Best service in Lubbock was what I received from Pollard Ford off of Indiana!!! I was hesitant at first because they always look so busy. Did not realize how many cars they sell and when I drove up I was promptly greeted and my concerns were noted. Thank you to the mechanic who worked on my car and thank you to David for addressing my concerns and getting me back into car !!

Jarred Owens was an excellent salesman and got me into a truck when nobody else could. He went above and beyond and made sure I was taken care of. I have to say I wasn t a fan of pollard before HOWEVER after working with Jarred, Nathan, and Michael I will definitely be back! I got a Nissan Titan and it was beyond anything I could have imagined. Thanks guys for all your hard work I love my new truck!!!!!!!

I was promised I would have new tires, the non working radio fixed, and the non working driver seat motor fixed when I bought my truck. I got new tires a month after purchasing the vehicle and haven't been contacted back about the other issues that were supposed to be fixed. It s been two months. Joe will say whatever you want to hear to get his commission but doesn t really care about the promises he makes to his costumers.

Terrible service, they don't value your time, and beware their used vehicles - have your mechanic check the vehicle over before you buy. Their attempts to "make things right" if you find anything after the sale are half-hearted and pathetic. 0/10, would not go again.

I'm a first time buyer... I was so happy and excit...

I'm a first time buyer... I was so happy and excited to take a car home so we wouldn't have to walk with the babies anymore..so after 11 months I payed on my car never late even payed early it started stalling so I take it in and I was geranteeda car and the and just got the run around got my hopes up then just to be let down and told I did need a down payment when i was told forsure no down payment... so after that we ask what our selection was. So we look and we know what we should check for so the ones they had were high in mileage and so we take the only one that was okay so we take it and test drive it but I also get it checked by an awesome transmission shop and it was bad the transmission was going to give out at anytime the internal mode switch was reading no start/wrong range so we take it back and yet again we r giving the run around so we try the envoy but the dealer said the alternator was out and gona get replaced go back for it at 10am the next morning so another day lost I started Monday it is now Friday... so Saturday morning I called and I get calls stating that I'm calling to much and I need to stop rushing them and if I call one more time I can take my down payment and so down the street somewhere else!!!! So the dealers boss calls and says we need to bring the buick back and do the paper work or get something else they have lined up... so I ask him "so ur saying I can either take back the buck with a bad transmission and what not... take the envoy and they are not gona fox nothing and if it messes up on us we have to pay for it to get fixed... or go back for our car we r trading in"... So he tells me those are my options.... so I'm a customer with a great payment history and a down payment and I get treated like shot when I would walk in to Pollard on Ave. Q its like no one sees us no hello nothing how rude so I'm basically being told sing ur paper work pay the down payment and drive off with a car that's going to break down like real soon.. or go back and pick up my trade in as a first time customer my experience was awful never again will I refer anyone to them when at first I referred people almost everyday... so now my children will be walking in this crazy Texas weather!!! 3 1 and 8 months thanks for the disappointment and getting our hopes up and lets not forget thanks for making me lose a whole week of work just to sit at Pollard like a fool for nothing and losing my job I had just started there!!! Worst week of my life I have no car how do I get to daycare and work!!! Thanks for the let down now I dnt even want to try any other dealership.... i will just keep on praying my little family gets blessed soon so much money I put down and on my payments just went to waist and I have nothing to show for it I wish things would have went different I really liked you guys till I seen how they treat peoe IF YOUR BROKE..YOUR JUST A JOKE!!! That's how they made us feel anyways

If you want to be taken advantage of, this is the place to do so! I had my 1986 Ford Mustang 5.0 GT T-TOP here for services and was very disappointed to say the least!! What fired me up the most was paying a lot of $ for a rear seal on my transmission which was causing a leak, and the service wasn't even performed!!! Not only that, a quadrant which helps to actuate the clutch to have it go right back out a couple of days later which leads me to believe the tech not only failed to know my knowledge about that car followed by the technician only lifting the clutch pedal all the way forward following slowly depressing it to the floor. That in return self adjusts the clutch and readjusts the quadrant, not to mention wasting my time, missed work, etc.!!!! What a failure as a technician!!!!! Little do they care to know, if that would of caused me a wreck and how unfairly was taken full advantage of, I would of sued the life out of that dealership!!!!!! Shame on the dealership and tech!!!!!!!$

Joe Gonzales was amazing to work with! He made the deal an easy, stress free process. He returned my calls promptly and followed up on everything I requested. He eagerly made the deal work to fit my budget and exceeded my expectations. He always had a great attitude, even after the sale. Joe was super easy to talk to and never pushy. He had the vehicle delivered to me out of town, even on a holiday. I would recommend Joe and the Pollard Ford team. I received a great price and great service. Very happy!

