If you have a older Porsche, stay away from their service department. Went there for a factory issued inspection; afterwards discovered that a trim piece on the passenger side of the Cayenne is missing. Alerted the service manager what happened.. He states that it's a cheap and common missing part; we'll installed it for free. What a joke....took me emailing him 3 times. The end result..the (2 piece ) trim part was $169.00; it can be taken off by hand in less than a minute with both passenger side doors open. It's not a common or cheap part; thus the reason someone would rip it off.
Will not be using this dealership for anything in the future.
