Great experience with even better people. Need to be cognizant that is a large venue so walking/buggy takes time to move around. Try the spa area for steam, whirpools and sauna

The most amazing resort we ve ever stayed in. They provided great service and accommodated our last minute requests. Will be back for sure. The private beach and infinity pool is a win. If you keep walking along the resort there in a walkway ok the beach, you will see tiny crabs, it s very cute.

An amazing location with breath taking views and some of the nicest and most warm people I have ever met. Air-conditioning system was abit weak but still absolutely brilliant. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I visited The Ritz-Carlton, Bali twice. At the first time they provided good services and comfortable atmosphere. Then I went to there at the second time. But unfortunately their service quality was getting worse. Especialy luggage service was so poor. I asked staffs to pick up our luggage several times. But nobody came although we waited over thirty minutes.
Can you believe that this service was provided by Ritz-Carlton?

My friend and I had a brilliant time here at this amazing hotel! Everyone that works here are super friendly and efficient especially organising a buggy to and from their restaurant by the beach. Every dish was cooked to perfection and was given a complimentary starter of corn soup! What a delight! And with the sunset in the background, our hearts we truely happy! What a way to end the day after our perfume mixing workshop at the hotel which I highly recommend! Truly an amazing experience and will definitely stay here again!

Went there for a wedding. Food was good. Service was impeccable. When visiting the bride and grooms villa, well let's just say I was really impressed!

Here for a wedding. Very great place as a high class hotel. Hotel area is very large you need a buggy to go to your room. Had a nice fine dining in the wedding reception and they are perfect.

The hotel is very big and the hotel room is also very good , the staff members over there are very honest and helpful, they are also always bringing a smile in everything that they do and they will entertain you. To me the Swimming pool is the best as it is near the beach, and if you r lucky, you will get to see the camels , the hotel room is also clean but the toilet . Other than that it is all very clean , but the balcony has mosquitoes . The cons of the hotel is that u would need to walk very far and is very confusing. Overall it is very good

I am a tour guide who brought guests to the Carlton Bali rizt 2 days ago considered as nothing by the security staff named god. Just walk in from the main gate. Please help improve security services

Our stay was excellent. The service and facilities are amazing. The checkout process however, was not. It took them an hour to pick up our luggage from the room and bring it to the lobby. NOT ACCEPTABLE!

Amazing service and personalization at a great hotel. Beach is average but had lots of fun. Food portions could have been more substantial and menu could have had more variety as after a week food selwction becomes monotonous

I stayed in Ritz-Carlton for the first time. Until 2008, Ritz is currently operating at the Ayana Resort & Spa facility, and from that year Ritz has started operating at this facility.

The facilities are magnificent, the beach resort's royal style, there are beaches, restaurants and pools, and it is a beautiful view point from the entrance to the symmetrical hotel facilities, pools and the sea.

Facilities such as spa, gym, sauna, Ritz kids, perfume making were substantial and there were about 4 dining options.

It may happen, but the fireworks rose at 8:00 and it was a good memory.
