I was told that the service was going to take 1 hour, but it took 2.5 hours. When I asked, there was really no reason for the delay. I was waiting at the dealership during this time and was late for another meeting due to the extra hour and a half.

PSL does a terrific job on service every time! Helped me pick out some new wheels and tires for my '01 Boxster too. Excellent advice.

They were fantastic in all aspects! They spent a lot of time with me and my wife, answering all of our questions. Would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family. Definitely would buy a car from them again in the future.

wow be careful is all I can say. Unfortunately they are the only only dealer in town so I would suggest maybe trying to find an independent shop to work on your vehicle. While the car quality is great I cannot say the same for their dealer!

I have purchased 3 Porsche GT cars from Porsche St. Louis and specifically from Ajla. I live in Texas but there is a reason I keep coming back. This dealer understands the value of a relationship and not just a transaction. They treat you with respect and will make you a fair deal. On all purchases we arrived at a deal that required little to no negotiation. The dealer puts their best foot forward and made my transactions so easy. I have ordered my third GT car from Ajla and will continue to work with this dealer for many years to come. They simply understand the value of a relationship and how to take care of their clients. I could not recommend Ajla and Porsche St. Louis more!

My wife and I purchased a Cayenne Diesel from PORSCHE St. Louis. The entire purchasing process was extremely positive. Our sales consultant, Joe Frick, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He educated us on the various options available and was very patient and professional though out the entire process. I ve purchased several cars in my life. This was the best experience by far.
James Drake, Chad Force and the entire PORSCHE St. Louis Team have set the bar really high. I look forward to sharing my experience with friends helping promote the dealership and the PORSCHE brand.

The service department here is fantastic. They re punctual and keep you informed. Best dealer service department I ve ever worked with. Never fed extra things I don t need.

Fast and efficient service. Staff is very friendly.

Where do I begin.... the service team tells you it ll take an hour or so and then calls you 8-10 hours later (the last time this happened it was literally to change a tire). The salesperson I have texts or calls me when she wants to sell me something, but has NOT ONCE just called to see how I like my vehicle or how the service is. I sent the GM a very professional email looking for a partnership and collaboration and never heard back from him. This place is filled with arrogant people who say one thing and do another. My lease is up in March and it would take a MIRACLE to renew with this place

Great service department. Never have had to return after a visit to correct anything. Easy to get an appointment. Sales group are great as well. Casey is very easy to reach, communicate with and follows up better than anyone in this industry with whom I've worked.

The quality of service at this place is insane. The sales, management, and service departments, are all filled with people who treat all customers as if they are family, regardless of whether you are shopping there for the first time. I was always a little intimidated to go into a Porsche dealership, Eric, Casey, and Jon all made the buying experience easy and fair. The service guys let you sit when you bring your car in for any service and just ask as many questions as you want about your car or anything else. Plus they're very responsive to emails and their direct phone lines. Even if I'm not specifically shopping for a Porsche in the future, I might still buy one from these guys because of how well they treated me. DEFINITE 5-stars on this one!

I purchased a 2018 718 Boxter S from PORSCHE St. Louis ten days ago. My sales consultant, Joe Krick was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I went into the shop interesting in Porsche 911, however being an inexperience driver and having urban social lifestyle he directed me to look into 718 Boxter which I extremely satisfy and very happy after purchasing it.

I LOVE.. LOVE this car. It fits my size and my lifestyle. The entire purchasing process was extremely positive. Joe educated me on the various options available and was very patient and professional though out the entire process. I have very best experience of purchasing car so far. There was no pressure.I started telling my friends about my wonderful experience at Porsche St.Louis.

This was my first experience buying a car over the phone, and being shipped across country to me. Grant was my salesman and did everything he said he would, including returning calls after normal business hours. Totally satisfied.

The most positive car buying experience I have ever had! Casey Eldridge, my salesperson, was knowledgeable about the Porsche brand and provided excellent customer service both before and after the purchase.

