One of the best chain hotel of Ritz Carlton . Good view very nice room

Stunning hotel on an expansive lot. Excel in the art of service, exclusivity, and pampering. Facility was very quiet during our visit (not sure about other times of the year). Our room was impeccable with direct pool access via terrace. Staff always very courteous, food was amazing, definitely worth visiting!

i love it...romantic walk by the beach...romantic bar..too bad swimming pool is boring. nice daycare center..one of the best i know. its huge hotel but we can get around by hotel buggy.

The atmosphere is so nice. One place that you can relax and enjoy the escape. Love it

This is a very impressive hotel. We didn't stay here. We we're visiting friends and simply used the pool and beach, both of which were outstanding. Would love to stay here on my next visit.

From the staff to the beautiful layout of the hotel and all of its amenities, it was an amazing experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. I especially want to thank Joko Priyatno the chef for personalizing our experience and the wonderful conversations he held with us during our dining experience. I would like to personally thank him for creating a wonderful experience for us! First stay at the Ritz Carlton but looking forward to other properties to visit in the near future!

I've been here for almost maybe 4/5days since i need to reschedule my flight back to Jakarta. This place is dope! I love this hotel so much. The hotel design is like a luxury apartment. They have 3 building for the room hotel, i was in building 3. No need to worry you'll get tired walking anywhere bcos of this hotel is a huge land, they have a buggy to take you wherever you want. Ritz Carlton in Bali have a large area, they have 3 pool, they have so big nature park, fish pool, private beach, lounge, fancy restaurant, fashion store, SPA and hair salon. I took so many pictures here and all of the pictures turn out mazing because of the gem view of this place. I was found a monkey too on thr balcony, remember to always lock your door balcony to avoid monkey come inside your room! I wish i can come back here. The staff was really Friendly too!

Staff here often steal guests. Bad service. Be careful of deceiving the staff here. He takes a commission when ordering a car.

I like Ritz, but I've stayed here and feel like Ritz, the lowest grade in Ritz.

The room felt a bit old, but it was nice.
It was a room on the 5th floor, but monkeys come to eat when you put fruit

The room on the first floor with pool access smells musty and should be stopped.

The Japanese restaurant "RAKU" is not good for Japanese people who are not cooked by Japanese chefs, so it is safe to leave it off.

Restaurant "Grill" had no lobster or champagne,



There are about 10,000 lounges per person, but it's subtle if it's worth it.

We move by golf cart in hotel grounds, but this does not come easily. The grounds are not that large, so you should walk on your own.

There are few people on the beach. It's not a beautiful beach.

SPA is only expensive. It is reasonable to go out of the hotel.

What was nice was the view from the lobby.

Of course, because of Ritz, a certain level of quality is guaranteed, but if you want to go again you will definitely not go.

TOP-NOTCH HOSPITALITY. The staff are excellent and seem really happy and motivated. Superb views all around, dramatic coastlines, good food, great service!!! Also, check out their koi pond - even their pet fish are healthy n happy! We ll be back!

5 star stay. Good service nice and super clean room

A five-star hotel in a remote location, the facilities are super-advanced and the staff are very friendly, but it is a bit difficult to communicate without speaking English. Although there is a Chinese manager, it has only been seen once.
It is not clear how to use the facilities in the hotel, which is a waste for me.
You may have to do some homework before you come.

Where do I start?! With the impressions of Bali and the hotel? or with the exceptionally friendly staff? Or with the many friendships we could close. Actually I don t know.

We ve visited luxury hotels all over the world, but what the Ritz Carlton offered us, was new to us. Be it the staff, the service or the hotel itself. Everything has exceeded our expectations. We meet so many wonderful people. For example: Yudha who gave us tips about our excursions and prepared the best cappuccino every evening in the lobby bar. Or Anggel and Artha at the morning buffet which have really fulfilled all of our wishes. Oh and Dihtha from the Breezes restaurant, thanks for everything.

And I would also like to give a special thanks to Joe & Arsa from the pool team, who really really made our stay special. Joe even invited us to pray with him, which we will certainly never forget.

Our stay at the Ritz Carlton Bali was an incredible experience.

May be one of the best resorts I've been to. It's not an all inclusive one but... It's large and intimidating but the views... The pools and the restaurant... The rooms.... Man.... This place does deserve its word and world recognition. May be the friendliest staff I've met.

Super nice swimming pool outside the room, we have a wonderful time swimming and playing in the very first night after we arrive the hotel in 1:00 ! Quite relax! Thank u~

Very family friendly resort. Food is good and service is professional and friendly.

Best Hotel in Nusa Dua area. Suites are like a Palace. Service is just too good. Beach Grill Restaurant is the great place to celebrate any occasion.

The service of the staff was very good and it was a really good memory. The facilities were beautiful, of course, and the food was really delicious, but I felt that the quality of the Ritz was a service, and I received extravagant hospitality. This may not be limited to Ritz, but the smile of Indonesia is nice and it seems to be pure without shade, or even adult. There were also people who talked with customers in order to sabotage, but even if they were warned by someone like their boss, they were jokingly passing away, and it was also interesting to interact with the staff. Everyone talks in various ways, and if there are people who like jokes, there are some who are serious and gentle, and there are many who are full of individuality.
There seemed to be a surprise over and over again, as it seemed to like surprises. The staff who got along got a message and a plate with the name on the final day, and if you eat too much and say you are not feeling well in your stomach, you can prepare a special menu for a buffet-style meal, or put a message in the room It was a hotel that I wanted to come back again.

The atmosphere is comfortable and peaceful hotel away from the crowds with views of the sea and near the beach and friendly staff.

Nice place to live a little costly but worth it with its amazing breakfast and lunch with a wide variety of foods.Great Beach and everything.Even has a enlarged chess board which is fun for the kids.

This is a great luxurious accommodation. Near to important venues like Devdan theater and welknown restaurants like Cafe Surya with the best quality n freshest sea food. This resort had to be built spread out because by religious law in Bali no building Is to be built taller then a coconut tree which is considered most sacred. One is transported by golf carts from one place to another. There are great restaurants located right on the beach. Western n Eastern high quality menu presented with flair. A wedding chapel is also on the beach. Many water activities are of course offered except for surfing. The sea is too calm . The service quality is definitely Bali. Everybody is aiming to please

Very friendly numayan place service is the best but one that lacks a very initial explanation is lacking. Less initial explanation of the hotel is detailed and complex. for those of you who want to get to the Ritz please ask the detailed questions before regretting but overall is Good, i recommend that place

Nice resort. Especially spacious room and nice facilities! It's the best kids club, and the buggy ride is a lovely hotel. Breakfast and room dining are not as good as expected and the main pool is not very big. If you have about 300,000 won, it is recommended.

The most amazing holiday! Such an incredible resort! 5 stars all round! The hotel staff are so happy and helpful! The hotel is stunning! We enjoyed meals at all restaurants for dinner and lunch and were very happy with the quality of the food! Breakfast was impeccable with so much variety. Our room was big and super clean. Room service food was great! The little monkey visitors on our balcony and a funny and quirky experience for us. The pool was beautiful! Nothing negative to say at all! We have encouraged friends and family to book themselves a magical holiday at this exquisite resort. Can t wait to come back! Thanks you a million times for such an amazing experience!
