Stayed for 4D3N with my 3 kids aged 9; 6; & 2 after 3Ns at Ubud before returning to Malaysia. Booked the Sawangan Pool Access Suite with 2 Queen bed with Ritz Kids Package. My personal opinion, this the best option for all 5 of us. On the first day of my stay, it didn't go too well as I was quite disappointed with the service that I experienced but they have turn things around quickly. The staff are very friendly and great hospitality! The stay was awesome and my kids enjoyed so much. I may return for a short trip next year.

the ritz caeltin bali is very comfortable and gives a nuance that is hard to forget, especially for children and also the service provided is very good and feel living in carlton ritz bali like living on your own
Great resort. They had a mix up with our rooms but once that was sorted out it was bliss. Kids play room was great also. The daily buffet was amazing. Lots of vegetarian choices once they knew we were vegetarian. The chef even came and met up with us to take care of us. The spa was also quite good. The resort is huge but they have buggies that can take you anywhere. The restaurants were good but could use more vegetarian items. We tried out all of them and while good, they weren t anything special for vegetarians.
The staff here is pretty incredibly friendly. Everyone is always smiling and happy to help.
We were here when there were pretty few guests - probably less than a dozen families - so it was pretty quiet and there were no crowds. Our room and the adjoining swimming pool were spacious, beautiful, and functional.
I'd liked longer pool hours and a better location as you'll need a car to get anywhere.
The most relaxing vacation hotel we have ever been to anywhere in the world. The level of service and friendliness of the staff made the holiday outstanding. The setting and pool area is so beautiful and unlike many resorts there is ample shade. There are two stations with complimentary iced, fruit infused water, three types of sunscreen and a cooling facial spray at the pool and beach. Every hour a member of staff hands out a refreshing drink or snack, again complimentary. The spa has a free hydro pool, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and plunge bath for hotel guests, it was lovely to go there before dinner to refresh and relax.
The stay was perfect until when we about to check out. Unfortunately it was the same time with group check in for a wedding. We need to wait for about an hour gor the staff to take our lugages from room to the lobby
To be honest, I was a little disappointed with this hotel. I thought that the advanced ritz-carlton in the SPG/Marriott Group would provide more exquisite services, but the bath towels provided in the room would be dirty from the next day, from the room to the room. The shuttle buggy in the hall has to wait very long (more than 20 minutes each time), and even waited for more than half an hour.
One day, I went to eat breakfast and met the guest. I just had a table and just asked the service staff to clean the table. I went to finish the food and found that the table was not cleaned and there was no tableware. Then I went to the service staff and there were no other people. To be processed.
The communication between the hotel staff is not in place. In the lobby, please ask the counter staff to help you to order the taxi to the nearby shopping mall. The counter staff said that the car will notify us to ask us to wait in the hall for a long time (20 minutes). Going to the counter staff again, I don t know if the driver has been waiting at the door for more than ten minutes.
The hotel's hardware facilities are good, the beach scenery is also very beautiful, but as one of the group's signatures, I think there is still much room for improvement.
Hotel covers a massive area. Has everything. Fresh fruit in room everyday would be nice also. Some staff need to be better trained on smaller things...eg pizza for 2 ppl, bring 2 smaller plates and cutlery. Etc...etc...

Amazing service, beautiful property! The swimming pool was beautiful, lots of activities and the food is just fantastic. Separate thank you to the young man named Adi, who was making bon fire and then serving us agh the Grill restaurant. He is very professional and friendly!

Great place for a family vacation. Nusa Dua is more of a relaxed atmosphere away from the other crowded areas in Bali. The Ritz Carlton compound is beautiful and quaint. Very family oriented with daily activities for kids. The Ritz kid's was one of the main reasons we chose this place. The room was great with the private pool. The staff here is superior to many other places. They are very attentive to your every need and most importantly, very friendly. If you are looking for a relaxed atmosphere in a luxurious accommodation, I strongly recommend this place. Only downside is the normal Bali traffic which makes getting to attractions a days worth of activity.
All the restaurants in the hotel are expensive, food is so-so. Probably because this is a place doesn't have a lot of locally fresh ingredients. Service is overall good.

The resort s rooms are very large and is very well furnished and beautifully decorated, with feeling of the touch of luxurious. The bathroom was outstanding with brand name amenities and supplies. All resorts relaxation and recreational facilities are very well articulated for full enjoyment.
The resort also includes an amazing vital pool, yet the water was so cooled and I missed enjoying it, so heating the water will enhance the utilization. Also, the breakfast was excellent and I would love to see more middle eastern food as part of the selections.
First class service, at home! The hotel in Bali is really a service! The hardware details are slightly insufficient, the beach is relatively small, the sand is thick, and there is still a small amount of garbage.
This group tour went to the four seasons of Jimbaran. In contrast, the Jimbaran pool and beach are better, but the Ritz thing gives more feelings (hats, shopping bags, six bottles of water, and hall meetings). Free drinks in the room....), breakfast is also quite rich ~~

Great facilities, staff, very well maintained, spa is reasonably prices. They especially took real care of me when i got sick from eating outside the hotel.
For 5 lux star hotel grade, the service is not so excellent. It took quite some time to have my room. But the most unpleasant is the luggage delivery, it took a long time for the luggage to be sent to room. Missed the time to watch sunset and afternoon swimming with kids because of the lugage delivery. Breakfast variant of food not so many, and the taste is so normal. The room is well renovated and the technologies are up to date. The location is good, the privacy is kept well.
Peace. One word that comes to my mind when I picture our stay here. Staff are extremely customer oriented, friendly, helpful and always smiling. Food is AMAZING. would def come back!
Loved this hotel! Wish we had more time here. Ate at three of their restaurants and enjoyed all three meals. Weather was not cooperating so we sadly couldn't take advantage of the pool or beach but you can use the spa without booking a service. Steam room, sauna, jacuzzi and plunge pool and a huge outdoor but covered co-ed pool with a bunch of different areas.
The place is nice but if it is added to the KANO game on the beach the kids will be happier. There is also a monkey to my balcony, there is an apple on the balcony that I want to eat but all the fear approaches the monyat and then the monyel TAKES my apple.
Hotels with views of the coast that not all hotels in Bali have amazing views, the location is in Nusa Dua, on the hill, it is very convenient if you choose to stay in the hotel.
From Taiwan's point of view, if you want to visit the Hindu temple, please go to Cambodia, come to Bali is to come to the beach to relax, Lichi is good enough, excellent service, is a good place to relax, breakfast is ordinary, but the service is first class! Awesome
