Luxurious hotel, spacious rooms and beautiful beach views.

Ritz Carlton Bali, so well-landscaped landscapes, is there a place like this? There are lots of activities that kids can do like the best resort, and kids clubs are well equipped. My child will prefer the Ritz-Carlton until she is an elementary school student. The children's pool is good, and the main pool is good. However, local managers seem to have a short career. Still, Korean manager Lin is very good and plans to visit again next year.

Nice hotel but at first i tought the camel was from Ritz but it turns out from Hilton, its a silly missunderstanding but the scenery was beautiful...

A beautiful hotel with beautiful apartments, lots of attractions, friendly service, delicious food and a naturally beautiful beach.

World class resort. Did perfume workshop at L'atelier. Had a great time.

Great place but too big! We had a garden villa located near the lobby. It's a two-story building with a private pool and big jacuzzi, but it's far away from any other facility.

One of the most beautiful resorts in Bali is enough to treat the staff very sophisticated and served in the completion of magnificence already lived in the same resort and repeated housing because of the treatment of employees

Absolutely loved being here, they treated us like royalty and the services were amazing. The location is ofcourse the best I've ever seen.
We extended our stay here cause we were so happy with the service and the facilities.

Best hotel experience of my life. Saved Marriott points for an eternity to pull off a lovely stay and nothing about the entire experience could have been any better.

Not a good experience staying 6 nights at this hotel. 1. forced to pay exhorbitan deposit (nearly 4 times my final bill) even though I've prepaid for the entire stay, 2. very poor insulation, you can hear next door showing. 3. mediocre quality food at sky high prices.

Great place for holiday! The place is so beautiful and natural with a nice beach. The resort is very huge and you can get around by hopping on buggy ride. The swimming pool is also very nice, located at the center of the resort and facing the beach. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. It was a great holiday experience!

The place is very beautiful, hospitality is felt in this place. Employees are polite, friendly, and very helpful whatever they need.

Excellent and friendly service as expected. Poolside and beachside service is also great. Room was comfortable, lots of activities are offered through the property. Definitely looking forward to another stay.

At the beginning when we booked Ritz Carlton for our stay in this Bali trip, we had very higly expections since the room rate for our room is quite costly.

But the Ritz Carlton excellent ecperience started by the time we arrived DPS Bali international airport. The shuttle bus airport pick up service to hotel ensured our transportation to hotel in Nusa dua is flawless.

When arrived hotel, all the staffs warm welcome and thoughtful service in high stardard quality is very pleasing.

The room that we booked with huge private pool is really amazing. The only complain is too big, we have to run in and out to gather all our personal belonging, but thats not the problem.

The public pool and private beach come with stunning beach view and sunset. The warn water in the pool is a plus!

The buffet breakfast is really great. the only complain is the seats will not enough in peak season. People need to wait in line for a while to be seated.

In general, it is a really nice resort with great facility. Thank you for making our 2 year anniversary trip wonderful.

Is really nice place, make my holiday really enjoy and relax. The staff in front desk Undername Kimberly is really helpful and She always smile everytime. I hope Kimberly will get a good position in Front Office Departement

Good location, but the place for Party is far from the loby, so for me / the woman uses a high slop and a seal

Room setup is nice, however finishings lack build quality.

Shower has mould in it.

The pool walls are dirty, leaving stains on my swimmers.

The food is average at best, and massively overpriced for Bali.

The sound insulation between rooms, frankly sucks, we could hear everything our neighbor was saying.

Overall for the price, considering it's Bali, We would probably go elsewhere in future, as there were places we stayed for less that were better.

Fantastic stay. The staff always made you feel welcome and worked their hardest to make your stay the best possible.

The rooms were fantastic and the club lounge quality and service was above and beyond. Would highly recommend this hotel to others. Thank you Ritz Carlton hope to be back soon.

1) Beautiful hotel, with the lobby perched on a cliff, so lobby has an amazing view overlooking the rest of the resort.

2) Stayed in the suite with pool access. Rooms were comfortable, but felt that the towels were a tad old. There were lots of mosquitoes, so felt that balcony doors fitted with mosquito nets might have been useful.

3) Ritz Kids club which had activities for kids which was helpful!

4) drawback: there were two restaurants that open for lunch, and they had no air conditioning (compared to other hotels nearby). Breakfast at Senses was also mediocre, and food at the Lounge was laughable.

I am a lifetime Platinum with Marriott, living in Honolulu. Last year my wife and I used points to stay at this property and left with a tremendous feeling of WOW! We expected the property to be spectacular, but frankly the staff was some of the best that we have ever encountered around the world. We are contemplating returning for another week in November.

Stayed here at the end of our Bali and Lombok trip. Very nice and peaceful hotel with beautiful grounds. Very nice breakfast. Restaurants could be better for the price they charge. I think they're overpriced. Improve or lower the prices. Club is good value. Good activities for adults even though I wish I could enjoy the SPA area with my wife. Unfortunately everything separate for men and women. My kids (7 and 9 years old) complained about Ritz Kids esp no enough playing outside and in the water. They felt restricted and bored.

I used to base my hotel decisions based on price. I've since changed to making decisions based on historical value and previous experience. Not the same as bang for the buck, but it ends up that way after I've stayed at all the properties in a city.

I chose the Ritz because I had been tracking the rates for while and it was at its lowest. The property is stunning with spectacular views from the lobby.

The room I got was spacious, well decorated and opened up to a swimming pool. I can't complain. Restaurants were good. At least the western ones which I feel qualified to assess.

Staff was awesome and friendly. Mostly made up of hardworking interns. Great main pool, but the beach was just okay. Plenty of activities for guests that I'd definitely come back.

I was able to stay comfortably. I want to visit again.
A Japanese person in charge was also resident and I was saved.
The hat and resort bag which are in the room can be brought home.
Drinks from the fridge are chargeable and nuts from the drawer are also chargeable.
The porch gets wet when it rains and the sofa gets wet. Please shut the door when you are out of the room or when it is not on the veranda side.
A monkey comes into the room and brings the welcome fruit.
In the morning, I saw an ape sitting on the railing of the deck.

Absolute luxury, the staff are super friendly and go above and beyond to look after us. The rooms and facilities are fabulous.

The most wonderful staff, was taken care of right at check in. They have a wonderful check in process. The lobby is on a cliff where you can see the entire ocean and resort below. I will most certainly be back!
