Waited 20 minutes for my service rep only to find out that someone failed to schedule the dent service person for my service appointment. Not very apologetic. I had to communicate on my own to get the dent work done on site at my work about. Week later. I live 30 mi it s from dealership. Disappointing experience. Dent guy did well however.
