Power was an outstanding experience from the first contact with the salesperson to the final inspection. The inspector said the quality was terffic and was under the cost of some of the competitors out there. I have recommended them to my neighbor.

Power has completed two of our home projects. The first was 15 windows when we moved into our house 6 years ago. Our energy bill dropped from $300 to $200 each month. The second project was our basement sliding door. Power was fantastic from start to finish. The windows and doors are of the highest quality and the double lifetime warranty is a huge selling point. The windows were installed in one day by a team of three and the the sliding doors were installed by one worker within a few hours. It has made a huge difference and we will continue to use Power for future home projects.
From the salesman, Alex, to all the workers, especially Rene, the project manager, John, they all worked great together and with us. I could not be happier with the company. We had siding installed and the work was flawless. The only problem we had was the wrong gutter material was ordered, but they assured us it would be completed in a timely matter. The weather was horrible, cold and very damp, but they worked to complete the job prior to the holiday weekend. I highly recommend Power Home Remodeling.

Power was one of the most accommodating home improvement companies I have ever come across. They really worked with my schedule and even put up my lateness. Everyone represented their company so well that I felt comfortable with the roofers that were doing the job, I didn't even feel it necessary to stay home all day. I liked the product and the consultant really helped me fit the project into my budget and price range. I needed to get the job done and Power was just the right fit for me. I would recommend them for any homeowner that needs work done to their house.
From the beginning to the end, the presentation, the acceptance agreement, the start of construction, the clean up and the constant followup by the Project Manager, in addition to the company's support representatives, this project proved to be one of the best experiences we have had. We have completed 4 major projects in my office, over the last 12 months, as we prepare for retirement and by far this was the best. The Representatives were very informed, the installation personnel were excellent professionals and were ready and able to answer all questions through the process. I was home through out the installation, so I was able to watch (birddog) each phase of the process and each step was professionally performed. As mentioned the Project Manager visited the project installation and was in constant communication with me through the process, making sure I had no issues. Finally, the windows are fantastic. Family and friends have come to out home, immediately noticed the new windows and commented on how good they look. I have a completely new home now, with a remodeled kitchen, new home office, remodeled bedroom and now new windows. Excellent, Excellent, Excellent experience. I would and will recommend this company to anyone. They are not the cheapest, but they are the BEST. If you don't mind paying for high quality, choose Power Home Remodeling.

The sales rep was focused on me as a customer than another moment in his pocket. He helped with my daughter when we met at BJ's and that gave me the opportunity to listen to this awesome home improvement opportunity. Oh yeah and we had a wonderful lady to explain how the windows work. It was a wonderful experience although lengthy. Power call rep worked with us to get a good date for installation. That was great as well. Day of installation was smooth, fast and clean. I felt a change in room temperature immediately I walked in the bedroom and it was a good feeling. Manager reviewed everything with us and actually more home improvement opportunities was uncovered..will recommend Power cos they are genuine and will work will you.
Don't use them for roofs. They did a bad job, put a hold in my ceiling. 3 months later and I still waiting for them to repair my ceiling.
very professional, quick installation, the windows are great. they are very easy to open. Very easy to clean no worries on cleaning the outside with the fold in. Cleaning is done when windows are installed no mess is left all is taken. Will do again. Very happy...
PowerHRG ROCKS...Company sales personnel and their contractors are very professional and experienced people. The contractors arrived on time (calling first), they worked quickly and efficiently on my slider door. I was amazed how they removed and installed this slider. It took less time than I had imagined. They arrived at 12n and it was completely installed, window cleaned and bright by 2:40p. So awesome. I definately will call them back for other window work. Recommend that everyone give them a call.
We already knew that we had an insulation issue. We actually set the appointment for siding, but they brought up that our insulation needed to be done before siding. This made us feel comfortable that they weren't just trying to sell us what was in their best interest, but that they're concern was OUR best interest. Their prices were similar to others that quoted us and their product and warranty was much better. They have done a fantastic job and we would recommend them.
Overall great experience, spent hours with Ben talking about windows and doors. Scheduled a meeting with Greg, (the pre inspection guy) gave us the low down on everything we need to know and made sure the installation smooth and easy. The install crew, was also fantastic, one day smooth install, highly recommend

