Porsche St. Louis is THE best place to buy a Porsche. The showroom is large and filled with many different models of beautiful cars. The staff is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. There's no pressure to buy, however I did buy a car and that experience was fantastic! I highly recommend Porsche St. Louis!

Horrible Experience with this dealership. I was offended by the salesman Fred. I hadn't been treated well the first time. It was even worse today. Literally right after I said I wanted to check out the new 911 Carrera Cabrio, Fred said to me "YOU CAN'T DRIVE THAT CAR". And then he KEPT asking me "ARE YOU GOING TO ORDER A CAR TODAY". It felt like I was not even allowed to step in the dealer if I wasn't going to order a car today. I can totally understand they don't want to move that 911 out of the show room, but I have never met a salesman saying things like these to a customer. Not sure how he is qualified for this position.

Definitely will not order my porsche cars through this dealership.

Porsche St. Louis has always exceeded my expectations not only during the purchase experience with my new Macan GTS but also with the servicing of my newer Carrera S as well as my classic air cooled Carrera 4S. We responded on a Monday morning at 9:00 AM to a price reduction posted on Saturday. We were quickly greeted by Casey Eldridge, a Technician and Sales Consultant. He was approachable, technically knowledgeable and was generous with his time as our team of 3, (husband, wife and adult son) each drove 2 vechiles twice. He never pressured the sale and gave us time and privacy to discuss our options. We purchased a Porsche and believe the negotiated price was fair. We had scoured the internet for reviews and pricing. Sometimes, I have been uncomfortable during the car buying process, but this one was enjoyable. I would highly recommend Porsche St. Louis and Casey Eldridge.

We have just arrived in St. Louis for medical meeting and found the problem with water leaking in. I call the dealer and talk to Jim Whelehon (Service Advisor) about problem. He is very accommodate my urgency for repair water leak into my front passenger from plugged AC water drainage valve. I came in next morning for service and had repaired done. Very nice showroom and waiting area. Definitely will buy new car from them.

Ask for Jeff Copeland service manager when you bring your car in for service. His treatment of customers and professionalism is 2nd to None. If its not right he makes it right each and every time with absolutely no hassle! Save yourself time and frustration and come here 1st.

Jeff and Mark (parts) we re both good addressing needs while there. You should think about just not programming keys that aren t original Porsche keys. Just refuse the attempt - tell customer it s in their best interest. Looking forward to my return though - appreciated the honesty about the risk of the attempt.

Just bought my dream Porsche from Ivan K at Porsche Central St Louis. I've been looking for a pre-owned 911 for some time and when my car showed up on a trade, Ivan called immediately as he knew I'd love it. Ivan was a pleasure to deal with, made everything easy and I'm glad I was able to buy my vehicle from him. This is my first 911 and I absolutely love it more than I expected!!! I highly recommend Ivan and Porsche central St Louis and I'm sure I'll be buying more Porsche's from them in years to come!!!

If you want to know why you should take your car to the dealer first, this is what I will say: In a real or perceived homogenous marketplace, customer service still matters and is a differentiator. My Sales Advisor, Frank, was outstanding: responsive, helpful, well-informed and extremely good about following up on little details. The Business Manager, Casey, was also excellent, going the extra mile to solve potential issues unique to my purchase. I had no direct contact with the service department, but I d like to take notes from whoever details used cars there wow, every surface outside and in done perfectly, even to my fussy standards.

I am an out-of-state buyer, but based on my experience if I lived closer I d be a regular, and happy, customer of Porsche St. Louis.

First time in for service - 10,000 mile oil change and comprehensive check up. Two small issues found and the service experience was fantastic!

Out of warranty, took a nail in a tire on 70, called Porsche St. Louis at 4:00pm on Friday afternoon and they took me in, had the tire I needed in stock and put it on my car. Great service.

Worked with my finance company in East Tn. to make it easier for me. They made this the very best car buying experience I have EVER had. I am on my way home now in my Porsche, and I LOVE IT!!!!!! Came in to look at a car they just took in on trade the day before. Went for a test drive with ajla, came back from drive with no pressure at all. We talked for a min told her i will be back came back two days later car still available. The sales manager was professional came to a deal, met up with the finance manager everything went smooth. Overall i had a nice experience at the dealership a+++

By far the cleanest and friendliest dealership i have ever been to. The maintenance shop was timely, clean, and transparent not only with the info provided but by having all mechanics bays, as well as my vehicle clearly visible at all times.

State of the art showroom is beyond beautiful! Staff is extremely professional and very courteous...makes for a very pleasant experience.

I couldn't be any happier with my second Cayenne purchase! Finally a Porsche dealer that can serve the St. Louis market correctly!! Yes, they are slightly more expensive than an Audi or BMW, but it's a Porsche!
What really sets this dealer aside is the quality of people they have there working. The best part is, the same people who sold me my first one were still there for the second time! This is very unusual for a dealership in my experience... David S. and Jon R. worked and found me the perfect Cayenne that had everything I needed, and Casey in Finance made the paperwork a breeze! I really couldn't be happier with this dealer and my new Cayenne.

The service is beyond fantastic. As a female, I have never been encouraged to get unnecessary services as other high end dealers have. These guys are truly honest and fantastic people, bending over backwards to take care of you. Love this place!

The online chat system to schedule an appointment does not work. The loaner car was nice. The cost was reasonable. However, the car was purchased by the original owner from the previous franchise and serviced by them, resold to me and serviced by them and by this dealer. So when the service consultant approached me with an unsubstantiated claim that the car "must have been wrecked" because the tech had to do extra work to get the camber correct when doing the alignment . While he admitted they could find no other evidence, and I know they had access to its entire service history, he was adamant about this claim. I am very fastidious about my Porsche and was offended by his attitude.

At Porsche St. Louis all service and sales staff I've encountered perform their jobs with excellence. They're always welcoming and show genuine interest their customers and their cars. Often times my kids tagalong with me, and they are equally welcoming to them. The facility is beautiful and immaculate. The snack bar/ coffee bar is a favorite for me and my kids. I highly recommend purchasing a car from them, and if you already have a Porsche, you will not get better service anywhere else.

Went in with what I thought was a fair price and fair estimate for trade in; back and forth once and they sold a car and I am a happy buyer. Really professional staff and first class buying experience, as you would expect. Nothing to offer to improve, really pleased.
