I really need someone to email me. I have called and sent many emails trying to get ahold of a member of management. Both branches Dallas and the Austin location. The 2 different email addresses I've been given I cannot send mail to always get a return email saying not a good address. Will someone please help me. I have some issues I dont want to publicly air at the moment. Would be better if I talked with someone. Please help.

It would of been nice for some sort of communication with me about the sell of the property. (Example ... I apologize that this has happened but we are in the process of switching magement teams please be patient with this process and someone will be available to handle your situation) But instead you gave me contact information to get a hold of you all. I put alot of time and thought into the emails I sent with hopes of some kind of conclusion to my issue. I truly hope you dont treat other peoples concerns as you did mine. I've been very polite and informative with the information I provided only to be ignored and shoved to the side. Thanks presidium for leaving my family and I homeless.

Been a resident at the pearl for some months and love love love

there apt in Ok city Ok they people in there office lie to people to try get people move and they DON'T HAVE ANYONE ON SERVICE CALLS and people A/C running out so we in the complex are calling news get something done

I am on my 3rd year here at Solaris Apartments in Austin. I do not have any complaints at all-for the 3rd year in a row. I would like to make one suggestion however. Unfortunately, the dog owners at this property do not seem to have any common courtesy with regard to cleaning up their dog messes. It is so bad, that I can no longer even navigate through all the messes on the grass when going to the store. I suggest a notice be sent to all dog owners, along with periodic reminders, and possible signs. With that said, I would like to take a moment to comment on the excellent service provided by the Office Staff here. Without exception, I have nothing but great things to say about the attitudes, helpfulness and professionalism of the staff here. And among all these very professional staff members, I would like to give special mention to Christian. She is just "over the top" in all the areas-best of the best! Great staff here, plan to renew again for year 4 in May. Dave Allen

Presidium has a property called Cottonwood at Park Central. The Staff are awesome including our Maintenance Man and let's not forget about our Patrol Officer Mr. Robert. I feel safe with him patrolling our property. The pool is fantastic and I can't complain about anything. Great place to live been here since 2017!

Got another apartment at The Link they have the most beautiful apartments

We can not have grills or gas tanks but the relatives of the manager if they can

This is ernestine Silva at entro apt 1112. Still no heat also still havi g issue with my ankle. I'm starting g to get upset and depress due to me living at entro I fell I'm not being done right . My ankle still hurting and I'm still having to work to pay the entro and to me after all my yrs here I've come to hate it here .know one knows anything about what to do I e ask to move several time but they would rather rent to people who don't payand don't want to keep residentsthat pay and been here for yrs to hope you plan to do me right before I take further action

It's been about a year and a half since I joined the Presidium team and I have to say this is the best company I've worked for in my career. From management all the way to the staff everyone in this company is amazing. Coming to this company was the best decision I ever made.

Cottonwood maintenance is the best. The manager is very good I really like living here and all the staff is tempted with one when Boy at the office always asks if I need help with the apartment that I love and in the evenings the sicuri does not allow people to see the cars hanging around oh good security selos I recommend