Ashley got familiar with what I wanted and offered several options. I ended up with a vehicle that I didn t even know I wanted. It was the best deal and vehicle I could have gotten and I could not be more pleased with my experience or purchase.. I was set on another brand but Ashley suggested I try my Ram. I ended up coming back to it and testing it over the weekend. I found things about it that I loved and when I did a list of pros and cons, there were a couple of cons that were irrelevant after all!. This was my first time dealing with Pollard but have dealt with Jeremy before. Again I had a great experience with Pollard and it s becaue of my experience with Ashley..

Really crappy service, nobody helps you and crappy vehicles,, it doesn't even deserve one star... My truck has been in the their for a month already. I'm making my payments and the insurance bill. And sucks I don't have the truck here.. I'm not even driving it and making payments on it.. I asked for a loaner,temporary vehicle while they fix my truck, they said they only have one, and it's loaned out,, haha,, out of 100+ vehicles they have there,, can't loan me not one.. Crappy management too ,,I wonder if Mr Pollard, or Mike Edwards knows about this?? Cause they should..

So I dropped my car off at 10:16am/10:18am (time stamped below) so they could replace a broken head lamp damaged by debris kicked up by a semi on The Marsha Sharp and later shorted out by the ensuing rainstorms. I was called at 10:55am the same day and told my car was ready. I'll do the math for you it's right at about 40min. Upon arival and being presented with the bill I asked why I was being charged for the full ESTIMATED 2.1 hours and said I'd be happy to pay for a full hour as I under stand rounding up. A gentleman named Brent started throwing a load of industry terms and jargon at me but as I am lay in this instance I asked him to explain it a bit more normally. He essentially said, and I am paraphrasing, if you tried to do it it would probably take you more than 4 hours so we can charge that much. I had no idea that professional labor prices were an average of how long they actually take and how long they assumed I would take. I asked if he'd go on the record saying it's standard to more than double labor times but he was not happy about that either. He said I could leave (without my vehicle) and come back when I was ready to pay what they wanted. I paid and left because what is one to do in this modern world without reliable transportation. If the ESTIMATE is over shouldn't they adjust based on the actual labor? Or is that ignorance on my part? It just seems in these new and uncertain times with millions of people working at a reduced capacity or not at all large businesses wouldn't be trying to milk every last penny out of ordinary citizens.

Avoid the service department at all costs! In late August my car needed a new transmission and I went through Pollard "Friendly" Ford. Not even 3 months later while getting an oil change somewhere else, they noticed a leak in my new transmission. Since I had a 3 year warranty on my new transmission, I returned to Pollard "Friendly" Ford to have it repaired, only to have them tell me that my oil was "leaking" in 3 different places and that I would be unable to drive home for Thanksgiving with my car in its current condition. They also said it would need an outrageous 27 hours of labor and would cost thousands of dollars. I told them not to fix the oil leak and went to pick up my car. They then proceeded to try and charge me a diagnostic fee of $70. When I told them this was unacceptable because they had not mentioned a diagnostic fee when I brought the car in originally they finally dropped the diagnostic fee and said that the "leak" was only a seep and I would be fine to drive home for the holiday. Pollard "Friendly" Ford is a company that does not care for its customers' satisfaction but only to try and suck as much money out of them as possible.

Ashley Ramirez was referred to me after I made an internet inquiry about a car that was listed at Pollard. He met me on a Tuesday we test drove the vehicle I was looking at. I wasn't a hundred percent sure on it and I wasn't a hundred percent sure on the price I thought about it for a few days before taking my husband to look at the vehicle 4 days later and I really appreciated that Ashley genuinely let me think about my purchase he didn't try to pressure me into buying and he didn't blow up my phone after I left.
Ashley was knowledgeable about the questions I asked him about the vehicle also about the buying and financing process.. The Toyota Sienna that we bought was not a hundred percent everything I wanted in my mind as far as DVD players, accessories, or the color of the car. (yes I know all of those things can be added)
Although it didn't fit what I had pictured in my mind 100% the one thing that really mattered at the end of the day was an all-wheel drive minivan that fit in our one-income family budget and that's where Ashley was able to get us the deal that we needed. To walk away with a reliable family vehicle.. This was our first time purchasing a vehicle from Pollard Friendly Ford and it was a much better experience than what we had with other car dealerships in town.
Everyone was very nice, explanatory and patient with us in our questions concerns.
I would definitely recommend Pollard to someone who was in the market for a vehicle.

This place has the WORST customer service that I have ever experienced. I sold a car to them last week and have yet to receive any kind of paper work to confirm the sale and the liability of the vehicle. I cannot drop it from my insurance until I get this paper work, and everyone at this dealership stands around like have no idea that they work for a car dealership. I ll never do business with them again.