This has probably been the worst experience I ve ever had in my entire car ownership life. Between a lack of communication, improper cost estimates on the phone, receiving a car that is exhibiting problems and an overall lack of partnership. I am pretty upset at this $30k repair job.

Buying our vehicle from Porsche St. Louis was a pleasurable experience. Our salesman Josh was a delight to work with from beginning to end. He was friendly, straightforward and did not put any pressure on us to purchase a car. We were able to agree to a deal in a timely manner and left that day with the perfect vehicle. I bought my first Porsche 911 from Matt a couple of years ago. He was so knowledgeable and helpful that the buying experience was just amazing. I told him at that time I would always buy Porsches and that they would always be from him. So, a month ago, he and Leslie (also
fantastic) sold us our newest addition, a new Cayenne S. Even though the car was located in California and was being delivered to us there, Matt and Leslie took care of everything while we were in St Louis, including arranging for delivery and getting our registration and license plates. Matt and Leslie are very easy to work with and are extremely accommodating. They also always follow up to make sure everything is great. I would never go anywhere else.

Waited 20 minutes for my service rep only to find out that someone failed to schedule the dent service person for my service appointment. Not very apologetic. I had to communicate on my own to get the dent work done on site at my work about. Week later. I live 30 mi it s from dealership. Disappointing experience. Dent guy did well however.

Always a good experience. I love Leslie as she is not at all pushy. Jeff is my favorite service guy and was my favorite at plaza. He really knows cars and has a passion for making sure your vehicle stays up to do on all needed maintenance so your car lasts longer. I'm pleased and would recommend them as I've had crappy service at other car dealerships so I value great service even the more.

Flawless service with comprehensive knowledge on anything from servicing vehicles to purchasing them. Of course you expect nothing but the best from the best automaker in the world, but it far exceeded my expectations.This was our first Porsche buying experience and it couldn't have been better!

The maintenance team is awesome! They always are there for me & my car in a panic (weird engine noise) and do a great job of offering suggestions to keep my Carrera running perfectly during routine maintenance checks. I am not a customer of this dealership as I do not currently own a Porsche but am in the process of purchasing a track car and visited with a friend for some service work on his new Cayman GT4. I was very impressed with the kindness and professionalism of reception to conversation with sales staff to meeting the service adviser Casey who was fantastic. For not ever doing business with this dealership and expressing no intentions of purchasing a vehicle while there, I was treated like I just bought a vehicle from this dealership with them yesterday! They were all welcoming, warm and I felt very comfortable. Refreshing!

I went in for regular service and could not have been happier with the staff. Jim was very polite and answered all of my new owner questions I still had. There was plenty of eye candy as well (I'd love to own that 911 Carrera 4S they had in the show room!).

I appreciated your changing my tires on short notice when I was in a bind, having ordered them to a place closer to my home and then finding out no one else could change them.

Purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2016 Cayman from Porsche St Louis and the experience was excellent. A very friendly staff and Frank Blackmon was a professional courteous salesperson and he got me a great deal on my vehicle. The Cayman was nearly immaculate and as a bonus Porsche adds on a 2 year bumper to bumper warranty on top of the 2 years left on my original warranty. That's 4 years worry free on a used car. You can't go wrong with that. One small critique. They try and sell you insurance for lost keys, tire and wheel damage and dent protection. I do not think these add-ons are necessary. I did purchase a Llumar protective paint film for the front half of the vehicle. Porsche St Louis contracts the job to Auto Nuovo and they did a top notch installation.

Ajla was an absolute pleasure to work with. She fully understands her customers as well as her products, and we felt very comfortable and confident in our purchase. Matt and the rest of the team at Porsche St. Louis were very accommodating as well, and we are truly saddened that we are moving and won't be able to continue going there for our services.

Experienced staff, they know what they are doing there. When you are ready to upgrade from that Mustang GT, talk to these guys.

Fantastic service. We were on a family road trip when our new Cayenne experienced reduced engine power and was displaying a couple errors.
