I've been waiting for over 40 minutes for a vaccine appointment to no avail, it's a shame! ! !
I've been waiting for over 40 minutes for a vaccine appointment to no avail, it's a shame! ! !
I went to the emergency room for some nonsense (a bit of cotton wool stuck in the ear canal) and I came out with my ear completely irritated and painful. The doctors were unable to remove those fillets because they were insufficiently equipped but trying and trying again with those old-fashioned irons made the situation worse.
Needless to mention the waiting times ..
Very important hospital, if I'm not mistaken, it is the first in Europe as an area of square meters that covers very professional staff that can be easily reached
Without words .... I have been in the waiting room for more than an hour, a nonexistent doctor, 4 nurses behind a door without doing anything!
Today we took our Mother to the ophthalmology PS, they were very attentive, Doctor and nurses!
Outdated structure, perhaps even no longer aligned with sanitary regulations.
Cumbersome and dispersive organization.
I did some analysis. 2 out of 3 test tubes have been lost. I had to redo the withdrawal
obviously based on the departments, we have always found professionalism, humanity and kindness
Very good hospital, They spoke good english and They were really Nice, took two hours in total to meet the doctor
Patient attentive staff and highly specialized doctors have treated and treated my son with gold gloves thanks to life!
Competent and helpful staff, however, I find it unacceptable that in a structure like this there are no forms for the recognition of newborns forcing people to go to the first town hall ....
I have my father hospitalized since last Saturday ... I must say great professionalism and a lot of courtesy and patience of the doctors ... We have to keep this hospital high after the Gemeli is absolutely the most serious of all ..
Recently I "attended" the famous polyclinic for the hospitalization of a relative ... the size of the complex, similar to that of many Roman quarters, at the beginning also displaces because the buildings are connected to each other by corridors, but in the 3 weeks of hospitalization I got to understand it ... First of all there are numerous external parking lots with the parking disc or you can reach it with the metro B. The emergency room is located in an ancient building with a wonderful staircase; in the back there is the waiting room with bathrooms and vending machines for coffee, drinks, food and sweets (unfortunately they only accept coins). Given the very large catchment area (central / east Rome) and the impressive number of departments (there is practically any specialization) there is a lot of chaos in the emergency room. The meals, cooked inside the immense kitchen located on the ground floor, arrive hot and taste good. I sincerely thank the whole emergency medicine department for their availability and kindness, here I found highly trained and educated staff, an extraordinary team made up of doctors and nurses who love their work. I was also impressed with the large number of staff for the night shift.
I have given a star because if not they won't let me say. The polycyclic pinga. What is ..... Excuse me for the definition but this is the dick of bureaucracy that haunts us for centuries and centuries to which il cazzo breaks us ........
I was operated on in the maxillofacial department of this hospital a few years ago by prof. Cascone. The experience was excellent regarding the human and professional aspect of the medical-nursing staff, the only problem was the long wait to be hospitalized since when my shift had finally arrived there was an urgent case that took my place !!!!!
Main and very important hospital in the capital. Easily accessible with the underground line line b, with a polyclinic stop. Ability to make the cns or national service card, thus allowing you to use the services of the public administration through your health card. Difficulty finding parking, there are also paid ones. In addition to the subway, it is possible to arrive by bus given the numerous passing lines and trams. Very large hospital with a large number of pavilions and various entrances.
Neurosurgery department of excellence, operated by Prof Berra for delicate spine problem, dated structure but exceptional staff. Excellent treatment
REGION OF LAZIO, BARTOLOMEO (FDI): "POLICLINICO UMBERTO I BETWEEN SPAZZATURA AND INCURIA"
"It is dramatic, as some citizens tell us, the situation in which some rooms of the Policlinico Umberto I find themselves. Fire escape stairs, courtyards and corridors in total neglect, while the president of the Pd Zingaretti has long since abandoned the Lazio Region to deal with of his Pd.
In the meantime, patients and health personnel pay for the laxity of this bad left-wing administration, penalized by the Giunta Zingaretti which forgot the citizens of Lazio and does not take care of the weaker groups .
This is what the exponent of the Brothers of Italy Manuel Bartolomeo declares in a note.
I do not doubt the competence .... it is a University ... we would miss it even if they were not good or up to date .... and go well for the structure that now shows its structural wrinkles ... maaa .. .. the quality More
It seems to me a hospital stopped from cinematographic neorealism
I go to the emergency room for a renal colic they keep me a week in the emergency room I have high creatinine and they don't understand why they do me 4 kidney ultrasounds where they tell me that kidney stones are seen but in the kidneys they can not bother and tell me that with the ultrasound you do not see the ureters I ask you to do a CT scan they deny me I go to another hospital they do the CT scan and they see a 1 cm calculation that they had not seen at the polyclinic. You are visited by specialized nurses who are incapable have made me two weak .. To avoid
A real excellence, excellent in all departments, except if the staff could probably increase
5 full stars at the night ophthalmic hospital! thank you doctor!
