Love the hotel. Green and tranquility guaranteed! The plus: direct access to the beach, professional & courtesy staff

Spent 3 nights with family and friends.
Comfortable bed, breakfast could be better and should add more into cold cuts selections (smoked salmon, sausages).

We've tried the buffet dinner at Bejana restaurant, serving Indonesian food. To my taste the flavour isn't that authentic, except the Soto (yellow chicken soup).

This is a great place to spend your vacation in Bali. From the moment you enter, you see the quality of the staff who are always smiling and helpful, not sure though that this is the hotel standard or the people themselves as Balinese people are one of a kind in terms of being helpful and generous. The facilities are of high quality and the rooms are great. The only thing that needs more attention is the restaurants which need more variety in the menu. I have enjoyed my stay here and will come back when i visit Bali.

Great Resort! Panoramic and good chapel, best place to celebrate happy Wedding day
But not too perfect for the beach around there compare to other resort around Nusantara dua beach

Superb! Amazing luxury hotel with great service and hospitality. The room is super spacious. The staffs are super friendly. The view is beautiful. The food was amazing. If you are a family who travelled with kids, your kids will love this hotel. The kids club has so many activities and the staffs there are really passionate with kids and do concern on kids' safety inside the kids club. It's like kindergarten that has 9am-8pm activities that will not make your kids bored. And only in Ritz, you can order kids menu free of charge if your kids is under 3 y.o.

Very grand front gate, well excellent service, all staffs here are friendly smiling helpful (very good managed). Restaurant and Spa service price are very reasonable not too expensive.

Beach side BBQ dinner was nice, great live singer. Japanese Restaurant is good upto standard in this hot area.

The free breakfast has a lot of choices but I am not a big fans of buffet breakfast.

The free daily program is very enjoyable, we did the yoga and Pilate every day .

The hair dryer is very strong saloon type .

Just one small not important point, some indoor tiles are shiny ceramic which is not matching this type of hotel in Bali, if they can use nature stone will be much nicer. (I just visited St Regis, they are using shiny flooring also, may be this is Bali style ).

Btw, Those White towels are in gray colour .

A great five-star hotel, located in Sawangan, very close from Nusa Dua Tourist Resort,

It has great view of the Indian Ocean, it also has luxury facilities for guests, with high class service.

Great rooms, nice staff and good food. Because of the kind of hotel the food is expensive. The big down side is that the beach is FULL of plastic / very dirty. The private beach is only a few meters and the cleaners are doing a strange job. Only cleaning the sand but not the water.

But for the wonderful kind staff I would ve given this hotel half the score. The fruit at breakfast had flies all over it. The ice in the drinks made half the family unwell. You can t just have lovely staff you need a quality hotel so
Overall disappointing.

I am most grateful to Ritz Carlton Bali front management and customer service teams to have gone a mile to care for my family holiday.

My father requires oxygen supply. Even though the hotel did not have any storage, upon request and communication in advance, had rented and refilled oxygen supply for the duration of our stay, with efficiency and geniune care for my father's wellbeing. I am very very thankful and impressed by this service.

Needless to say the hotel is stylishly designed, that ever turn on the premise brings out another manicured garden or art decoration.

The complimentary activities, such as yoga classes and sushi making class also entertained us well.

I would love to visit this hotel again and I do recommend this to my best of friends.

A great place, for those who can afford it. Suites are unparalleled, facilities are great, although the beach is not what would be expected from a resort like this. Food at the Beach Grill is great, but indecently expensive. Overall a great place for (more fortunate) individuals and groups.

Very good hotel, very good room. But some staff are slow respond. They make up my room but they didnt put the coffee, sugar and the cup back. I called them 2x asked for it. 15 minutes, those little things havent come yet.

Me and hubby were excited coming to Ritz Carlton hoping it would be like other luxury hotel we have been to but after we checked in we find the hotel is not as cool as we have expected.

The room design was just okay. They could do a better maintenance of the hotel. I found the bath tub in my room got yelowish stains clearly was not properly clean from time to time. When I turned on the water, the cold water handle fell off, and the hot water was yellow/brownish. I flushed it out and did 3 times and same thing happened. So we called the engineer to fixed but he said perhaps the room has not been occupied for sometimes therefore the water turn yellow. I was like ...errrrr ??

So we asked to move to other room which the process took quite sometime. Was not impressed as we had to make a few phone calls to check when can we move. Finally one attendant was sent to show us the new room and he didn't know how to open the blind to open the door to the balcony. So he excused himself to get the key or something, the blind was operated electronically by just pressing the button near the bed which we easily found ourselves. So when he came he mentioned he was just here a month at the front desk and never know the room operations.

Apart from these we find that many of the staff are juniors and might be fresh graduates. The management should have trained them properly before put them on duty.

Oh we find the towels on our new room noticeably old and were not white anymore and should have been replaced long time ago.

Positive side was the breakfast is good. And they have many activities I'm looking forward to try today.

My overall review is this hotel does not live up the Ritz Carlton standard.

good
