For 5 lux star hotel grade, the service is not so excellent. It took quite some time to have my room. But the most unpleasant is the luggage delivery, it took a long time for the luggage to be sent to room. Missed the time to watch sunset and afternoon swimming with kids because of the lugage delivery. Breakfast variant of food not so many, and the taste is so normal.