Very attentive to the emergency room ... maybe too much: for dizziness they made me brain scans with contrast medium, blood tests, examination of the ENT (fortunately all negative) ...
First aid:
At 1:40 pm absent staff of the department and security, in case of illness you have to hope that someone will pass ... Absent system to order the queue, as soon as you enter to wait for the Triage you ask "who is the last one?" Quarrels with people are inevitable. 118 staff absent next to stretchers, and patients left to themselves, uneven and dangerous floors, a shame for Italian health.
We arrived in red code from istman - my husband had a bag formed by a bad infection due to the extraction of the wisdom tooth that completely blocked the throat - arrived at the P.S. all the doctors carefully carried out every necessary examination and decided immediately for a life-saving trachetomy - dr. Cassoni together with his staff saved his life - highly trained - professional and super competent. WE HAVE LIFE TO IT! GOD BLESS YOU
I have been going there for years for eye exams, they are very fast and precise; to improve the ticket payment management service and the too old structure that would need a nice modernization.
Absurd experience
Appointment at 15.40 arrived at 14.00 for acceptance are 17.30 and still I have visited a disgusting a comings and goings of trainees in the end I have to change my mind the professor who visited us exceptional !!!!!!
Apart from the kindness of the doctors of the postgraduates and university nurses for the rest I would say very bad. Non-existent post-operative care and some rude rude nurses.
Too bad because for these people then pay the whole structure.
I gave birth to my two children in this hospital, the last 4 years ago, the medical staff is of exceptional skill I have seen them deal with extremely serious emergencies with great competence. The meal service was obscene, I don't know now. But then it is not a hotel .... it is also pediatrics at the highest levels. Well done also in ENT and ophthalmology department.
I was hospitalized urgently for a gastric haemorrhage in the emergency room of the Policlinico Umberto I
I was received by a team of professionals at the highest level in an emergency room with excellent equipment.
The gastroscopy department and its doctors are a true excellence.
During the course in the emergency surgery department I was assisted and looked after by excellent doctors and paramedics; all in a clean, humane and kind environment.
The Italian Health and its operators have proved to be a source of pride for me as an Italian
Leonardo Felici
My son was born there and I was treated with respect
Unfortunately my partner served him both the oncology and radiotherapy department were very professional and good and especially in the emergency surgery department and a praise to prof. The great person tower.
Total disorganization. Bad experience. Despite a deep cut on the hand (bleeding) in the ninth month of pregnancy they wanted to make me wait in the waiting room with all the other patients. After several insistences, a very kind doctor put gauze with a plaster on me and advised me to go to another hospital.
Recently I was operated on for an inguinal hernia at the third surgical clinic, what to say ...... everything perfect from the medical staff to the nurses .. effective sympathetic available etc.etc. With regret I found that they want to close the department .. why close a department that works great ????
I would have put 0 stars .... A shame .... the only hospital where the telephone switchboard is non-existent ... it sucks pure. Regarding my case "Doctor" not specialized at all ... not very welcoming structure with staff absent ... I would not recommend it to anyone ...
On 10 November I was hospitalized and operated on in the neurosurgery department of the Policlinico Umberto I in Rome. I can only thank Dr. Luca D'Angelo and all his team for their high professionalism and availability during the hospital stay. I am infinitely grateful to Dr. T. Jiang for her great humanity, professionalism and availability.
A touching personal experience from the point of view of the disease, but unexpectedly faced with great serenity thanks to the excellent organization of the department.
Besides the doctors, I thank all the nursing staff of the ward, and the staff of the operating room for their attention and courtesy.
Barbara Passeri
IRONICALLY; 5 STARS . ECODOPPLER TSA ONE MINUTE TO ACQUIRE IMAGES ONE MINUTE TO WRITE THE REPORT EVEN AT THE FIRST AID ARE SO FAST. THAT I HAVE TO SAY TO YOU ..... OR ENOUGH DOUBTS ABOUT THE REPORT.
GIVEN THE SURFACE.
I would like to point out the maximum professionalism, availability, courtesy and education that Dr. Franceschini (Prof. Galli Odontostomatology Department) reserves for his patients. Review made on behalf of my mother currently being treated in the ward.
A real hospital shame, it should be closed tomorrow
Day ospital infectious diseases department, exquisite staff. Human and extremely available. Praise to all staff.
