Horrendous management of a sale. Alex Brooks had his vendor accept an offer but then used my position to pawn for a higher bid (Dutch auction). Delayed me being able to progress the sale by not issuing a sale contract. Finally delivered a sale contract at 4pm Tuesday, strangely, they took another offer at 5pm Tuesday. I waited 10 days for the contract to be sent to my solicitor. We returned the signed contract with a deposit by 11am the following day but found out we were gazumped. Poor tactics by this real estate which prevented us entering a cooling off period and securing the property. Wouldn t recommend them to anyone who is buying or selling. No regard for families and the community. No morals, no integrity and no trust!
