Thank you for everything you did for my parent's truck today... Thank you David for making everything go smooth on our side and for getting us in and out without having to leave the truck over night... Awesome job Ford...
These people are all nice and all to get you to buy a car, but once you buy they ignore you, wont return calls, I also needed the lock code for door, they told me have to bring it in and cost would be 60.00.....guess what! I get on you-tube. Tells where to look under dash!! Found it...free!! Heaven forbid they tell you where to look for free...have to make money out of you....I'm looking on you tube from now on....free....
David and Ryan were both extremely helpful. Not pushy at all like some of the other dealerships around town. Very easy experience purchasing from them. Highly recommended.
Do not pay before you are fully satisfied with their job!! I'm still asking for the replacement of a cracked tail lamp cover (it's just a small work for them). It was their promiss when I purchased my vehicle. My friend recommended them but they just disappointed me. There must be somebody who had a bad experience like me...
They always treat us great, and still call and check on us.
Excellent customer service!!! My good friend Keenan is great and got me the car of my dreams. Thanks again everyone that works there for their superb customer service!!
I love my Ford escape! I couldn't be any happier with the entire car buying experience. Shy found the car for me made sure it was exactly what I was looking for made sure the payments were affordable for me and that the quality was exceptional. Ed Mitchell was absolutely amazing as well, went through all the paper work with me if I didn't understand something he explained it to me and then showed me my car showed me all the fun and fancy things that the car is equipped with I am super pleased I would rate these guys 100%. Thanks guys I truly appreciate your help and sincere care.
Worst customer service I have ever dealt with the service department is horrible the guys don t know what there doing at all call gene messor if you need anything done
Randall Thomas I wanna thank you so much for helping me get into my first car. And help me get a the car I wanted. Appreciate it so much man!
Purchased 2 used vehicles from them in December. Still don't have title on one we bought outright. And it has had problem after problem. Second vehicle we financed and still don't have any paperwork on it. Bought the extra warranty on both and they refuse to honor either of them. Don't go unless you want to be screwed! And if Sha is your sales person, RUN from him. He will never return calls or help you out.
The help I got from them in 5min. was more then worth the time and effort they showed me, and my brother today, I can tell they're caring people
Very disappointed on my last visit for truck F-150 2015 brought it in for motor problems had to leave it for 3 days. When I picked it up there was a crack on my windshield right away still in the premises talked to the main guy that helped me from the very beginning and he said he would have to talk to the mechanic that he would get back with me not to sweat over it. Well it s been 3 weeks now and still not heard from him nor does he return any of my calls. Also my tires didn t get rotated like they said they would. Very frustrating!!
Recently bought a 2015 Ford Expedition from Pollard Ford. Shy Mealem and the staff at Pollard were first rate! I really appreciated the level of personal interaction and professionalism they showed. They answered all of my questions, and were very patient and friendly throughout the transaction. I have bought several cars from Pollard in the past, and the great family atmosphere will keep me coming back! Thanks, Shy!
Don't take your vechicle there to get repaired it is taking over a month just to my expedition into a work bay already have to talk to you guys and it's like talking to a wall I've already decided never to buy a Ford every again there's no quality if you're building your engines out of allumiun
They offered me a car for a certain price, when I get there to look at it I'm told the screen for the radio is broken but the dealer tells me they will fix it. What he forgot to mention was that they would raise the price on the car so I end up paying for it. I would think if you are selling a car you should make sure everything is working and if not then the dealer should pay to have it fixed or go down with the price instead of up. Then I have to bring the car in and it takes over a week to get it done. Lets just say I am not impressed with this business and their service. It leaves a lot to be desired.
I had my car serviced here at the same time they were taking care of a recall problem and the service was terrible. I was told twice my car would be ready and twice they missed the set deadline, one of those times they even called me and told me my car was ready and I drove all the way here to find out it wasn't ready and wouldn't be ready till the next day. Also note that the delay was not because of additional problems or they didn't have the parts needed it was just because of the slow service. Service is slow and unprofessional, I would highly recommend going somewhere else for your service needs and I know I will not be returning to this dealership for service again.
My overall experience was nice fast comfortable and informative.
He did an excellent job in finding me a great deal.
