While fixing a Porsche is never cheap, I had a big repair facing me at ou 34K miles on my out of warranty Panamera. STL Porsche went to bat with me to appeal to Porsche NA to discount the repair which I felt was a design flaw and not a wear and tear issue. Between the dealership and corporate, they reduced the repair by $1900 and did so quickly, efficiently and painlessly. They gave me a fantastic loaner during the week my car was under the knife, and made an awful event a lot more manageable!
