Pour House Grill Review

It's ok we went there for happy hour and food menu are too much $$

Hands down one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had in Bend!
The service was terrible from the moment we walked in the door from the hostess flatly ignoring us to the server that took FOREVER to bring us our check so we could leave that damn place.

Seriously, we got ignored upon walking in. Only upon approaching the hostess station were we blankly stared at by the hostess, only to have to ask to be seated. That was weird enough, but then we sat down and a busser brought us two waters even though there were four of us. Then the server ignored us until my husband glared at her long enough for her to take us seriously. Furthermore, she didn't even bother to smile!

We finally got our order placed and when the food came out, it was okay. Much better than the service! My kids were still hungry after completing their entire meals, plus the kids meals are probably one of the most expensive kids meal in town. When you add the drink, it was $8.50 and very mediocre. Overall the prices are too high for what you get.

In summation, DON'T BOTHER! Go somewhere else if you're wondering where you should go for dinner tonight.

On my way outa town & felt compelled to let this place be my last Bend eatery experience for this trip. So glad i did. Such a nice, Friendly owner/manager. I Really enjoyed a brewskie and Yummy, fresh smoked, brisket tacos for the road! I look forward to coming back here.

My cousin and I visited there the other night and had wings and nachos a awesome mango cider and she had a dark beer really enjoyed the atmosphere the waiter was the bomb great place will be back

Friendly staff and excellent food. Drinks are awesome. Definitely coming back!

Wow! This is THE new BBQ place in Bend! Tried three different entrees and all have been some of the best food I've had in town. This place is a must for BBQ fans. Much of their food is smoked on site including the wings. Excellent wing sauces and the ribs rock. Philly steak sandwich was worth going back for. Only downside is they didn't carry the scotch brand I prefer but that's not their fault.

TERRIBLE! Was anxious to try Pour House, and was totally disappointed. We came in and stood for a while and the hostess ignored us. I thought the other group there was waiting to be seated also. After minutes I asked the hostess if there was a wait, and there wasn't. The other people were apparently waiting for a pickup. She just did not greet us at all. Awkward. We were there for about five minutes without a word. But after I asked myself, we were allowed to be seated.

The service was the worst. We were ignored, kids had no water and it NEVER came, long wait for a server, long wait for order, long wait for food (food was good but overpriced compared to 20 other beer pubs in town), medium portions, server was cold and neglectful, we NEVER got a refill on water or offered a second drink, and we had no follow up during meal. THEN we had to wait with empty plates with napkins on top for about 10 minutes before she finally came by and I asked to get the bill. When she dropped the check she might as well have dropped a mic.

Pour House did everything possible to lose my business all in one try. I left a slightly over 10% tip as a "message", but in hindsight should have left less or nothing at all. Worst waitress in town. I won't be back.

We had the wings and chicken sandwich. The wings were really good loved the smoked flavor. And the sandwich was pretty good no complaining here.

This place was out of several menu items. The food we did receive was decent.

They usually make awesome french onion soup. Not anymore. Had tasteless chicken tortilla soup and my husband had very blan clam chowder. Service was good. Btead sticks were good also.

Awesome atmosphere and customer service!! Tv's to watch sports! Smelled yummy but I was picking up an order for someone else. Worth checking out!

Great taste, new twist on old plates, eating out is getting expensive though, $100 for 3 people with the tip.

Prompt service and delicious food! Love the atmosphere as well. Knotty bites are the best and if you haven't had them yet, you are definitely missing out!

Great Food, Awesome Servers, Comfortable Atmosphere!

Good prices, good atmosphere. The fish and chips we're really greasy and tasted like they were cooked in old grease. If they fix the grease issue this would be a great place.

We were in search of some good chicken wings, but we struck out here. Wings were double-jointed and baked- not quite the buffalo wings we were looking for. Garlic knots were great! Service... eh. Probably won't return here.

Pricey, would of rather went to dandys for a burger. The service rocked that was the best part, made up for everything else.
