Great view toward the ocean, super nice room, very comfortable although I could use different type of pillows, friendly and helpful staff, love the activities offered around the hotel. They made me want to stay in the hotel all day. They also offer kids activities, including babysitting, which is great for family vacation! Definitely will come back here, hopefully soon

Best 5 hotel at nusa Dua Bali. Good location, Good view and many facilities to enjoy your body and soul. All staffs are very responsive and helpful. Thank you to Wessel and Arweed ( buggy staff ) for the special services. Please try their Indonesian traditional restaurant ( bejana). Everything is ok, will come back again for the next trip.

Very good hospitality. Kids club is clean, comfortable, and has many activities that make children feel at home playing there. There are various kinds of activities that make guests not bored in the hotel (cocktail class, sushi class, & others). No loss paying club lounge (free meal, cocktails & wine)

Trully 5-star hotel. Amazing view, amazing atmosphere, amazing service, amazing staffs, amazing room! Will definitely come back! It's also great for wedding! They have amazing chapel towards the ocean!

Five star rated hotel with a direct private access...

Five star rated hotel with a direct private access ti the beach without waves, there is a chapel for married couples...luxury and the we were served with a lot of golf cars to go surrounding. Guest could have a private pool inside and privately enjoyable.

The Hotel is very good and the rooms are excellent. The service from the staff is very high. The restaurants tend to be expensive but the food is very good.
The only disappointing part of the holiday is the very large construction site next door to the hotel where they are building a very large hotel complex. It would have been more professional to have been told about this. The private beech and outlook is excellent. The beech has very coarse sand, not smooth on your skin.
Very disappointing is the sea has lots of floating plastic bags. Not in keeping with a 5 star hotel beech.

Stunning and quiet beachfront location, gorgeous massive infinity pool and almost botanical gardens set the scene and drain you of any interest in leaving this true luxury haven with its elegant, palatial and huge all suite rooms and also well furnished big balconies with magnificent views.
The available wifi is strong and free
Breakfast vast and suitable for anyone who has any diet concern or not.

They made me wait for 40 minutes for buggy car and also asked for tape and scissorss but never came..i already called 4 times and finally they said we didnt have it, we only had double tape...do you still want it?"...i really am so dissapointed with the service..i got married with my wife in ritz

A quiet and secluded getaway in Kuta. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Each bed room faces a nice big balcony with greenery. Navigation can be challenging for some when finding your way within the compound as there are various lifts to get you from one area to another.

Amazing customer service! Great rooms and grounds. Only downfalls would be the beach is very bad at low tide (almost disgusting), and the food/beverage could have a little more consistency.

Our room was extremely noisy with loud banging noi...

Our room was extremely noisy with loud banging noises coming from above us every night that we stayed which. There was also the sound of running water going through the pipes which was quite loud. Security also came to our room and could hear the noise so it was well documented by the Ritz Carlton. I didn't expect this from Ritz Carlton as we have stayed at Ayana, Mulia and Anantara and we never had any problems like this.
The second day when we went to the pool we ordered some chicken. It took a long time and when the chicken arrived it was not cooked! Everyone knows uncooked chicken is very dangerous! They acknowledged the uncooked chicken and ended up giving us a refund and were very apologetic.
We didn't leave the resort much as we just wanted to relax - my wife and I both ended up getting very sick and we both think it was from the food.
I definitely can say the quality of food and variety of this resort is very low to average compared to the other places we have stayed (Ayana, Mulia & Anantara)

The most disappointing thing about all of this is that when I explained to the manager all of the above which was documented and said based on principal we do not believe we should be paying full price for our stay since we did not receive what we paid for - he said he understood where I was coming from any would speak to his superiors. He came back and said that they are happy to offer us 50% off 1 night of our stay and to pay for our medical bill (as we had to call a doctor to the resort to give my wife an injection for her food poisoning) We have been back home for a few days and I am yet to hear from the resort to compensate us for the bill as promised which I find quite slack.

I want to make one thing clear - its not about the money its about the principal and I found the resorts response quite insulting. In fact I almost feel robbed as we simply did not receive what we paid for and the resort is very much aware of this fact and acknowledged it themselves.

Asked to look at the pool and beach to see if we wanted to stay here or the St. Regis. Raman the head of leadership then escorted us to the beach and told us we were not allowed to come back on property. I asked why and he said were weren t staying there. I then explained that we were interested in staying but want to make sure it s up to our expectations. After having to argue for 5 minuets I simply asked to be brought back to the car park. The place looked beautiful and would have stayed there if it wasn t for his horrible customer service.
