I ordered a barbecue Mac with pork and the pork was 4/5 FAT! My first bite was absolutely disgusting. The other food and drinks are great. Would not recommend the meat to anyone ever though because I have to say it again it is DISGUSTING.

We used to love the food at pour house but all the food that made this place stand out has been removed from the menu and it's very limited. The chicken sandwich at happy hour was pretty tasty though but it only comes with the sandwich and no side which made it the normal price it would be on the menu.

Lived in Bend since 1978. Met Nathan on a slow Monday. Such a pleasant host. Sandwiches are perfect and potatoe fries are crisp and pure.
A sports bar with great staff and food. Thanks Nathan from the old couple in the corvette roadster! We will be back. Allen and Cynthia

This place is my first choice place. Of all restaurants I know I favor it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to this restaurant. when I I need a delicious lunchon, this restaurant comes instantly to my mind. extremely good and all kinds of food and a large list of dishes.professional team, and pleasant mood. Not less important, the price is good. I suggest this place with no hesitation.

The food at The Pour House is consistently delicious, and the servers are pleasant and attentive. The restaurant is great for family dining. The sports bar has a wide selection of craft beer and is a comfortable place to visit with friends and watch the game.

My son and I went today for our first time and were very impressed. The service was great, she used my name while addressing me. Always an extra and the garlic Parmesan wings were some of the best we've had. Can't wait to try the pretzel crust pizza!

I wouldn t recommend. When the original pour house opened on third street next to Burger King they had outstanding food. Since the new location they have gone down hill. The manager is a straight joke. Just ordered food to go from them and specifically put in a correct order only to receive it and everything I asked for was wrong. If you can t get an order correct when your writing it down.... that says a lot about your establishment. So sad to see such a great place go down hill so fast all due to poor management.

First time here. Menu is extensive and a little intimidating. Thought about pizza but was unsure about the pretzel dough. Settled on the Reuben, minus the aioli. They happily brought a side of thousand island. The aioli was great for dipping fries into. Saw the pizza at another table and it looked awesome. Will have to try that next time. The tomato on a burger we ordered still had the core. When alerted to it, the owner came over to personally apologise and offered us a free dessert. Great customer service from everyone! We will be back.

Food was delicious! I highly recommend the pulled pork Jalapeno Poppers. Service was pretty slow but we met with family we hadn't seen in a long time so we had a lot to catch up on anyway. Everyone loved their food. I would go here again

Twice we tried the Pour House over the last few years and twice we encountered poor service. We just cannot get to the point where we are served food. Last night, we left after waiting an hour for appetizers. They were not even busy. We watched multiple waiters and waitress walk past constantly, the bartender was standing directly in front of us behind the bar, and possibly a male greeter stood mostly greeting by the restrooms near us elbow bumping and saying hello s. We were very invisible in plain sight in our booth. My husband has worked in the service industry for 25 years and has managed bars and restaurants here in town and this is the only restaurant where we have encountered this anomaly.
We have lived in the South end of Bend for 22 years and this is the only restaurant we do not patronize.

Came in on a Friday at 3pm for Happy Hour. The beer was good, but not cold. The food took an average amount of time to get to the table. We ordered the bbq egg rolls and fryzilla. Omg. The fryzilla was on point. Will definitely order that again. The sauce used with the egg rolls complimented the pulled pork perfectly. It was a fruity mustard and it was delicious.

All American & great family atmosphere for a sports pub type environment!
What can I say? Many try serving garlic fries, few get it right. Pour House is in my top five list of 'best garlic fries'. Their burgers were pretty good and the waitress was excellent.
Because atmosphere is as important as the food, if not moreso, I'm adding: I often see people get ridiculous when someone walks in open carrying. When I was there such a person came in. Although some patrons reacted foolishly, the employees acted normally, even showing the open carry patron respect. I found that refreshing and I will add this to my 'stand by staple outing places' just for that. It also took Pour House Grill from four stars to five!

You saw my other family member's review. The more I think back on Sunday night's $140 meal at this place, the more mystified I am. And the more I think our waitress failed not only us, but the owner of this place.

As written, we ordered for 8 of us. 30 minutes later (we were patient), 5 of the meals came out. No one "raved" about anything. 40 minutes later, the last 3 meals came out.

At first, the waitress claimed the "computer system" failed. Then we asked to speak to the manager or owner, and she would not tell us he/she was even there, and then she was panicky that SHE would get in trouble. After reassuring her that (from what she told us) she did nothing wrong, we just felt the owner would want to know if there was ANY issue (not looking to blame, looking to solve). Nope, she would not bring anyone above her to our table.

Waitress training falls on management. Lackluster food, poor server training, 1 server for all the tables, all falls on the owners. We eat out in Bend 3 - 4 nights a week, and really have no reason whatsoever to come back. No one cared.

When we walked in, the restaurant is split in 2. One side was closed off, chairs still on the tables. The other (bar) half, mostly full, and just had a vibe of "every customer looking miserable", like they all too were waiting (a long time) for food.

Our drinks were NEVER refilled unless we asked (basic restaurant skill 101!), slow to offer take home cartons, slow to clear plates - just poor all around.

Bend has a lot (I mean a lot) of great restaurants that cover the basics well, and most go above and beyond. This place needs to start with the basics first.

This place is a pretty decent place for a drink. Lots of seating and TVs for different games. I think the food has gone a little downhill since they moved to this location, but it does just fine in a pinch.

Love the atmosphere is great, tons of beer but god did the tall dark haired male server provide the absolute worst service I've ever experienced. If your lucky enough to be served by any one other than him you'll have a great time! Avoid him at all costs.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, I called an order in for pick up. The lady at the desk hadn't even put the order in when I got there 20 mins later. So she puts the order in and makes me wait in the front and pay extra for "take out fee", and the guacamole for my burger is literally smeared on the wax paper my burger was on.
I didn't make any rude comments, did nothing wrong and got the worst and most expensive service I've ever had. ABSOLUTLY TERRIBLE.

I live close by and tried this place several times. All times i have not been impressed. I ve tried giving a second....third...and fourth chance but just seems to disappoint me every time. Tables sitting dirty as other customers are looking for a table. Fruit flies flying around while we were eating every time. (Gross) Service slow and not engaging with customers. Does bare minimum to please customers. I shouldn t come into a restaurant and feel like I m a bother to the waiter/waitress. Definitely needs improvement and until i hear that it has improved, i won t be back.

Pour house used to be one of my favorite BBQ places, but inconsistency has hurt it lately. They also don't do full ribs anymore which is unfortunate. In any case consistency is key in restaurants, and the quality of the meal can vary heavily. Still overall good, but not the "great" like it used to be.

Extremly small portions very high cost. The side for the sandwich was finally given to me as we had paid and were leaving instead of at time meal was delivered. Extra charges applied and not explained. Way to loud. Very bad experience