My husband and I were from out of town and spoke to a salesmen over the phone about a certain vehicle.Come to find out once we got there, the windshield was broken and sunroof. So we agreed to drive back another day.We were told it d be a 5 hour job but that turned into 9 HOURS.They did not provide a rental or shuttle after 6 pm so we waited at the shop that smelled like cigarettes and was freezing for hours. All because we were told it d only be 5 hours.Salesmen there are quick to get paperwork signed but the customer service after the sale is worthless!!!last time we buy from there.
The dealership was great. The deal was done fast and easy. The best part of the experience was our sales person Kami. She was professional and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond. If you want excellent service, please ask for Kami.
Worst experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. Dealer installed new tires and wheels before I purchased the vehicle. After buying the truck, I noticed it had a bad vibration above 70. Called Pollard Ford, they told me to take it to discount tire to get the wheels balanced?! Then 3 weeks after I bought the truck, I start receiving calls that they never inspected the truck and I need to get it inspected ASAP otherwise they'll incur fines?? I'm sorry, but after spending $50,000, I at least expect them to DO THEIR JOB.
Al Ledesma took good care of us. He made it fun getting a truck. He worked with us. He made sure we found what we were looking for. Great guy! Thanks Al.
Jody Gestes was great!! Helped out with all questions that I had and went out of his way to really find what I was looking for and some. If your thinking about buying a vehicle Jody is the guy to go see!!!!!!
Came in looking for a Tahoe wasnt interested in buying that day because wanted more options , but Tyson helped find us one at the price we wanted and couldn't pass it up.. so next day here we are signing papers.. just want to thank all the people at Pollard Ford for being so friendly and being on top of things.
I have had quite a few friends buy a car from them in the last few months and have heard awesome things!! Can't wait to buy my next car from them. Pretty impressive to hear back to back good things, thanks for taking care of my friends!
I had a great experience at pollard. I was helped by Norma and she worked with me in getting my financing where it needed to be. I will definitely be back!
IDIOTS! I went here to get my girlfriend's F250 inspected, thinking since the dealership was so close to where we live it wouldn't take very long. I not only had to wait about 20 minutes, but then on top of that, they said they COULDN'T inspect the truck because it would fail from the brakes making "noises". I can assure you that the brakes were actually replaced 5000 miles ago, and were not making any noises. I argued with the grey haired man for a short while, then gave up and went to Valvoline expresscare on Quaker and the loop, and the truck passed inspection in less than 10 minutes.
I want to give a shout out to my selles men al he got me into a great car he did really alsome he put up with me 3 days to make sure I got what I needed and what I loved he is honest and will go up and beound to help you want to also thank him for not rushing me with the bad weather and caring about me and my family safety.. I would highly recommend Pollard Friendly Ford
I think he is awesome has always comes thru for me. He makes my experience effort less and has provided me with excellent vehicles..
Jared Owens and the entire Pollard team went above and beyond for us! Thank you for everything, you guys are awesome!!
I bought a used car - it was the worst experience ever. Headlight was loose it took them two weeks to supposedly fix it and still it wasn't fixed. The XM radio had been taken out and they said that Mazda never put it in. I checked with Mazda Corporation and it was a complete fabrication on the part of Pollard Ford. Spoke with the service manager and he promised me everything would be taken care of. He never did a thing! I should have returned the car but my daughter was going away to college and had to fix everything myself. Save yourself a lot of headaches and never buy a used car from this inept dealership!
Nick Harris was my sales person. He made me feel as if I was a part of his family. I gave him my parameters as to what i wanted and he searched and searched and found exactly what i was looking for. Thank you so much!!
Good luck getting any type of customer service once they have your money.
I have an accounting degree and a law degree and I will NEVER go to this establishment again. My husband is a retired colonel and we have gone to car dealerships all over the country and I have never experienced such dishonest and uncaring individuals in my life.
It all started when I went into their office on Wednesday, July 22, 2016 to see if they bought cars. I told them the vehicle was a 2007 Ford Escape with about 130000 miles on it and I was 99% certain the transmission was going out. I told them it did have a brand new windshield and tires but I was pretty certain they would be buying for salvage. I explained that I was in town from Colorado, would be going to Fort Worth Honda (highly recommed ) and could bring the vehicle in Friday morning. I was hoping to do a quick sale and drive back to Colorado as my husband is only home on weekends. They assured me they would definitely buy a vehicle in this condition for scrap but said they could only see me for an appointment at 3:30.
