I prefer not to give a star at all. Bad business, please do not buy here. Problems with delivery and especially with pieces. Disposal of 2 expensive batteries within 9 months. Wait 7 weeks for delivery and then receive a bill of over 800.00.

Omdat ik ernstig gehandicapped ben en alleen in ee...

Omdat ik ernstig gehandicapped ben en alleen in een aangepast bed op de 1e etage kan slapen, ben ik totaal afhankelijk van de traplift. Om zeker te zijn van uw service heb ik een abonnement waar ik jaarlijks een flink bedrag voor betaal.
Op maandag
5 juni heb ik 'smorgens een storing gemeld. De lift staat beneden en komt niet meer in beweging. Voor mij is er ook geen ruimte om er (met moeite) langs te kruipen. Volgens uw medewerkster die de storing opnam zou ik niet eerder dan a.s. Donderdag aan de beurt zijn voor reparatie.
Ik vind dat een meer dan schandalige behandeling waar ik geen genoegen mee kan nemen.,ook al werd dat later dinsdagmiddag.
De service van practicomfort is ver beneden peil.

July 13, 2016 I ordered a Beaufort 13.
2 breakdowns in the street.
Sends batteries by post but he was forced to pay a craftsman to ride them !!!!!!!
Today I am told that on August 31st we will come back and try to see if we have to change the scooter ........

Complimenten voor dit bedrijf.
Na de aanschaf van een (gebruikte) scootmobiel in eerste instantie alleen maar ellende.
Echter, dit is tot volle tevredenheid opgelost.
Deze scootmobiel is ingenomen en ik heb een andere (gebruikte) scootmobiel gekregen waar ik duidelijk op vooruit ben gegaan.
Dit mag je toch wel een uitstekende service noemen!!

1 ster is nog teveel. Echt een drama bedrijf en product
Mn schoonouders kochten 8 maanden geleden een traplift ( 9000), maar is een drama.
Heeft nog nooit langer dan 2 a 3 weken probleemloos gewerkt. Elektrische en mechanische storingen aan de lopend band. Meerdere malen halverwege gestrand en probeer dan maar eens dr uit komen met alle beperkingen enz. De service laat ook vaak op zich wachten. Correspondentie met slecht Nederlands sprekende mensen via de telefoon of aan de deur. Tja en als je dan 70+ bent, is dat niet zo eenvoudig allemaal. Ze zijn het zat, maar de leverancier geeft nog wel 850 voor de traplift terug. Echt een dikke pluim. NIET!

Shower cabin well placed.
Glass plates could have been a little higher, when using a rain shower, water splashes over the glass plate (so between the glass wall and the tile wall).
I solve this by mounting the plastic plate above the glass wall, so that water cannot get behind the glass plate, so that it stays dry.

What a worthless company. We had a stairlift place...

What a worthless company. We had a stairlift placed for my parents, we knew that they could not use it for long. But the lift has been purchased and neatly placed. After a year the elevator was released due to death and then the misery begins. You have to wait weeks before someone comes to take the elevator out. It was with this company that they gave a buy-back guarantee, which was an important reason for us to work with Practicomfort.
Finally get out of the elevator and then you expect them to refund the money ... Not so
After 20 x calls and each time another lady who spoke to you who was going to arrange it for you. These ladies are not allowed to decide anything themselves. They contact the manager and then come back with the story that is on the account the following week. Well not so.
In the meantime, 3 months later and 20 phone calls (yes, because they do not call back), the money was eventually refunded. Let's forget the phone bill ..

received my new scooter last week. A Beaufort 4 with 4 larger wheels than the previous one. It drives great, much softer in sound, good batteries, which do not need to be charged after every ride. Charging at the wheel is also great. I am very satisfied with it and would recommend it to anyone. It can be separated and taken in the car.

Werk wordt door prima vakmensen uitgevoerd.
Bewondering voor de snelle verbouwing en het regelen van alle aansluitingen.
Controle achteraf is ook prima.
Klein probleem met het leveren en plaatsen van het mini stoeltje i.v.m het Covid-19 probleem.

