rits calton makes my holydays perfect. all staffs are warm, kind, always smiling and wiiling to help me. i want to spend my holydays in rits calton every year.

The staff was wonderful and very accomodating but the room was not very well insulated for sound. I could hear live music very clearly until almost 2230 the first night. As well evry person that walked by our door could be heard like they were in our room. To top it all off I could hear evry step my upstairs neighbors took. I was never able to sleep a full night without some disturbance waking me up and I am not a ligjt sleeper.

Good but securiy .... complicated and access for pedestrians is not available

Magnificient resort with beachside access. Featuring infinity pool, jogging track and a gym. The beach view was awesome. Spacious rooms. Comfy beds. Hard to get out.

Hotel is nice but to get to main lobby I had to take two lifts at different points then a buggy then walk to lobby,its like a maze

Lovely room, staff all very helpful and friendly. Only downside very isolated and forced to eat in onsite restaurants which is more expensive that local outside restaurants

Ritz Carlton is a jewel in the crown that is Nusa Dua, Bali. If you enjoy spectacular views and impeccable service, there's no thinking twice before booking this hotel. Sweetest staff I've ever encountered, and they answer to each & every query with a big smile. One meal (or drink) at each one of their four dining places is a must, esp outside at Bejana which offers Indonesian food, to enjoy an ocean view. The day must be spent in a cabana with personalised service and ocean gazing, and evenings at Tapas for a live performance by fine musicians. Breakfast is good but chaotic and could do with a slightly better spread. Request their activities of the day list and plan your day with the concierge. Take their shuttle to Bali collection, spend half a day there, then walk to the water blow point and back.
I recommend getting up at 6AM to witness the sunrise at their beach and perhaps attending the traditional cooking class. Also, getting married at their wedding chapel!!

Great sprawling hotel complex at the sea. Do note that SPG platinum not able to use members lounge. Room Upgrades given. A bit far in.

The staff are the best ever absolutely nothing was too much trouble, even when I had gastro they came and brought us a huge tray of teas etc, Gin Arsa was so good in his teachings to trainees Mike and Salisa who were so so attentive and obliging. Ritz lounge bar was sensational once again we were treated like royalty, thanks for dancing with me Chandra you are beautiful, Irene and Marcus (Brad) sang songs impeccably, loved them, once again thank you so so much for giving us a fantastic 7 days we will be back to see you all Mrs Colleen and Mr Rod xx

Located at nice cliff of Nusa Dua Bali..
Standard room itself is 100 sq mtr..

They provide buggy car for transportation inside hotel.

Better wear sport / casual shoes as.you should walk very long from one point to another..

Everything is really good and the place is really big so you have a lot of things to do

We came back to Ritz Carlton Bali as we had such a wonderful, peaceful holiday here last year. Unfortunately this time there has been noisy wedding, after noisy wedding every day. It would be useful if they could notify us of the disruption and apologise for the inconvenience.

There are two front desks for this vast land and guests.
You will have to wait quite a while.

A hotel that stands and drinks a welcome drink ?

The grounds and rooms are great.
The staff is also nice.

But before going on a tour or when making a request, check-out and check-in are inevitable work.
The front staff is too short.

As an event planner and MC, I often serve clients at this lovely resort.

I didn't believe the website. Proven wrong and ok about it. The place is devine.

The staff always go the extra mile and nothing is too much. They treat the guest as the guest should be treated.

Remember there is building work going on next door so be sure to ask for a room furthest from the actual works underway. We didn't hear anything from our room in block 3.

Try and sporting for a lagoon access suite. Quieter than the main pool areas with far fewer children.

Great facilities including really good gym and spa centre. All the restaurants are great with a wide range of food. In room dining was also excellent

This 313 rooms hotel gave me a wow experience at first sight but I was disappointed with the quality of the food in the restaurants and the their furniture such as the low density cushions in the room and common areas which are not comfortable for one to sit for long. Service of the staff is superb. Location is about 30 minutes drive to Jimbaran and airport.

The hotel is really good, the atmosphere is comfortable, the chapel is really beautiful, it's beautiful, there's an ontanya, it's a bit shocked too hahaha ..
The place is very spacious, until the rooms go to the lobby or the restaurant must take a golf cart. The food is amazingly delicious, according to taste ... even though the western food but the taste goes on the tongue of Indonesia. The service is really good, on average "all hotel employees are alert, and all are friendly" really .. the view is also amazingly good, really worth it here ... the price of renting a hotel room if you get all the facilities, services and views, should be worth it in my opinion.

Beautiful resort, great staff, everything is great. However, what I wish I had known before going is that because of the high tide or low tide the sea is only very nice from 1pm to 4pm, all other times the water is either way too deep or completely gone, making the beach not that practical. Overall though the hotel was amazing

It was a very calm and calm hotel.
The entrance was cool with a window in it.

I felt the best vacation feeling.
I put a towel and chilled water on the side of the morning run course, and I think it will be a little extra luxury for the runner.

Has all the amenities you would need, you won't have to leave the resort. The Spa was especially great, I had an excellent massage there. Breakfast buffet also incredible. Would definitely return.

1st and maybe the last to stay in Ritz Bali. 1st arrived check in took 30 minutes long cause they can not find my other room that I reserved , i had provided the reservation number and conformation copy. room is dirty on bathroom have stains on the wall. Was told intern working there. The management apologized. Coffee maker also dirty. In room couches have stains. But staff and guese relation are nice.

The Ritz-Carlton, Bali is a massive property and very nice and spacious. I would recommend it as my "default" resort if I were to go to Bali but didn't have time to decide which resort to stay at.

The beach is great and the rooms are all right. The Villas are amazing.

However, the restaurants are just all right and overall, there are more gems around Bali that just require more time searching.

A good hotel ... comfortable ... friendly ... and beautiful.

The only disadvantage is that the location is far from entertainment venues, but for the hotel it's really good

Great resort! Amenities, beach, pool(s), food and above all service is so fantastic that you never want to leave it. Great location for direct sunrise views. We came here for the last two nights of our two week trip in Bali and this was just a perfect place to wind down the trip.

The resort is extremely beautiful with lots of palms and green areas. The resort has 5 different restaurants and all have exceeded our expectations.

Whether you have a family or you are looking for relaxation on honeymoon, this is the place to be!

It's great, but it's a little inconvenient because the cart movement is bothersome.

Come to a friend's wedding, quite romantic, great atmosphere, hotel planning, facilities, services are very satisfying, and the landscape is superb! Very suitable for enjoying a leisurely time at the hotel!

The pool was very nice, spacious and lot of different spot.

The rooms are for for KingS, every room could be used as a honeymoon room, the Ford is really really good, they have a free breakfast buffet every morning that's good and it's neighboring the rich culture of Bali.

in October there is a lot of garbage in the ocean. the hotel itself is gorgeous

The environment is beautiful, the green is full, the beach pool is all-inclusive, and the service attitude is good, which makes people think that they are favored like the emperor.

I truly felt sorry for the lady ( they didn t even have hairspray! I felt so so sorry for them I said it looks fine I rushed out of there so I can get back to my room so I could try and make it dessert after a $180 dollars and a lot of time waisted

Awesome view.. Beautiful Rooms... luxurious rooms.. The Wedding Chapel is gorgeous.. the garden in the middle of the hotel area looks so pretty.. you can see all the hotel area from the view at the lobby.. amazing hotel... very friendly staff.. and great many kinds of restaurant..