The dealership called three different times to make sure I was coming in. I should have been very suspicious then. My daughter and I went to Fort Worth Honda Thursday and purchased a Honda Civic based on their internet quote. They honored their quote and more and we paid cash for the vehicle and went back to Lubbock
On Friday we showed up at 3:30 to sell the vehicle. I was thankful we got the vehicle there without a problem. My daughter had to miss an anatomy exercise (she is getting a masters in occupational therapy) to attend the appointment. The car salesman Michael immediately started making a huge deal on every little scratch (not consistent with the other day's conversation of selling for scrap) and started telling us we would be much better off trading than selling. I could tell already that we were probably in a scam and had been lied to but we just wanted to turn over the title and be on our way. This was certainly not about the money! To get a break from these annoying people while they did the paperwork, I asked if we could go look at the Edges as my husband really liked them. I made it VERY clear it was my husband who was in Houston who was interested and we had NO interest in purchasing a vehicle that day.
When we came back inside, they had another salesman there to help us with the Edge. I told him I was not going out in the heat and we saw all I needed to see. They then had us sit in an office while we waited to hear on the Escape. They continued to bug me about financing an Edge. We could even finance for seven years since we just paid cash for that Civic. Then the salesman told me that he only owned Hondas too. When they finally realized I was not going to buy, they came back and said the Escape was not the kind of vehicle they bought. They tried to give me the number of their friend who could see us Saturday at 10:00. We did not take the number of their friend but did find a salvage place that was honest and paid us a reasonable price ($250 for scrap). As we left the dealership, the pathetic salesmen were smirking at each other. Unfortunately, I will make sure they don't get the last laugh. I plan on sending this complaint to the Better Business Bureau and the Texas Attorney General's Office!
In all fairness, Michael A., from the used car section called and apologized while I was driving home on Saturday. He said the manager would call me in six hours to talk. The manager never called. It is now 12:30 their time on Monday so I won't hold my breath waiting on them! The number I received the call on Saturday was the same as all their other calls. Interesting!
Was very nice and helped me decide what was best for me.
Thank You Pollard Ford for being my lifelong car dealer! I have purchased several vehicles and have always been treated like family. I have personally recommended several family and friends to Pollard Ford. Ill see you again next year!
Had been looking for a used truck for about a year but just couldn't bring myself to pay the premium prices they bring. After test driving a couple used f150's I wasn't going to buy. Sales manager asked my budget and suggested I drive a nearly new F150. I did thinking it was way outside my budget. After test drive the vehicle was offered at my budget price. Bought it on the spot. Spectacular deal! Recommend this dealer highly.
This place exhibited the absolute worst customer service imaginable. In the middle of purchasing my vehicle the finance manager comes into the lobby where I am sitting and behind to curse at berate the salesman I was working with. At this point another sales person comes over to us and escorts us out of the building where they then proceed to turn the lights off and lock the doors. Offering no apologies or explanation as to what was going on. The following business day I go back ( only because they had already run my credit where I was approved for financing) and deal directly with the manager where I am assured he will make things right and offered me two free oil changes. We took my vehicle up for one of its free oil changes and after being given the runaround for over an hour being told to talk to several different people they finally told us that there was no record of any free oil change! They are the least helpful and most ridiculous circus of people I ve ever encountered at all costs AVOID DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!
Good experience! Got helped right away and got the right truck we were looking for.
would give zero stars if i could, the sales person who helped us Bobby C was terrible. He tried to pass us on to other sales personal 3-4 times and even told us the vehicle we were looking for was in short supply. When we clearly saw bout 15 of them. Don't go unless you want them to choose the car and price for you.
Woody is doing a great job as service manager. Appreciate his help.
Straight up trash representation from service department. Techs never seem to be at work. They hold your vehicle forever if you take it in. And the will tell you to take your vehicle if you need it bad enough even if the safety factor is really bad. They dont return calls and they avoid everything under warranty. As in they wnt work off their ford bumper to bumper warranties. Free work is no work. Pay 70 grand for a vehicle cant get it fixed. Its the only vehicle i have and it gets me to work. They wont hand out a loaner cause they dont do that apparently. Just saying be on standby for a long wait. For some reason there are only 2 ford houses for 300,000 people and the surrounding area.