Bad, worse, Practicomfort. Our walk-in shower was installed on 8 February. Everything went wrong: everything was not properly measured, so the glass shower wall did not fit, and the ordered bathroom furniture did not have the gentlemen with them. Two errors made by PC, but the first phone call for apologies for this is yet to come.
In short, we are now a month further, and the mistakes made have not yet been corrected. Our 10 mille walk-in shower is now protected by a shower curtain. I really cannot recommend this club to anyone. If you are considering joining this club, I will say: don't do it, turn around.

Very bad experience; poor communication, promises that are not kept. Wrong sales advice Materials delivered before the assembly day were delivered at a different time than agreed. Black acrylic sheets were missing, as well as the anti-slip coating that we ordered. A soap rack that could not be placed because it had to be screwed into the wall and could not be drilled into the cabin plates. The mechanics went to work with white acrylic that they brought with them. Result: skewed finish, end profile with 3 inlays of 10 cm inlay at the bottom with visible seams and above the glass plate a few cm protruding. The holes in the wall where the shower curtain had been were not filled. a piece of acrylic sheet that is dangerous for your toes. But the most ridiculous is yet to come: where our bath was, we now look at the concrete blocks, bare wall without tiles; the seller had overlooked it. Ridiculous for someone who has this on hand on a daily basis. Unfortunately I can't post the photos of the result. The Practicomfort troubleshooter who came to inspect after our angry phone calls promised to have everything assembled differently, but first had to consult with his superior. This is now 2 weeks ago and we are still in the dark, heard nothing. For the 5300 euros this cost, we could have had a beautifully tiled bathroom with a walk-in area.

Helemaal tevreden, prima bedrijf
Ik wilde van mijn bad een douche hebben en het liefst zo snel mogelijk. Ben niet de jongste meer en had ook geen zin in een lange verbouwing.
Had niet gedacht dat dit kon, maar heb via Practicomfort een douche aangeschaft welke binnen 1 dag geplaatst zou worden.
Ze kwamen om 8 uur s ochtends en verlieten mijn woning al om half 2. Kon het bijna niet geloven, maar er stond een keurige douche welke ik direct kon gebruiken.

I can't check 0 stars, can I? My mother selected a beautiful bathroom with an advisor who promised that he would make everything beautiful! Then heard nothing for weeks ... Finally, after asking a few times, they came yesterday morning (while yesterday afternoon was said). The freelancer hired for this did not agree at all with the materials he had, but apparently he thought it was necessary to just place everything. Result: a bathroom with all kinds of errors, things that are half finished, materials that do not fit, walls that do not fit, a container that is too short, missing parts .... Varying experiences with this company. We had a home lift and stairlift installed by practical comfort. The front of the process (sales / advice), the assembly and the quality of the products are very good. The communication from practical comfort after the purchase, for example about the delivery time, when you can expect the contractor and when the equipment is installed is really very bad. We had to call continuously and the information we received was often incorrect. This is a great pity, because you have an unpleasant experience while the products are good and the people who sell and install them do a really good job.

Mijn schoonmoeder heeft door verhuizing haar traplift van 6 jaar oud niet meer nodig. Gebeld over de terugneem-garantie. Dit is een fabeltje. De traplift zou te oud zijn en een traplift met bocht komt er sowieso niet voor in aanmerking. Dit is bij de verkoop niet zo gecommuniceerd en staat ook niet op de website, waar wordt gesproken over een gegarandeerd bedrag. Als je nog bijna 400 euro(!) betaalt willen ze hem nog wel weg komen halen... Schandalig vind ik het, mensen die kwetsbaar zijn lokken met een mooi verhaal, wat vervolgens niet klopt.
Daarnaast heeft het bedrijf ook absoluut geen oog voor duurzaamheid. Een nog goed functionerend apparaat van ooit 10.000 euro kan nu bij het grof vuil worden gezet!

Liked very well with the exception of the suspension. This is very stiff, especially the intercourse because of this I got pain in my arms and hands.
The delivery and information was excellent.
The discount (summer) at least compared to other suppliers. Still look a bit more at the competition.

After long deliberations, we ended up at PractiComfort to exchange our bath for a walk-in shower. After the first mail to PractiComfort we were soon called, appointment with the sales adviser made. He advised us very well, after he made a drawing, we decided to work with PractiComfort. After 9 weeks as agreed, our walk-in shower was placed. The bath was neatly demolished, the debris and bath was removed by the technical people (Ralph Welvaart and his employees) who carried out this entire job very skillfully. The walk-in shower was professionally installed to our liking.

