Beautiful website with photo of the service team where 4 friendly employees stand up to speak in case of calamities ...... A company with 4 service staff .... then the alarm bell should go off with you .... but in reality there is one service employee who does not speak 'Dutch' and also does not understand what the word SERVICE holds. I think I'll leave the walk-in shower and contact the consumer program RADAR to nominate Practicomfort for the COLD SHOWER AWARD.
