Applied for a rental property and got no respond about how my application went and eventually learned that the home was rented out by somebody else. Very unprofessional.

Definately one of the best and more professional companies i have dealt with over many years of selling and purchasing real estate in Newcastle and Lake Macquarie. The whole team from the salespeople to the receptionist were wonderful and i will be referring all my family to Century 21 at Charlestown.

Stay away from these agents, they ll lie to you in order to make the most money possible on a sale. I was accepted on a property over the New Years period but when I phoned Rob to find out when a suitable time to do the pest and building would be, I was told the vendor had taken a slightly higher offer. As a buyer you shouldn t have to ring up to find that out, he should be ringing me. Rob said a whole bunch of lies that I didn t believe and promised to call me back but he never did. Couple weeks and the property is still for sale. Thanks Century 21 and especially Rob for going above and beyond in service .

The support and open communication provided by Rob was prompt, detailed and exceeded all my expectations. As a first home buyer, both time and care was taken to explain all the requirements and next steps involved with purchasing a property - even to the degree of additional advice and tips for property maintenance once the property was acquired.
