From start to finish Mark Kentwell and his team at Prd Newcastle were incredibly professional. I had a specific outcome for the sale of my home and Mark listened to my needs and then ran with it.
The sale of my home was incredibly quick and pain free as Mark's team took care of everything. The communication was nothing short of superlative. I speak with business owners daily and I can tell you I have NEVER met a business owner that answers phone calls and emails as promptly as Mark.
Mark has clearly spent hours and hours putting himself in the shoes of his clients and has systemised his office to reflect a perfect client experience.