A few days ago, due to an illness in pregnancy, characterized by severe pain in the head and fainting, I was taken to the Emergency Department of the Policlinico Umberto Primo. Here I found highly professional medical and paramedical staff. I have been carefully visited and treated with a lot of respect. The Neurologist, the Gynecologist, the Doctor in charge of the Emergency Room and the Nurse who takes care of the Triage have welcomed me, reassured me, visited and protected me throughout my period of stay in the facility. I take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude and my most heartfelt congratulations to all those who have helped me in a difficult time, showing not only great professional skills but also sensitivity and empathy with the patient. Thanks so much. L. Checquolo
Bad hospital .. Bad staff with a zero degree of humanity ... In 2010 my mother died, she was a few months old and the department head invented things to be able to analyze my mother's pancreatic cancer. With deception they made us do the biopsy, my mother was still passed off .. Great damn .. Not to mention the daughter of the head of the hospital .. (surely she will remember me ...) .. An unscrupulous person. Without dignity .. We also went to report them to the court of the rights of the sick .. Without any result ...
Incredible long wait, the first thing we are told .. There is to wait! But what does it mean?? What is the purpose of making an appointment ??? If the appointment is at 10 am I will advance to the acceptance, pay the ticket and go up to the department. Now there can be half an hour of waiting but even hours ??? But that sucks
A huge complex of old buildings to be restored ... there are no public toilets, the emergency room is outrageous, people who are badly left in the corridor wrapped up without even a place to sit. I would recommend changes ... even on the maps !! You get lost if you go there for the first time
I sincerely thank the entire Oncology department B, my mom Paola Chiezzi is being treated there, I really thank them for helping us on this journey and for showing great humanity.
I especially thank Dr. Gelibter and specializing Dr. Occhipinti, thanks again for everything really!
A virtual hug
Giulia Di Santo and Paola Chiezzi
It's all about their service! Very bed! And every where has a queue !!
"EQUIPE DE ANNA": an excellent team led by a very talented and well-trained Dr. These are the small realities that contribute to the growth of our National Health System, among the best in the world, which gives sacrosanct RIGHT to everyone, to be treated unconditionally. My heartfelt thanks to Prof. Dr. De Anna.
or put more staff on the switchboard or at least start a hard disk
Thanks
Epochal waiting times, incompetent staff, prompt assistance bordering on squalor (10 people in a room to discuss their own facts and only 2nd to do the work of 100 among patients) ... hope you will never feel bad in the vicinity of this hospital ... come in, kids, you might be over eighty waiting for a blood test
Question, but the hospital is in the center of the ZTL area? Thanks
If you don't know it, have a map and let yourself be well explained where you need to go.
Definitely intricate and messed up.
The pavilions and structures are not well indicated, as are the exits.
I went to the celiac and pain therapy department. And to the central cash desk.
The nurses are definitely not the kind ones that you hope to find in such a place, because if you go to the hospital it is because you are sick or accompany someone. And you need at least a kind face. Some are just burbere x fortuna.
The doctors I saw seemed competent. My anesthesiologist / pain therapy is also human
In the radiotherapy department they are really good, smart and very competent. Bravissimi
At the Policlinico Umberto I there are doctors and Departments of absolute excellence. Precisely for this reason, due to its prestige and the number of patients who turn to this hospital, it should be organized more efficiently (in the afternoon there is no one left), to make surgeries and machinery work until evening, even on Saturdays and on Sunday, to facilitate life in any way to the sick, primarily cancer and the elderly, by communicating online with general practitioners and directly contacting other health facilities, where necessary. It is not possible for fragile and / or lonely people to feel lost and abandoned: not everyone is able to cope alone. Simplify procedures to the maximum and particularly protect cancer patients: they must always have a reference, if necessary, 24 hours a day.
I WAS ENTRY AT FIRST AID AT 12.20 .. FOR A LEFT AT THE GINOCHIO ROTTOOOOOOO ... HAD BEEN WAITING ON THE TABLE WITH SUFFERING SUFFERING UNTIL HALF NIGHT. TO HAVE VISIT AND THE PLASTER .. BEAUTIFUL LESS I UNDERSTAND IT IF IT SHOULD BE CURED YOU NEED HAVE KNOWLEDGE AND RECOMMENDATION !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ALSO AT FIRST AID
Bad experience. Often poorly trained doctors and bad organization. For a wrong prognosis I risked having serious health problems.
Needless to say, it reflects very well the political and organizational distortions of a large hospital.
A shame ! In the emergency room I accompany my girlfriend at 07:30 in the morning for severe abdominal pain. We stayed until 11:40 without being considered in green code, despite having pains so strong that we could not sit. In desperation we went away! Going to Gemini, immediately in YELLOW code they provided.
This star goes to the emergency room where alas I have been waiting and waiting and waiting to be told after a wait lasting hours:
Lady go home long before 5 tomorrow morning nn call her!
ASDURDO 4 ENTRANCE GUARDS AND TWO DOCTORS FOR THE PS?