We came here soley based on the name FRIENDLY & FORD; and boy did they deliver!!!
We had zero customer service at another dealership in town after driving hundreds of miles to Lubbock to buy a Ford. So we googled and got this place. It wasn't the next best dealership...it IS the best Lubbock dealership!!!The staff here are super friendly! From the moment we drove on the property, we were greeted by a very helpful sales guy in the used lot who directed us to the new car sales we were looking for. When we arrived we were greeted by Ricky who was so friendly & helpful, he soon won our sale!! A 2019 Mustang GT350R! The finance staff was just as helpful! The waiting area is beautiful with a fishtank straight outta "Finding Nemo"! And their bathrooms were just as nice. Everything was quick and efficient and well explained. Hey west Texas & Eastern New Mexico: if you need a car or truck, used or new; this Friendly Ford dealership is worth the drive. 100% sure of it!!!

This was without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. My salesman was a great guy but the management of this this company is pure trash. These people will tell you anything they think you want to hear to sign the paperwork then the second you do don't expect them to treat you as a customer anymore. I was told nothing but lies and the repairs they agreed to when purchasing the vehicle were done in the cheapest method they could find and then kept my vehicle for eight days and then when I get it back it was in worse condition than when i dropped it off and did not even have all the repairs done. They sold me a vehicle that was modified and is illegal to sell due to federal emissions laws and I intend to seek avenues through the Texas attorney generals office and the better business bureau. I don't know how a dealership that functions with this bad of business practices can stay in business. I wish I had looked into them more before I purchased anything from them based on the other bad reviews. Steer clear of this place, It is nothing but a headache.

Our service was TOP NOTCH at Pollard Ford. Jared Owens provided exceptional service! Jared met every demand and need to include our trade in, finding a SUV and having it delivered to Dallas in under 24 hours. We could not have asked for better communication and customer service. Customer service seems to be fading away and not held as a top priority in any industry these days. Jared went above and beyond our expectations and this should speak highly of the Pollard Ford family. If you value excellent service and a fair deal, Jared Owens is your man.

I accompanied my father to Ford to have the undercover of his vehicle repaired. It got loose then was damaged, so he needed it repaired. Three days after the repair, the undercover detached and was dragging once again. The mechanics did a shoddy job. They either didn t screw in the hardware in properly or they didn t put in all hardware.

Was told the 2016 f350 had been serviced....it hadn't.....truck would not even pass inspection....horn on stering wheel messed up as was all the electronics on stering wheel....$700 dollars later at another Ford dealership got that handled....been almost 3 months....have got absolutely no paperwork...was told by f and I guy they would be mailed. I'm almost 75 years old, bought many a vehicle...but never have I been treated with such blatant disrespect!

Got an ok deal on a truck, not great but decent, truck is great sales team was alright, they felt stretched thin little scattered brained. Service side is awful they promised to buff the whole truck, detail and fill with gas, after 9.5 hours they called me to pick it up, they only buffed a tiny area removing one scuff, didn't touch the others, no detail or even vacuum and still only 1/4 tank of gas. Was little irritated because not having a vehicle all day costs me money and in 9 hours they managed to get nothing done, definitely wasn't going to complain and have them waste more of my time. Here is the kicker, after a week of driving they call me to bring it back because they forgot to do a regular state inspection before the sale. If this is how they handle sales with a good trade in and over 10k paid up front good luck to the next guy with a typical deal. I'd work with them again if the deal is right but if you want good service you better be on the ball bugging them.

Norma Jean was so awesome and down to earth. It's like she knew what we wanted already lol. She went to bat for my husband and I to get us a great SUV with affordable payments. I have been doing my own customer service this last few days. Finally the sunroof is fixed. Now they refused to pay for the extra key I was told I would get. Over $75 retail( I'm sure they don't pay that) I have contacted each manager and was told," in my experience,people like you are never happy". The lack of customer service is alarming. Apparently they have enough business without mine. Or anybody else I know.

Exceeds Expectations!

I went in expecting to trade my beloved 2014 Raptor for a used vehicle with low payments. Ashley Ramirez took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a vehicle that I LOVE and with NO PAYMENTS!!! He even took it upon himself to install a DVD player for the kiddos. I highly recommend Ashley The Car Guy. He has made me a customer for life!!!

Have bought 5 brand new F-150's and one brand new Flex from Pollard since 2010. They are always ready to make a good deal and if they don't have the vehicle you want on their lot, they will find it and get it for you...both new and used.

Sold me a bad car , check engine light was on when i bought it and he said it was a sparkplug but car got worse . Got a computer put on it and ended bieng timing chain going out... Pollard Ford said they will not fix it cz i had it for 3 months. so sad i traded an old great car as a down payment and got stuck with a broken car...forgot to mention it left me n my kids stranded cz car wouldnt turn on. They were very friendly when they gor me to buy the car but now that there's problems all i get is " sorry we cant help u" and we have two vehicles from them.

I actually have never bought a vehicle from here, thank goodness, however I have seen many of the ones sold due to my line of work. They will sell vehicles in unsafe condition and i have seen it time and time again. Please limit your purchases from Polard as they have sold vehicles that do not pass state inspection.
