Made an appointment for an estimate and was blown off by the estimator. The time was supposed to be at 5:30 pm. At 6 pm I called and spoke with someone that didn't identify himself and asked where his guy was. He told me that his estimate guy called and pushed it back to 6:30. There was no call from him at all. He lied. Walter then called my wife about 10 minutes later and offered to reschedule. Please tell me why we would continue with a company that won't keep to it's word and flat out lie and treat veterans this way?