Power HRG was very great. I'm very impressed with the installation. The window have a life time warrant which I love. Installation was complete in less than 3 hours and we installed 7 Windows today. Despite a rough start to the install, our sales person Chris was quite personable and explained the process and materials well. Our site manager Chase was prompt and followed up with any questions we had. So far, our installation has progressed with minor hitches, but all is going well and we are satisfied with the appearance and installation of the product.

Okay, I on purposely took my time to give this review for PHRG. This is an honest review, to put things into perspective I'm from another country (UK) where our homes have stood for hundreds of years and the windows and doors are, in my opinion, generally made much better than American products, probably due to the cold insulation, noise reduction, and solidity expected from Brits. My wife and I live in Atlanta and a salesman (Justin Pagano) visited us to give us a quote for Windows, we wanted to see how much they'd be and perhaps we'd consider it sometime in the future. We had little intention of buying at the time. Justin was very courteous, gave an excellent sales pitch and stayed for a very long time trying to ensure he left with a sale. I even gave him a hard time explaining why I preferred British windows but he kept his calm, explained everything extremely well and gave us his word that PHRG Windows were amongst the best in the business so we decided to buy a few Windows to test them out. I loved the warranty that other reviewers have commented on too. When the Windows came to be installed I expected two guys to come fit them, but four came instead. Each introduced themselves, were again extremely polite, courteous and professional. They took very little time to do the install and the Windows looked excellent when they were done. There was no mess, no disruption other than getting out of their way to do the work. They then explained how to use the Windows and were on their way. My wife and I inspected the work after they'd left and all that needed some detail was for us to repaint some of the inside woodwork as the Windows made the wood look so dated or yellow looking since they were so bright and new. About half an hour later, to our surprise, an auditor came to inspect the work the four men had done. He again was very personable, professional and courteous. He was very pleased with the install and thanked us for our business reiterating information about the warranty and calling if we needed anything else. We had the Windows fitted in January, it is now April, I have to say I am delighted with the Windows, the workforce and the whole process. The Windows were worth paying that little bit more for. Yes you may get Windows much cheaper, or going for something comparable like Andersons, but you will be disappointed with something like we have recently. As an example, I had a back door fitted from a competitor because my wife couldn't stomach the price Justin from PHRG had quoted us for our small back door. Well the new door we have is only there because of the wife! I didn't want to go with the competitor and now she sees why. The workmanship of the new door is okay but the fitting was no where near as good as PHRG. The aftercare and customer service let them down too. I will now not seek window or door work from any other contractor moving forward. We will be having the rest of our Windows replaced over the next few years as funds become available and PHRG will be where we return our business. Apologies for the long review but for me detail is everything.

Misleading in sales pitch and information capture. I am getting repeated calls from their telemarketing department 61 zero 99 zero 4243. They accidentally left voicemail dropping the f-bomb. Poor potential customer experience and unprofessional.
They were very expensive but the crew was polite and got the job done during a heat wave. I got 10 windows and they finished in about 7 hours with 3 guys. The real test will be in the winter to see just how good these windows are.

Made an appointment for an estimate and was blown off by the estimator. The time was supposed to be at 5:30 pm. At 6 pm I called and spoke with someone that didn't identify himself and asked where his guy was. He told me that his estimate guy called and pushed it back to 6:30. There was no call from him at all. He lied. Walter then called my wife about 10 minutes later and offered to reschedule. Please tell me why we would continue with a company that won't keep to it's word and flat out lie and treat veterans this way?

I don t know how anyone can use this company. They are so aggressive and their prices are outrageous. They come to our house multiple times a week and will NOT leave. I ve called to complain and I ve even had to call the police. I have a non-soliciting sign and they told me they don t have to leave my property. Of course you do. It s MY property.
