I will contact her and like magic, my problem disappears. It s honestly a wonderful community and I recommend it 100%.

I've been living at Solaris since 2017. I just renewed my contract this year and I'm very happy. Adriana is very kind always.

DONT ever go to there properties.. they had me and my family living in a apartment that was falling apart literally! I was told by maintenance and there boss that it is unlivable and we need tocbe moved asap and neber did it happened. Im thankful nothing happened but javent been able to reach management or the regional manager to complain. They dont care about there tenants and somebody is gona get hurt eventually.

This property is simply incredible! The amenities and friendly staff really set them apart from the other properties in Dallas. The pool, gym, apartment interior and property events bring that aspect of community that most apartments are lacking.No place compares. I am absolutely thrilled that I was a resident of The Link apartments.
In addition to the spectacular location, the leasing and management team are very genuine about helping you find a unit that you just love. Ms Jamie the property manager is so genuine and the best person about her leadership, as well as answering any of your questions.She has an open door policy can reach out to any of your problems in the earliest time.She was always quick with responding to any issues we may have had, and she made sure the community stayed safe, clean, and eventful.Ms Gracee the assistant manager is one of the most amazing and helpful person at the link apartments.She is very polite,kind and always available for you to go above and beyond.Ms Tante lane,Ms Jasmine and Tahlia they are the real team players and heroines of the the link apartment.They are very professional and kind,always treating you like family members no matter where you are coming from.We loved our experience there,recently we bought house otherwise there was no way to leave the Link.Miss you all dear dream team members at the link apartments.

I am older and like a place with no neighbor noise. The soundproof walls are amazing. I greatly appreciate the quietness inside my apartment. Solaris was recommended by my good from church.

I ve been living at the Pearl apartments in college Station going on two months now. Management is great Alexis helped me move in and she was very professional. I ve had a few minor issues but maintenance responds promptly. All in all I rate this community at 5 stars because it s a great place to raise my children. Great schools and it s in the center of all shopping places. We also have community events like pool parties, bingo etc. This was definitely a great move .

I just moved to The Link and their girls are so efficient they work so fast and their customer service is excellent. Presidium has a very good job training leasing agents. They are very professional, very good work.

My family is so thankful for how nice and kind your staff is at the link they helped us in everything are new home is beautiful thank you for maintenance.

I've been living at the Pearl in College Station, TX since November and it has been a great experience this entire time. The staff is so nice and they are there whenever you need them. Alexis helped us with our move in process and she was so nice! Austin has been our go to since we moved in and he is so helpful with everything! They make living here great.

What an exceptional, growing, vibrant company! I have had the wonderful opportunity to work for the Presidium Group for 5+ years. I have been able to grow and be promoted multiple times. I genuinely enjoy the people I work with and also the residents/tenants, investors, and vendors that we work with. This growing firm isn't always perfect, but that is part of the growth process, and corporate leadership works daily to improve all aspects of the company. I am proud to work for Presidium and look forward to many more years.

I live at The Pearl.It's a nice place for your family and pets.They have swimming pools and a dog park.Tennis Court Volleyball and Basketball court.

The front office staff is very professional & helpful. While I was there with my mom who has been a resident there for over 30 years ,we spoke with Scarlet who is very helpful ,very knowledgeable & detail. She took out the time to explain what we needed. It is great to know that there are people willing to help our senior citizens and to take the time to be most helpful.

I'm a tenant at an Austin based property. I've encountered ongoing issues with the office staff being incompetent. I've even attempted to contact corporate office, but have yet to receive any response. It has been over one month since reaching out to the office staff. It has been over two weeks since reaching out to corporate and nothing. Please reconsider leasing from this property management group.

Just wanted to state what a great team you have at the link. The ladies that are here this weekend are great see them working hard all the time. I come regularly to your community to visit my sister and may i just say it is a beautiful place. Great job on this community you have. My sister has been under the weather and the ladies always ask for an update on her. Maintenance come to complete work orders and help her take the trash out if needed. My whole family thanks you for such a great team.

I live in linear and I just knew the new chika in the office and I was very friendly and I am glad that someone smiling. I've never had any problems. The maintenance guys are very good at making up my stuff soon! I'm going to stay another allo I recommend linear apartments

I love this place, this is the first time I call an apartment my home. The manager Janet she make me feel at home also she listens to you and helps as much as she can , specially when it was harder for me to pay my rent , she went beyond and I truly appreciate her so much. Maintenance is good as well he responds fast if I need anything to be done in my apartment.

2 words SLUM LORDS! I live at the villas at tenison park and have been without hot water atleast 5 times this year from old wore out equiptment i have not had hot water since 11/29 and today is 12/3 and guess what still no hot water and the office says no date as to when it will return. I have done 3 code compliance complaints and basically was told its best to move but you cant break your lease! This is just the cherry on the sundae, the property is shifting horribly and all they keep doing is adding more wood instead of fixing the problem they make you pay pest control momthly but you have to beg to have someone come out and spray...both of my tubs are peeling and im told they cant do anything until i renew my lease. The office staff is unorganized and really nkt that friendly when you call with concerns its as if im a burden because i want things fixed i pay my rent on time but comstantly have to beg for repairs and call backs do not i repeat DO NOT rent with this slum lord

I have been trying to get in touch with anyone from presidium and they have yet to answer any of my questions. I have submitted 3 of the questions on the website and no one has gotten back to me, I have also called the number several times and I don't have an extension to reach anyone because that is not provided on the website and when I press 0 for operator nothing happens . I just need to speak with someone to get some information and a document . If anyone can reach out to me preferably the owner since they can respond to the reviews that would be great

Lmao honestly this company is one of the worst. I currently stay at Clover on Park LN and the management is HORRIBLE! Every time I ask to speak to someone higher I get nowhere. My main issue and I am more than sure I am speaking for everyone who lives there, is the towing. My boyfriend was helping me move groceries into my apartment and not even five minutes passed we walked outside to move his car and it was gone. See, the apartments won t do anything won t even reimburse you because of their contract with the company. There has been nothing but issues since they started their partnership with them. You would think Presidium would do something about the management and policies after receiving so many bad reviews but I guess that s not the case!

We have lived here at the Pearl apt. In College Station, Tx. for one year now and just signed a new lease. We have loved living here it s truly been a great home for us. We plan to stay for a long time to come. Thank you to all the office staff your always wonderful and professional. Your like family to us.

use to live at your property the link and im coming back home soon. the ladies are so nice ms jamie came out and gave us all a hug the girls were all so happy we decided to come back home. property is still the same really clean and beautiful on the inside. the pool still that beautiful bright blue. ms. tahlia gave me all the information and told me not worry that she would get all my paper work ready once i came in. ill be coming back home to the link in 2 months and i cant wait.

moved into your property the Jax apartments in san Antonio TX and it has been a horrible experience. my apartment was not cleaned right at all prior to us moving in, shower head was stuck inside my garbage disposal , carpets disgustingly stained, used tampons left in bathroom cabinet, food still stuck on the walls, food left in dishwasher, dog poop left on balcony from previous tenant, took forever to get the keys for our mailbox and still don't have access to a garage we are paying for and apparently we were assigned another tenants car port, the staff here is completely incompetent and seem to have no idea what they are doing from maintenance , leasing consultants , to the management. now we find out today that the mailboxes here are being broken into and has been going on for a while now and no one in the office bothered to let any of the tenants know about it. management is extremely rude and the issues here keep on piling up!

The Pearl apartments are great. The staff has been very helpful and attentive. Alexis and Rosie have been true blessings for our family.
