It was my worst experience in Bali: 1- I gave them deposit 300 US dollars and they turned it back in Indonesian Rupiah 3,903,000 IDR. And the rate was lower than the rate in the bank. The rate in the bank was 300 Dollars = 4144000 IDR. So that costs me 17 Dollars. When I changed the Rupiah into Dollars at the Airport that costs me more 20 Dollars. So in total I lost 37 dollars because of the bad policy of the hotel. I believe this is steeling. 2- there was a big spot in the furniture. 3- the towels were dark and overused.
It is the best location to forget everyday life. The food is delicious. There are also a number of activities, from adults to children. Security is perfect. The large site can be moved easily with buggy.
The most amazing hotel EVER. The staff are the most gracious and kind people. Will go above and beyond to make you feel like a rockstar. Told them it was my moms bday and all day gave well wishes and decorated room. I want to come back for MY bday. Rooms gorgeous and i cannot say enough kind things about this hotel. If in Bali it is a MUST stay

There is great service and then there's Ritz Carlton, Bali service. I spent a week at this resort arriving ragged and tired and I am leaving totally rejuvenated. The room was spacious and comfortable. The food was very good, not the best I have had at a resort but certainly up there with the good ones. The service on the other hand was AWESOME, absolutely AWESOME. The staff are attentive, not only do they know you by name they learned what I liked during my stay and so I didn't even need to ask, it just arrived. They took such great care of me and I cannot thank them enough for making my stay so very pleasant. A special shout out to Adi, Mario, Julia & Novita at The Senses restaurant for their service which exceeded my expectations. You guys have set the standard for me on service.
We stayed at the beautiful Pavilion Villa. Service was excellent across the property. The private pool, common pool were extremely pleasant. The beach was great and done well, such that the big waves don't come in, making it great for kids too. We will certainly come back next time we are in Bali.
Best hotel in Bali.... I think the atmosphere is the best for retreats... The food is one of the best for international food. We have 2 nights in room with pool access... We live our daughter. She like much to stay to the kids club....
It is a place where high-quality resorts line up, and you can also go to the beach immediately There is a private deck in the beach area and you can enjoy interacting with local people if you can speak English a little. The breakfast buffet is full of Japanese food and I am very satisfied. The room has been cleaned cleanly and it is 5. I stayed away, but when I call a buggy, I will come to pick you up immediately. The security is correct and when you come back from outside, drug dog at the main gate !? The lobby has a baggage inspection every time by sensor. Unlike in Japan, the hotel is not cool. The view from the room is the best. I was very grateful that I could have free light snacks on my private deck during my stay.

As a loyalty of The Ritz-Carlton and St Regis brand, I m very disappointing of my recent stay at the Ritz-Carlton in Bali. First of all, miscommunication and misinformation of the discount benefits of Marriott member had given to us when we checked in. Though we planned to have all three meals everyday during our staying at the resort but the information given should be correct and not misleading. There was no apology when we found out we are not entitled to the discount. We were still supporting by eating at the resort restaurants regardless. Then, I would love to try the Spa though the price is on the high cost but I did go for it anyway. However it was a big mistake. We booked for 1.30hrs spa and told the Spa choices we picked from the spa menu in advance as per their request. On the day, they did the Balinese Massage to both me and my partner although we picked different type of massages. The therapist who did the massage for my partner had left during her performance for like 30 mins and back for the conclude part of the massage. My partner told me later that day that it was the worst massage he ever had. The therapist must be sick or very new and she did not perform well so my partner did not feel relax nor good after the spa. Considering we paid AUD$200 per person for the 1.30hrs massage, she should not leave 30mins mid-way and still charge my partner the full 90mins rate. Lastly, my partner had forgotten some items inside the room on our last day and when we contacted them to check, they said they cannot see or find the item. This is probably the first and last time for this resort as it shows there is no trustworthy and no integrity of the staffs. We have never stayed in the resorts that we need to be extra careful of our belongings leaving inside our room. One particular front staff who was pretty rude and unprofessional, her name is Fiona. After all these incidents, we decided that we wouldn t recommend anyone to this resort. On the contrary note, we found that the staffs at most restaurants, particularly at the Bejana, the Ritz Lounge & Bar and the Beach Grilled were super nice and made all our dining wonderful experiences. That is why I still have given two stars here.
We stayed for 5 days in a pool access king suite. Amazing, nice and relaxing. Of course it is expensive, but you know that when booking your stay. The staff are very friendly, however they still struggle to get a cold beer. The breakfast is one I have never experienced previously. We spent nearly 2 hours grazing, everything you could possibly want. Would defiantly return
Amazing Property .You stay at least for 2 nights so can enjoy and have a leisur time at private beach and pool Should Must be in Bali itenearay.Hospitality at its best.It was my birthday and while having the breakfast from no where some 7 to 8 people from the restaurant came with Ringing bells and surrounded our table for cake cutting .It was like wow an amazing surprise
I don t usually post about hotels but I have to say that staying at this hotel was a really bad experience. Coming from the Manadapa in ubud (a ritz Carlton reserve) which was incredible I expected the hotel to be so much better. I don t even know where to begin. 1- I called the concierge to ask them about trendy restaurants, what to do with kids and New Year s Eve before arriving and all I get was what was available at the hotel. Absolutely no useful Information except what is available at their resort. 2- upon arrival no crib available despite requesting it in advance 3- pool is not kid friendly full of sharp corners and levels. 4- breakfast over crowded one but service was surprisingly good. 5- never was able to call the concierge and actually get through from my room. He was ALWAYS busy 1 concierge for 600 ppl is insane. I ended up making my own reservations and doing my own research because they proved to be completely useless. 6- service is slow at restaurants. I ve been sitting at a restaurant for the last hour and 15 min. I still haven t received my main dish. Took an hour to get our salad. Might I add that I called restaurant reservations to book a table and they never actually booked it. Luckily we passed by the restaurant to change the timing and found out we had no booking! 7- yesterday we ordered a taxi only to get to the front door a few min later and saw another family taking our taxi because we were supposedly late. We came right out after calling the taxi. We waited for 25 min at the door for another. 8- kids club was great and staff very friendly. In general all the staff at the hotel was super nice. 9- buggies available at all times. 10- spa was good 11 gym was acceptable 12- rooms were nice and clean 13- hotel is very far from everything and the action. So If you like to leave the hotel and explore this isn t the right location for you
Great resort and super friendly staff. It's in a quiet part of Bali, so if you are looking for some peace, this is the place. Breakfast buffet is yummy, be sure to get lots of fruit. Enjoy the rest and relaxtion!

This is the very best hotel that we can sleep at the hotel when you go outside at downstairs you can see swimming pool outside and it's nice because if we take a bath we can watch tv

OMG! What a place to stay. The views, the staff and restaurants are all awesome. Very good rooms and everyone goes out of their way to make you feel like a special guest. Shout out to Desy who drives the buggies most amazing person I met in Bali. the Ritz Kids(kids club) is sensational and we used to leave our son there for the whole day and he was happy to just hang out with other kids. There are plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. Wil surely be going there back again
Came here for Anniversary and enjoying the comfort and excellent staff! Got cornet room with great views of the beach and chapel. Staff best friendly and taking care of is very well.
