Sales guy while friendly and informative took nearly 3 hours of our time. We decided to move forward with work with the company and said we won't need financing .I made sure to ask twice that since we weren't financing there wouldn't be a hard inquiry on our credit. We were assured there wouldn't be. The next day we decided to cancel the order ( which was easy. That's why there are two stars ) because I wasn't confident that we weren't being overcharged. It seemed exceedingly high for what we wanted. All said and done the order was cancelled and we only wasted 3 hours listening to the sales pitch . However there is a hard mark against my credit now even after being assured that it wouldn't. Beware, the sales people are just that and will say what they have to in order to make the sale.
