Jeff Copeland did an excellent job of checking me in, explaining what the service encompassed, and provided me with a loaner. My service was completed on time, and my car was returned having been hand washed.

Another fantastic experience at Porsche St Louis service. Had to flat bed my 911 in this morning for a blown tire. They had it in stock, replaced it quickly, turned in the claim for the wheel and tire insurance and I was on my way. Thanks for a great experience!
My wife and I had an amazing experience purchasing a car at Porsche St. Louis. The customer service was excellent and efficient. I have been a Porsche owner for approx 6 years now. My 2017 Macan GTS is the second Porsche I have purchased from Porsche Saint Louis. When I took my car in for its most recently scheduled service, I was informed that this was a major service and that the charge would be $1800. When I asked what the charges would be, he mentioned a few things (most of which I did not really understand). I was not apprised of the prices for each individual service. FOR EXAMPLE: One thing he mentioned was a change of the Cabin air filter I don t know what that s for, I don t know if I care about it, and I don t know how much I paid for it. He also said there was a long list of other things they would be doing, but did not mention what they were or how much they cost. I had the service technician call my husband to discuss the procedure. It was a short phone call where I do be believe my husband opted out of something, but he also stated that he did not understand everything that was done nor the breakdown of cost. Although they are friendly and accommodating, I feel like the men at Porsche just assume I am oozing money and don t give a second thought to dropping $1800 on servicing my vehicle. This is not the case. I am not able to afford a Porsche because I frivolously blow money everywhere without a second thought. I am very careful with my money and want to know where every penny of it it is going and what it is for. I don t feel as though the service technicians at Porsche honored this. It seemed more that their attitude was if you can afford to buy a Porsche then you certainly won t be asking any questions about the service costs. When I picked up my car the next day and it came time to pay I pulled out my checkbook. I was then told they do not accept checks (!!!!!). This is after I ve been a loyal customer for over 6 years, never missed a payment, and certainly have never had a returned check from my monthly car payment. If they were so concerned that I might not have enough money in my checking account maybe they d be more careful about reviewing the services and their costs.
Superb and outstanding service including excellent quality of work, promptness and knowledgeable staff in describing the nature and the rationale of service; I very much appreciate the helpful support of Jeff Copeland, the Service Adviser and Porsche Brand Abssssdot in addressing my concerns; similarly I appreciate the excellent work done by Rob, master gold Porsche technician who spent time with me to describe complex mechanical issues and specific remedies needed for proper functioning of Porsche cars; I take all of my Porsche cars for Service to Porsche St Louis. I lam completely happy with them
I communicated with Josh Ogilvie and it was a delight. He was communicative & straightforward throughout the process. He was also well informed and able to answer all my questions throughout. I would highly recommend this company & location.
