Very bad service, only empty promises, I don't think this company fully understands that older people depend on this every day. I help my grandfather, and I am sad to see how these people are treated in this way. First ordered a charger, this took too long, not only because there is a delivery time, but also because everyone works together and you have to pass everything 3x. Then had contact six months later about a repair, where no fair indication is given of delivery times of parts and they call you back tomorrow. In the meantime, my grandfather cannot leave his room and we are waiting daily for a phone call, and then have to contact us every time. Pity. So two bad experiences with Silvermobility. You expect these types of companies to be punctual and accurate and to provide the elderly with a smooth and simple service.
