Boarding bath ordered from PractiComfort. We were unsure whether this bath would fit in our small bathroom, but the seller was sure it would work after looking at the situation at home. Quotation signed and a down payment made. Then a mechanic came to measure again, and ... the bath could not be placed. So disappointing .. and many times by telephone asked employees if I could get my deposit refunded asap, now that the seller had made an error of judgment. PraktiComfort has indicated that it will take a month as a deadline to refund deposits, and is apparently not prepared to give me an accelerated refund as an "excuse". Bad service. Employees are insufficiently skilled. Aggressive sales technique by the seller in question.
Month later, November 30, two weeks past the one-month period, no payment has yet been received. Ask for contact with the supervisor, but the operators will let things be "appeased".