Hadley Weaver & Al Ledesma are fantastic!!! They always go above and beyond for customers. We have bought our last 9 vehicles from them!
Bobby and his staff got me a great vehicle at a great price. Being a first time buyer they made it super easy for me. Everyone turned me away and pollard got me approved with little down. The service was awesome! They took real good care of everything.
Sales person was friendly. Told him a number, and they were unable to do it. So I said thank you and left. They guy did not try to keep me there knowing that a deal was not going to happen.
Both the salesman and his supervisor we're very respectful and I left feeling that I was treated right. This was a great car buying experience as they did not push and when I said I was going to shop around they were ok with that and said the offer would still be there when I come back. Nice work guys. See you on my next purchase.
After years of avoiding dealerships like the plague. I reluctantly entered pollard with plenty of hesitation and as much resistance as possibly give. I was incredibly suprised by the final outcome and couldn't be happier with my purchase. Brian Jolley
Great service, to the point, no hassle, friendly, told them what I wanted.... and they got my business...again.
Superior sales staff. Listen to what the customer wants
Terrible liars anything to make a buck.. on the edge of larceny..
Have bought two cars here with good success but a recent experience with a used car salesman Tom Hatch left me aghast. All he could talk about was his incompetent managers and other local businesses in town that he doesn't like either and how he likes to slam them on social media. I guess that's how some people live their lives, but it was uncomfortable to be around, not conducive to selling a car nor I would think a very good example of what an ambassador for Pollard Ford should look like.
Ed was a great sales man really helped us out today
Very helpful and informative. Friendly and nice. No pressure to buy.
Experience was great . Friendly as theyou advertise. Had a little trouble finding what I was looking for at first, but Victor was able to come through.
We had a wonderful experience today came in and were not expecting to get into such a nice car but we did ....
Service was quick. Ask if I wanted replacements before installing.
But the man-cashier was rude and stuck-up and pouting.
Replace male pouting
cashier.
The worst dealer ship I've ever been to. I traded my dodge pickup for a f150 that had a dent in the bed and so they gave me an iou saying they would fix it, and so a week later I made an appointment for them to look at it and see what all they needed and they would call me a few days later when they got the parts. I never received a call or anything, so I called about a month later and they said there were "complications" and that I had to talk to the manager so I was given the managers number so I called several times and nobody ever answered. So about 6 months later I still have the big dent in the bed. I will never go there again.
Our experience has been very wonderful, especially with our salesman Tom, this would be our 5th vehicle we have bought from him, we appreciate everything he does for us, wouldn't have any other salesman.Thank you very much Tom.
AVOID! I was a potential new customer. I called about a used vehicle advertised. I was redirected twice, and hung up on three times. Wow, if this is how they treat a new customer, I hate to think how they treat an actual purchaser. I will never shop here, and will be telling as many others of my poor experience also.
Love my new F150! Great service from Ricky Escamilla and his team to make my buying experience super easy and a great deal. Thx Ricky!!
I had seen a suv online that was 8500. When i went to go look at it and do paper work he never told me the price.so i told him it was 8500 online he said it was another old one.it didn't make any sense at all because the vehicle had the same mileage and vin number as the one online.he then tryed to sell it to me at 10,500.
Friendly and fast experience would come back for another purchase.
Great customer service, always available and, really helped meet my price point.
Went in to see if someone would help me with a warranty issue, due to the fact that I purchased the vehicle in colorado and moved to Texas and the service warranty was only valid at their dealership. The Colorado dealer was giving me the run around. So I spoke with one of the finance managers. He went above and beyond what he needed to do in order to help me.
He called the warranty institution
He called the dealership
He spoke to his service manager
He gave me all materials I needed to cancel my warranty
As well as the steps needed to cancel it
Thank you to those of you that work so hard to make people's day
Good service willing to work with anyone on the car you want.
Our experience with matt McDonald and Hadley Weaver was awesome. They are great guys.
Not a happy customer; traded my truck in two months ago and the dealership took over 60 days to pay off my other vehicle. I spoke to several people including (Kevin and Kirk) and neither were able to help. Kirk stated that "he was not the one who made the deal and no longer wants to help". I have contacted the GM (Mr. Frost) ; however, I was sent to his voicemail. So, I guess it is a custom to get people into new vehicles, but don't care if they muddle up someone's credit. I will be contacting the federal credit bureau or whoever necessary to get this chaos corrected.
