Where do I begin.... the service team tells you it ll take an hour or so and then calls you 8-10 hours later (the last time this happened it was literally to change a tire). The salesperson I have texts or calls me when she wants to sell me something, but has NOT ONCE just called to see how I like my vehicle or how the service is. I sent the GM a very professional email looking for a partnership and collaboration and never heard back from him. This place is filled with arrogant people who say one thing and do another. My lease is up in March and it would take a MIRACLE to renew with this place
