Miserable joke of a meeting space. Considering Regus are in the business of providing meeting spaces, this is an embarrassment. No staff available until 9am (very difficult to start your meeting at 9am if there's no-one to let you in or tell you what room you're in). WiFi use is incredibly complex - why not just let users sign up? In the EC area, no-one is leeching free WiFi when you're never more than 100m from McDonald's or Starbucks. Meeting room was unbearably hot and made brainstorming very difficult. No free refreshments provided so bring your own coffee. Water was a scarce resource too. Staff were asked repeatedly for help and none came. An utter waste of time.

Easy to get to, literally only aboyt 50 metres from Liverpool Street Station.

I have used Regus offices around the world and find the worst in London

Clean and smart but a faceless, characterless, soulless place to have an office. Rented space doesn't have to be this stultifyingly dull, even if you're in finance or insurance.

Its a workspace in the heart of the City. As it goes, it's ok.

Poorly maintained office by Regus. Toilets were constantly out of order (sinks and toilets clogged) same as for sinks until life spring into life in them. Really disgusting. Often no soap or toilet paper.
Then during refurbishment there was no toilets on the floor for couple of months as well as no shower in entire building.
Cycling shed is constantly blocked with containers or the street by trucks.
Office quite often either too hot or so cold that everyone wears jackets and gloves.
Fire alarms so inconsistent and triggered by constructors, so we had to ignore them even if they go off... until real fire happens and no one will evacuate. Not a single training on fire evacuation in 6 months.
If you want your employees to be very unhappy then this is the place for you!

There are offices to rent for long terms to 1hour, and a longe in basement floor that is accessible when you are member. Easy way to work in town

The office spaces are light, airy and pleasant but the toilets here are disgusting. One urinal has been left blocked for days now, filled with youcanguesswhat. They commonly run out of soap and the sinks are poorly designed so they overflow and leak water everywhere, making it dangerous to use them

By far the worst office I ve worked at. It s become a game within the team to guess what new problem will emerge. We ve had blocked urinals, front doors without handles, lift out of service, a plague of flies in our kitchen, frigid temperatures, and the list goes on. We thought about requesting nice-to-haves like decent bike parking and showers, but it s pointless with the level of concern Regus has for maintaining quality office space. They re converting a floor to Spaces but this will fail dismally when the casual workers quickly discover the state of the facilities.

Filthy and broken. This place is filthy! The toilets smell extremely bad and aren't clean, the kitchen are horrendously dirty, equipment in toilet and kitchen are broken and never fixed, bins in kitchen so full the litter is on the floor, no paper towels anywhere, floors are dirty and never vacuumed... this doesn't feel like an office but more like a 3rd world train station. If I was the CEO of Regus, I'd be embarrassed.

Office space in London that is fantastically central but does seem to lack overview and coordination. Receiption is hit and miss and not that helpful. Office building is as you would expect I guess but the facilities could be cleaner and better maintained.

Awful awful shared offices. Bathrooms absolutely disgusting 99% of the time, the lifts NEVER work, at least 2 out of the 4 are always out of order and the others are very slow. Staff on the door completely useless and totally unhelpful. Seem to crank up the heating in the summer and blast air con in winter, making it very very uncomfortable to work there. We had mice in our office for a year and Regus did nothing to catch them. Post would get lost.

Lifts always broken, heating doesn't work, terrible shared office space

Have a desk in their shared office space. The building is well maintained and organise lots of events for the residents as well as treats on Fridays.

Good location and the rooms are OK (if a bit dated) but ongoing trouble with getting working AV and conference phones so meant it took over an hour before any real work could start for 2 days running

Possibly the most dire excuse for an office. Do not have any expectations other than to have a desk and chair. Everything about this place is unprofessional from the inferior WiFi, engineering works carries out during the day to the fake security cameras and rubbish security policy.

There is no option to take the stairs and the lifts are frequently out of order

Very average office space. Lifts often out of order, coffee machine serves terrible drinks.

We have a satellite office based here and visit only occasionally. However, the times I have been, the staff have been friendly and helpful. There are good facilities with a large meeting space in the lower ground floor area. We ve also used the meeting rooms and found them sufficient for our needs with good selection of sandwiches available.

Mice, no bathrooms, locked elevators, can't use stairs, dirty, outdated... there are so many things wrong with this office.
