Wanted to treat myself to a bouquet and stumbled across Company Flowers & Gifts Too! on Sunday. Huge huge selection. Found a lovely bunch of flowers but was hoping to add a few sprigs of rosemary to it. They happily added the rosemary at no charge and now my whole place smells amazing. Will always come here for my flowers!
Never again! If I could give no stars I would. I placed an order for a same-day Saturday delivery.
I called and spoke with a woman who ensured me the flowers would be delivered same day because I had placed the order in enough time. The flowers were not delivered. The company is closed on Sunday, which basically means that my order was two days late.
When I called, the guy who I spoke with said he knew nothing about the extra delivery costs and had the order there for Monday delivery. A liar. And quite condescending, too. At least he tried to be.
I went with this shop because I read great review. I m am so disappointed in the experience. I was not compensated for services not rendered as promised.
Never again.
They are a terrific customer focused local florist and gift shop. A friend of mine was going through a rough patch and wanted to send her some flowers to brighten her day. Looked online and found out they have free delivery to 22207. So I found a beautiful arrangement and was still within the next day delivery window. Even though I had accidentally given the wrong contact number for my friend they still were in constant communication with me and were able to make the delivery. Super professional and the arrangement turned out beautifully. Highly recommend them if you re needing a gift or floral arrangement.
Their arrangements are absolutely lovely; very unique and tasteful.

I walked into this shop that i have been passing for years, and saw a lot of cool things and great ideas for future gifts. I got an arrangement and am just blown away by the young lady that helped me, i wish i got her name, thank you so much. I want that Lamb in the window!!

Excellent customer service! I neglected to give them the code they needed to deliver the flowers so they delivered to a different address the next day for me, free of charge! Thank you for being so accommodating to your customers!
I hesitate to give them two stars because their arrangements are gorgeous and very garden-y and un-standard-FTD. HOWEVER, a recent experience ordering online left me very annoyed. The website states: "Free local delivery is available for local online orders only. For orders being sent outside of our local delivery zone, a delivery fee based on the recipient's address will be calculated during checkout." The recipient of the flowers I sent lives just 2.8 miles away from this shop, and it never crossed my mind that THAT address would not be considered local! But because the address is in the 22205 zip code (the shop is located in 22207), it is considered "out of the local delivery zone" and I was charged a whopping $12.50 for delivery (seriously they could have walked them over!)
First of all, there are locations within 22207 that are way further away than 2.8 miles. Secondly, they should state on their website clearly just WHAT their local delivery zone consists of so the buyer will know immediately if they qualify. It never occurred to me that being so close to the shop wouldn't - I assumed "out of local delivery area" meant, like, Crystal City. Nowhere on the website does it state what their delivery area consists of. This smacks of a bait-and-switch (the "free delivery" is even in their title on google) kind of like all those "free" things on the internet that you then have to pay a subscription fee for ("oh we just meant it was free to click onto our website. After that you have to pay.")
Update: But wait, it gets better! I got a call today saying that they have a minimum and that my floral arrangement didn t meet their minimum. The floral arrangement that I ordered ON THEIR WEBSITE - huh? I will say here that the woman I spoke with was very nice, and explained it was a brand new website and is connected with another company who posted arrangements with prices that Company Flowers didn t know about. (Um, ok but...not my problem). She also offered to waive the delivery fee. Considering I just had to go up $25 in my order that was the least they could do!
Seriously - again, their flowers are gorgeous - but they need to get it together with this website!! (And in addition to waiving the delivery fee for the reasons stated above, they should also have honored the $40 considering that I ordered that off their website!!!!)
This place is an awesome hidden gem. When you walk in, you immediately see all these gorgeous flowers and great gift ideas that can put a smile on anyone s face. The owner is very nice and welcoming too. He made a custom bouquet for me, exactly how I asked. Couldn t recommend more.
My Manager tasked me with finding a company who could deliver a Get-Well Basket to a colleague of his. I spent a couple of hours trying to find a company who could customize a basket for us and deliver the following day. I almost got discouraged but low and behold, I found Company Flowers & Gifts. The Representative I spoke with, Linda, was very patient with me and between the both of us, we came up with a lovely basket idea and they were able to deliver it the following day even though I didn't finalize the order until close to 6 pm. My Manager was happy, the recipient of the basket was happy, and I was elated that this request could be accomplished in a timely fashion with the specific items that I wanted to be included. Linda even offered a finishing touch - Daffodils - which we found out were favorites of the basket recipient! Thank you Company Flowers and Linda for making this happen!

Amazing place! The staff is great and help you pick out fabulous flowers! The designers are so talented and all of their arrangements are so beautiful, my favorite is the english country garden wink! Everything I get is so fresh and long lasting couldn't be happier with the flowers! As for the shop, it has a wide variety of cute products and I never fail to find the perfect gift! My go to gift and flower shop!