There was a time when professionalism was a priority in business.. I sure miss this those days!
These guys are the best! Drove all the way from Austin to buy our truck here, they really care to help u find what you need, thank u Jared & Chris! ! I will always do my business here!
Extremely pleased with Pollard Ford and their Customer Service! Rick Escamilla went above and beyond to make sure my sales process went smooth and easy. Took his time to explain the process and pricing for new truck, saving me time in the financing office. I was in and out under an hour. If you're in the market for a new car, and want that first class treatment, come by Pollard Ford and ask for Rick Escamilla. He will do everything he can to make sure you get what you want, and treat you with the upmost respect.
We had a great experience buying a car at Pollard Ford! Our salesman was very friendly, knowledgeable and got us in and out very quickly!
Had a great experience with Victor and he was a big help and got us into something we were looking for. Was an overall awesome experience!
Excellent service, great people to buy from!!! Definitely will come back for my raptor!!!
Had a great experience at the dealership just purchased mustang defentley coming back when I'm ready purchase a truck!!
What a great experience we had at the Pollard Ford and Aaron was amazing he was very helpful and kind i highly recommend you look him up
Absolute trash business, service department is absolutely incompetent in every way. DONT BOTHER, drove my car 75 miles while they had it and was in sports steering. Hope you enjoyed your joy ride pollard.
We bought our second vehicle. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Good place to buy your next vehicle.
I'm not very happy with this place took my car in on Thursday (6/28/18) for a oil change and to have it checked for a rattling sound that I could hear. Well they did the oil change and on my 2 hour drive home I could still hear the rattling noise. My husband gets home and looks under the car to see what they supposedly done and we notice that a screw is missing at this time we don't know if they forgot to put it on or if the screw was already missing so we drive back the next day to tell them about the missing screw and the rattling noise. They tell me they are busy and can't see me till next week. I said they don't even have time to put a screw in at least so I can check if this is causing the rattling sound the guy said NO!!! He said I could take it to any ford place and see if they could check it out he mentioned Gene Messer Ford so we go there and they were busy too but a Mechanic their made time to put our car on a jack and show us where the rattling was coming from it was nothing major he was even nice enough to fix the rattling issue. while we are under the car with the mechanic my husband finds another screw missing plus all the other screws are loose so the Mechanic said they forgot to put the screws in and tighten up the screws. A big thanks to the Mechanic at Gene Messer Ford for putting in our missing screws, tightening our loose screws and fixing our rattling issue. I so do not recommend anyone going to Pollard Friendly Ford service department they did a crappie job for us!!!!!!!!
Henry is a great salesman. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a car
Horrible service, and salesman Darrel has to be one of the rudest people iv ever had a conversation with, rudimentary at best.
I hardly write reviews period but the salesman I talked to over the phone was very rude. I was nothing but polite and courteous and he even hung up on me. His name started with a D, he didnt even mention his name when he picked up. I had to ask for it. Horrible customer service, I dont recommend this sorry place.
So much for "Friendly" Ford. More like douche bag.
Everyone here at Friendly Ford has been amazing. Great service and extremely "friendly" staff
If you are looking for a place to dent your car and break your car door when you go for an oil change, then this is the perfect place to go. When my wife and I went to see the damages on our car, a young mechanic was looking our way and being nosy. He had a smirk on his face, so apparently he thought the situation was funny.
The don't seem to care about the customers for the long term, they just want your money and tend to act like they are the ones doing you the favor.
Pollard will be our go to Ford dealership from now on.
I DO NOT recommend this dealership to anybody. Truck broke down 1 month after we got it it, they refuse to work with us on it. Have called several times a day and no return phone call. Didn t service the truck/ or clean it. Papers were signed and the horrible salesman snuck off and couldn t find him again. DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THIS PLACE!!
We dropped off our ford f150 for repairs and during the time we dropped it off until we picked it up the hail storms hit. I told the service person that they were responsible for the repair and was told no they were not. I was very adamant and was asked to leave. I posted here and surprise they wanted to talk. Yes they were responsible for the repairs. I was told that they would help me but I need to take down this post. And the repair was $675 and the truck is not fixed. Don't do business with them. Smoke and mirrors is all you get.
Gene Gene is cheaper on the oil changes for diesel truck Pollard told me $120. Gene was $88
