While we have only used this location for service, we were thrilled with that portion of the business. Everyone was a pro, honest, and helpful. Beautiful facility.

Service Department is the most courteous, communicative, effective of any I've seen in decades. Not to mention the meticulous high-quality work done on my vehicle... They always bend over backward to meet our needs. Ask for Jim and you can't go wrong.

Took an uber to test drive and purchase...was not allowed to test drive due to not having car insurance...wth? I am here to buy a car...why would I have insurance?

I bought a used SUV that was the only vehicle on the lot that wasn t a Porsche and it was priced significantly less than the other used cars. However, Casey and Matt treated me like I was buying a new Porsche. They have even offered to pick me up at the airport when I fly in to get the car. They were great and I would definitely recommend Porsche St. Louis.

Porter was waiting on me when I pulled in. Service advisor took my info and my car was immediately taken back. I expected to have to leave the car and get a loaner but he said it would be done right away. About 30 mins later my recall work and tech inspection were both complete. I m always impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the high level of customer service. I ve never seen any other car dealership quite like it.

If you have a older Porsche, stay away from their service department. Went there for a factory issued inspection; afterwards discovered that a trim piece on the passenger side of the Cayenne is missing. Alerted the service manager what happened.. He states that it's a cheap and common missing part; we'll installed it for free. What a joke....took me emailing him 3 times. The end result..the (2 piece ) trim part was $169.00; it can be taken off by hand in less than a minute with both passenger side doors open. It's not a common or cheap part; thus the reason someone would rip it off.
Will not be using this dealership for anything in the future.

The service department is wonderful but the prices are ridiculous. $385 for an oil change and filter. Jiffy Lube $19.95. Why?

I couldn t be more pleased with my new Porsche Panamera purchase from St. Louis Porsche - from the moment I walked in everybody was very pleasant and nice. My salesman, Jonathan was very informative and took his time showing me what was available - I was allowed to test drive several different models and instantly knew that I had to have the new Panamera - the sale process went smoothly and I am the proud and happy owner of a new Porsche - I highly recommend St. Louis Porsche!!!!!!

While fixing a Porsche is never cheap, I had a big repair facing me at ou 34K miles on my out of warranty Panamera. STL Porsche went to bat with me to appeal to Porsche NA to discount the repair which I felt was a design flaw and not a wear and tear issue. Between the dealership and corporate, they reduced the repair by $1900 and did so quickly, efficiently and painlessly. They gave me a fantastic loaner during the week my car was under the knife, and made an awful event a lot more manageable!

Porsche St. Louis solved the misunderstanding between us.

Jeff at the service department took very good care of the problem with my Panamera.

Service advisor Jeff is reason enough to bring your a vehicle here! He is professional, considerate as well as understanding my concerns. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy and was treated fairly. Porsche St. Louis is very lucky to have such an asset!!! Thanks again Jeff.

Porsche St.louis have excellent customer service and the service department also are excellent.

I had a great experience with Jim and the Porsche service team. It s the only Porsche dealership in town so there can be a wait for an appointment. Once I got in though it was easy the necessary part was ordered on Monday and I was given a loaner vehicle while mine was repaired. On Wednesday I returned the loaner and picked up my ride. Easy peasy thanks guys. I also appreciated Jim talking me through the issue and being sure I understood what was wrong. We talked at length that Monday and I then called back on Tuesday for additional information and Jim spent extra time answering all of my questions.

Process was very easy and the people that work at St. Louis Porsche and great!

Responsive, attentive and friendly service with fair and transparent pricing. The car was also cleaned up inside and out with detail.

I came into the dealership without an appointment. The servIce manager had my car repaired and washed in less than an hour. Excellent customer service.

The service team (Jeff, Jonathan, Jim & Al) are exceptional (as always).

I can really tell the difference between the old Plaza and Parktown days to now at Indigo. The service staff is on top of the details, accommodating of schedules and they are hyper focused on good communication. At the end, I don t want any hidden surprises. And they assure you every step of the way that you know what s happening with your car.

I trust that my cars are taken care of, and that s a wonderful peace of mind.

Service department is great. Not only is it extremely comfortable, with great work areas, televisions, food and drink availiable, but they treat you fairly. Jim does a great job keeping you posted on the status of your service visit and the entire staff is always sure to make sure you are comfortable.

They have earned my service and loyalty had a fluid leak didnt know what it was and had a long way to drive, got me right away and quickly determined it was only a wiper fluid lead no big deal and no charge, very happy beautiful clean new dealership with great people

Though parts were delayed, he hooked us up with a cute convertible all week !!! Thank you Jim for EXCELLENT customer service ! He also listened as I was explaining hauling things as a Realtor breaking that piece on coach cover, they fixed it AND gave me a complimentary custom rubber mat for the back of my car !!

Picked up my new 911 Targa yesterday.
The entire process, from ordering the car to my specifications with the help of the Porsche salesperson ,Ajla. Very personable and a pleasure to work with!

Professional, courteous, and accurate dealership. I've never felt pressured or inconvenienced when dealing with Porsche St Louis.

Great service people, service results clearly explained, beautiful new store.
Periodic service did take 30 minutes longer than estimated. Overall an 8 out of 10.
