I was stranded in O Fallon, Illinois when the alternator on my 45 year old 911 died. Out of battery power, AAA towed me to Porsche St. Louis, the nearest dealer. That turned out to be the best thing that could have happened.

They were totally sympathetic to my plight, taking the car in immediately and starting the diagnostic process despite having a very full shop. In my opinion they went beyond reasonable expectations. While waiting for the crucial parts, I was driven to a recommended lunch site, then over to my motel and back the next day. Jonathan and Jeff were solicitous, informative, and professional in all respects.

All work was done timely and on completion, they brought me a freshly washed car. As a bonus, I had asked Jeff about a particular Porsche cap in the goodie store. I decided it was too expensive and took a pass. But when I got to the car the cap was there for me. Maybe a small thing to some, but it meant a lot to this distressed traveler.

Porsche St. Louis provided outstanding technical service and demonstrated a genuine commitment to customer care above and beyond expectations. Were it possible I would gladly give them 10 stars.

Josh is one the best salesmen I have ever worked with. I'm an out of town customer and he made my experience easy and very enjoyable. He answered all my questions and was very helpful, he even reached out to me on a Sunday to make everything was going smoothly.

Changed oil at a filling station and Porsche charged me $50 to reset the computer. Cheap profit center erodes my product loyalty. Nice people as always, but poor policy.

There was some confusion about Certified Warranty but the Casey took care of my concerns. I believe the confusion is Porsche's fault. To be clear, the 2 year Certified Warranty does not always last 2 years, you must clarify, even if the sales person, website and contract states your car is Certified with a 2 year warranty. In the end Casey satisfied my concerns. I would buy from here again.

I had a great experience withPorsche St Louis. Test driving vehicles was easy and the salespeople were very thorough with explaining and answering questions pertaining to each vehicle I drove. First things first. I absolutely love my new 2020 Macon. My salesman Josh made sure everything was set and ready to go, even had a big red bow on top. The service was great and fair, however I was very clear that I knew the service would take longer than a day (based on history and age of the vehicle) and I was challenged when making the reservation on giving me a loaner. The person taking my reservation relutantly marked me down for a loaner, however when I arrived the service person tried again to convince me to just wait rather than giving me a loaner. Finally he gave in and gave me an enterprise car. I later learned that the light bulb that would only take an hour to change was out of stock and the car was not ready until 5pm and also needed other maintenance. After all other work was completed it took one week to complete all of the repairs. I have no issue with the time frame or actual service, but please do not make it difficult for customers that request a loaner. Thank you.

First I ve had my Porsche Cayenne S now for about two years and absolutely love it. I I ve never had any issues or problems with it. So I brought it in for a regular annual maintenance.

The service team is great to work with. They were able to give me a loaner vehicle when my car was being serviced. Especially Jeff Copeland who went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle and me.

Got in and out promptly with a drive belt change on my new-to-me 2010 Cayman purchased in Missouri. Service was great, though I feel they gouged a little on parts pricing. $110 for the belt when Suncoast Porsche sells the same for $63. Total with labor @ $169 / hour + "shop fee" was a buck or two under $300. Bottom line, they got it done properly and had me back on my way home to Washington state.

Jeff took great care of us when a spontaneous road trip presented itself and I d neglected to get new rear tires two months ago when it was recommended! He fit us in last minute and got us in and out in a couple hours. Porsche St. Louis makes me feel like a VIP every time I visit. Thank you!

Very top notch service dept. Jim was excellent and completely addressed my questions and my 718 was back on the road after it s year check up.

I came all the way from Tampa Florida to buy a GT3 here and drive it home. I was treated in a much more professional manner over the phone by this dealership than I was in person at two different local dealerships.

Since the new Porsche St. Louis opened in early 2017, I've had nothing but great experiences at the dealership. Whether performing routine maintenance or taking care of any other issues, the service department has been stellar. Casey Eldridge has always been professional, courteous and friendly and more than willing to help. As a car enthusiast, I'm a "tire kicker" and regularly visit to see what's in the showroom. The sales staff has always been very accommodating. I am particular about my 911 and I'm confident that when I drop my vehicle off, everything will be handled and completed as promised. Love this dealership. I recently had an issue with the air/oil separator on my 2008 Cayman. It was fixed in two days! They treated me like a member of the family!

