I dropped a Grizzly off on May 19th having problems with the rear brake,leave 2 phone numbers to call when diagnosed.After no word I call,told hadn't had a chance to look at yet.Call on June 6 still haven't had time to look at yet, wait still no call yet,call on June 10 told the cable is froze up needs replaced,ask if the parts have been ordered yet,no they haven't so I guess until I called it was just going to sit there on ignore.Told the parts should be in on June 12.June 27 call @12pm told still not fixed will be able to pick up this afternoon,ride over there @5pm still not fixed,not even in the shop still sitting outside buried behind 3 other machines told it will be fixed and delivered on June 30
July 2 call to check @9am told it will be delivered today
July 2 get a call @420pm cant deliver today will delivery July 3 @1000am
July 3 get a call @950am cant get the truck start will be delivered this afternoon-call @445pm told still cant get the truck to deliver started July 4 machine finally gets delivered,notice the rear wheel center cap is missing call @11am talk to service hes going to look for it @1pm still no call back yet when I post to their Facebook page inquiring about the lost center cap 20 minutes later which is 5 hours after my original call I'm told there ordered one 'sorry for the inconvenience' Almost a month and a half for an hours worth of labor?PowerSports of Greenville is garbage.