We are very satisfied with the advice we received on the first visit. Everything was well explained and also the possibility to do it yourself, this is about a scooter that can be disassembled to take with you in the car. This was also delivered fairly quickly and again text and explanation about how everything works, including doing it yourself was discussed.
The people are patient and take the time to solve any questions or problems (assembly and disassembly) together.
A lot of patience has also been shown, which is not entirely unimportant.
The people we have been in contact with are very friendly.

Nieuwe scootmobiel - nooit op gereden - wordt na 4 weken niet meer teruggenomen. Wel als je 75% van de aanschafwaarde inlevert + ophaal- en transportkosten betaalt. Aanschafwaarde 1.750,00, aanbod terugnemen nog geen 300,00.
"Zet maar op Marktplaats..." is de 1e reactie van de telefoniste.....

En dat zegt "ZORG OP MAAT" te leveren...?

Ze zorgen goed voor hun eigen portemonnee en dat gaat over de rug van hulpbehoevenden!!

Na, nogmaals, contact met Practicomfort vanwege onderstaand verhaal, zijn we tot een voor ons beide goede oplossing gekomen. Zeer prettig dat t als nog positief is opgelost.

Hier nog zo'n ervaring. Beloven van alles, er zou alleen opgehaald worden als t onder garantie zou vallen, vervolgens hoor je na ophalen 2wk niets meer en als hij terugkomt moet je zonder enig overleg ineens 217 euro aftikken. Weer overleg gehad, belofte gehad dat er niet betaald hoefde te worden... 2 mnd later ineens een herinnering en een enorme discussie. Ze zijn niet eens bereid om het uit te zoeken. Ik ga het in ieder geval aan mijn advocaat geven. Conclusie: kijk uit voor dit bedrijf, leg alles vast, beloftes zijn niets waard, zelfs niet van 3 verschillende medewerkers

Boarding bath ordered from PractiComfort. We were unsure whether this bath would fit in our small bathroom, but the seller was sure it would work after looking at the situation at home. Quotation signed and a down payment made. Then a mechanic came to measure again, and ... the bath could not be placed. So disappointing .. and many times by telephone asked employees if I could get my deposit refunded asap, now that the seller had made an error of judgment. PraktiComfort has indicated that it will take a month as a deadline to refund deposits, and is apparently not prepared to give me an accelerated refund as an "excuse". Bad service. Employees are insufficiently skilled. Aggressive sales technique by the seller in question.

Month later, November 30, two weeks past the one-month period, no payment has yet been received. Ask for contact with the supervisor, but the operators will let things be "appeased".

But now after many months, a year is approaching, my stairlift is still not in order and Practicomfort turns out to be world champion in sending people from pillar to post.
The advice is wholeheartedly: ignore this company as far as possible.

A company with 4 service staff .... then the alarm bell should go off with you .... but in reality there is one service employee who does not speak 'Dutch' and also does not understand what the word SERVICE holds. Slechte service, wordt van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd. Had pech met mijn scootmobiel bieden 24 service maar moet +/- 5 dagen wachten.

Scootmobiel is 14 dagen oud en stond midden op de weg stil om vervolgens de opmerking van de receptioniste te krijgen dat ik al 78 jarige de scootmobiel naar huis moest duwen!! Dit vind ik schandalig, dit noem ik geen klanten service!!

Heb een aantal keren gebeld over een afgehouden bedrag maar konden mij niet door verbinden en ook niet vertellen waar dit van was, dit zegt genoeg over hun communicatie en administratie..

Very bad service, only empty promises, I don't think this company fully understands that older people depend on this every day. I help my grandfather, and I am sad to see how these people are treated in this way. First ordered a charger, this took too long, not only because there is a delivery time, but also because everyone works together and you have to pass everything 3x. Then had contact six months later about a repair, where no fair indication is given of delivery times of parts and they call you back tomorrow. You can make mistakes, but you can see that yourself through the eyes and give this error in an equitable way. For my mother I had requested a demonstration at Practicomfort for a mobility scooter, and a day later an advisor was on my doorstep with a number of foldable mobility scooters. A mobility scooter pleased me and my mother had the scooter within a week at home and could use it immediately. We were also called after delivery with the question whether everything was satisfactory. So service is excellent and this company is recommended for everyone.