Purchased a 2015 Certified Cayenne S sight unseen and had it shipped to Texas. We were very nervous about what condition the car would be in on arrival. It turned out to be in perfect condition and looks and drives like new. My wife is thrilled with her new car. Jonathan, our salesman, was fantastic and made the process easy. Would definitely do business with these guys again. Porsche makes an amazing automobile and this dealership lives up to the Porsche name.

I was driving my "new to me" 1999 Carerra back to Nebraska from Florida and had a no start problem. They were able to diagnose my problem in just a couple of minutes and had me back on the road litterally in 5 minutes. Can't thank them enough. Super impressed.

Took my Cayenne S into Porsche STL for service recently; first time visiting this dealership. Was pleasantly surprised at the high level of customer service, friendliness of the staff and limited wait time to talk with the Service team. Went in for 30K mile tune up, but ended up needing a few others checks completed, appreciated the up front explanations, follow thru and reasonable pricing communicated by their team, and specifically appreciated the extra time and service provided by the Service Manager Casey Eldridge). He went out of his way to make sure all of my concerns and expectations were met. I would highly recommend Porsche St. Louis to any of my friends and colleagues.

They are very unprofessional.. Took my car in for a recall they said it would take 45 minutes it took over 3 hours they did not offer me to rental and when they gave me my car bags it reeked of gasoline...the manager stated that if they fix the smell my car would smell like bleach and chlorine...I have never been to a car dealer that makes your car smell like gas and bleach.....porsches cost too much to treat people like trash...UPDATE my car still smell like bleach 2 weeks later

A very nice stand alone PORSCHE facility. One of the finest I've seen in the States.

I took my car in for its first oil change. They were very prompt and provided a car to use while they serviced my car. They sent me a text as soon as the car was done. The car was washed and cleaned when I picked it up.

One of the best things to have happened to a Porsche owner is St. Louis was the arrival of Porsche St. Louis. Their knowledgeable staff are friendly and helpful , and I've always felt like I'm their main concern anytime I've been there. When the top of my Boxster was vandalized, they promptly looked at the car and provided me with the options I had, and even delivered the car to the shop that did the work. They are truly amazing.

I love the Porsche I bought but I am not happy with Porsche St. Louis. I do not want to give details because I am afraid of what will happen when I need service and Porsche St. Louis is the only Porsche dealer anywhere near St. Louis. All I can say is they said the would do something and later backed out and I had to spend several thousand fixing the situation. If they claim to offer something GET IT IN WRITING. That was my mistake, I thought the paperwork they gave me said what they said it said and apparently it did not. UPDATE: Porsche St Louis contacted me but they refused to resolve my dispute

This is my favorite dealer in Saint Louis. They are professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. One time I was there for service and was on a conference call for work. They offered one of the offices for me to work out of - true white glove service. They are down to earth and treat all of those clients like royalty. If you re lucky, you ll get Jeff as your client advisor.

One last gem...being able to walk around their museum-like dealership and watching your car being serviced from the viewing window in the waiting room. The service area is like a boutique!

Worked with Dan Griffin in sales to help my Mom purchase a new vehicle. We were considering the 2019 Cayenne, BMW X5, Range Rover Sport, and the Alfa Romeo Stelvio Quadrifoglio. Purchased a Certified 911 GTS sight unseen and had it in my driveway via covered transport in 5 days after sending the signed paperwork! Matt Mercer and a John Webb accurately represented the car and made the entire process EASY! I couldn't believe how responsive they were - going so far as to text during a holiday weekend to keep me updated and answer any questions I had. They handled everything including organizing transport and competitive financing. A+

I have bought over 280 cars in my lifetime, and I have never had an experience with a dealership that has exceeded this one. From my salesman, Kyle Marshall, to the financial officer Casey Eldridge, everyone was warm, friendly and welcoming at each visit. Porsche, and Indigo, are fortunate to have such a fantastic staff. Update 8.14.17: the issue previously reported was resolved two days after my imitial post and i can now give the only authorized Porsche dealer a new review.

I gave the dealer another opportunity to repair my vehicle and it was completed the same day. My car was clean when I picked it up and everything is working as expected.

Ask for Jeff when you call to schedule your next service. He is the best!
