I seriously have nothing but great words to say about construct. I had the pleasure of working with Calum Cheshire on getting me my new role. Calum honestly done all the work. He asked all the questions to help build my cv and highlighted all the skills that I had to the employer for the role. he was easy to talk to and professional all the time. His communication was absolutely perfect and the process felt utterly uninstructive. The role he found me is perfect. Its a great company, with like minded colleagues which makes this new role all the better. I'm now doing something new and earning better money.

In a time where people are losing roles or are stuck at home due to covid, Calum really did exceed my expectations. I've now gone on to start recommending friends to him. If you are ever looking for a new role then I would strongly recommend giving a Calum a call 100%.

I Worked for Construct Recruitment as a carpenter for a year and really enjoyed my time there. However, they are not going to give you a chance to grow. If you have registered with them as chippy- you aren't going to work as a manager. No oops. ..

I began my adventure with Construct Recruitment about a year and a half ago. I was lucky that I came across Ms Alicja who immediately found me a long-term job. Registration was quick and easy. Ms Alicja who represents Construct from the beginning showed her professionalism and commitment. There is a very nice person who often found work in theoretically difficult moments (winter period). I worked for Construct for two years while living in London and couldnt say a bad word about the staff or the companies they paired me with.
Whenever I needed work they would have me on site as soon as I needed to be.

Construct are a fantastic company to work for. They supplied me with a vast selection of jobs in and around London whilst job hunting between finishing university and finding a job in my degree area. They were incredibly helpful and took into account my interests in regards to interviews that I was offered elsewhere, even though some instances were short notice. I have since recommended them to friends and family who have also undertaken work with them, who also cannot fault how friendly, considerate and helpful the team are!

Being an aussie carpenter coming to london i didnt know how easy it was to get work but finding these guys made it so much easier. They sorted me out with all the correct paperwork, helped me get my ticket and then i had a job in 2 days all i had to do was buy tools. I dealt with Dan mostly and nothing was ever an issue for him. Always got paid on time, my hours where always correct and the manner in which they operate is very polite. Any problems I had where resolved straight away but to me the best thing is no hidden charges or deductions so what ever I earnt was mine after the tax man got his piece of the pie.

Great agency, one of the best in London.
I first started working with them years ago and never had any issues. Always paid on time and there were always easily contactable if i needed anything. More recently i have been getting staff from them, over all decent workers coming from them and if someone comes to site without the attitude to work they will soon arrange a replacement.

Construct always looked after me when I was living in London. I'd usually have work the day after I called and they always tried to place me as close to my part of town as possible. The lads in the office are super friendly and helpful especially when I was new to town and were happy to provide flexible work for me and my mates both in the UK and on some overseas projects I was lucky enough to be apart of.

This agency isn't worth the paper it is wrote on will do anything to reduce hours not pay you accurately ensure charges pretty much every week my advice to anyone is stay away or if you do work for them always write your hours and cross check your wage slips only word for these company is thiefs