I WENT THERE FOR EAR EARS WHERE THE VISIT TO THE ENTIRELY NO LONGER EXISTS! THE MR. GRNERICO SEE YOU (IF YOU ARE LUCKY)
THEN EVALUATE SR YOU NEED OTORINO
THROUGH PEOPLE PAINING THEM AND SICK PITY HAVE 4 OF EVERYTHING AND IN CONCLUSION THE DOCTORS WHERE ARE THE SUNDAY?
The center of glaucoma with Dr Arrico and Dr Librando, two women who run the center with great skill and professionalism
if you go to the hematology of via benevento 6 first take the number for the cashier, then go to the counter then cross the road and go to the clinics where they fill out a form, with that then go back to the cashier then go back to the surgery, if they prescribe you a withdrawal return to the cashier with another number, then return to the surgery, then ...
The emergency service is chaotic, slow and disorganized.
Immense, chaotic, historical structure ... trained staff, but often overcrowded
In my experiences (and not even a few aims) I have always found competence. Unfortunately doctors and nurses find themselves working in unsuitable conditions, but this certainly does not depend on them!
Undoubtedly a little more cordiality wouldn't hurt, but I understand that dealing with certain people leads you to behave like this ...
PS if you come to the emergency room for your bad luck and you have to deal with orthopedists try to happen with Laurenti, by far one of the best that are around.
A simple blood draw cannot be done so badly ... I went out with a little pain and the next day it was all purple!
I wanted to thank the whole neurosurgery department for the availability given during my mother's hospital stay. Thanks go to Professor Luca D'angelo and to all his team for the work done every day in support of patients, especially to Dr. T.Jang for her great humanity and availability.
Special thanks to Dr. Luigi Sampirisi who supported my mother from the beginning, before and after the surgery, a humble, professional person to whom I wish a splendid career.
I have had 3 heart operations .. there are the best surgeons in the world!
If it were possible I would not have put even a star ..
Incompetent doctors ..
My 5 year old daughter had a chalazion in the eye as I had already tried with several drops prescribed by the pediatrician and did not go away. He advised me to go directly to the hospital as he was only getting bigger ..
So I did .. I had my daughter checked by the doctors saying that they should have given her a list of tests to do .. so I did .. spending over 100 euros for these tests .. when I came back to deliver them the results they said that would contact within 2 weeks for the appointment ..
I'll tell you more than 2 months went by .. nothing I called no one answered me they gave me all the wrong numbers to call ..
In the end I went to the Baby Jesus solved in a week with the cortisone! Having said all that, months have passed yet they have not contacted me for this "APPROPRIATE APPOINTMENT FOR THE OPERATION" I will tell you veryoooo competent! Fortunately, I sent it to the child Jesus otherwise I would have had my daughter operate on something that was resolved with a simple cortisone ..
Simple ..... I'm alive for them !!! .. (clinically dead ... resurrected with liver transplant .......)
First time of my life seeing doctors and nurses smokes everywhere in a Hospital,
I did not even wait to see the doctor because I was afraid to leave with more troubles than I had before.
Courteous and trained doctors and nurses. New and clean surgery facility.
excellent I followed for 6 years before doing the liver transplant performed at the lazzaro spallanzani in Rome in 2010 here too another "ITALIAN excellence" I say that very often on TV they only show the negative sides of hospitals in Italy and it is not so thank you all
Dental clinic:
non-existent and disorganized reception. Sometimes nice, sometimes surly staff. They do their job but do not follow patients during the course of treatment. Equipment with medium-low standards. Average cleanliness
I don't speak for myself, but for my wife. After four admissions to other Roman structures, visits, exams etc ... my wife's critical srato had remained unchanged. I only say this: he had the two coronaries of the heart occluded. One 100 percent and the other 80 percent. Nobody understood the very serious problems. Here at the Policlinico they understood and solved everything !!! Emergency room doctors are also exceptional. Here we work, we don't sleep !!! And they work well, with great professionalism !!!!
I have never seen in my life a hospital structure so poorly managed, including attendants who collect from the entrance carpet the handkerchiefs of the bathroom that had fallen, nobody saying anything, all who do what they like, Rome in short or addis ababa I do not remember.
HERE WAS BROUGHT MY BROTHER SCRIPCARIU DORU CORNELIU ON 12.05.2013 AFTER HE SUFFERED THREE CEREBRAL VASCULAR ACCIDENTS AND WHERE ON 14.05.2013 AT 10.00 AM THE FAMILY OF DINE WAS ALSO DEAD . GOD WILL REST IN PEACE
DO NOT OPERATE IN THIS HOSPITAL !!!! Total incompetence.
We are a pediatric allergy ..... appointment at 9.30 is 11.30 and we are still waiting ..... a shame ..... no one tells you anything and if you ask too many questions they also answer you in a rude way. .... in the waiting room there are not enough seats, the children exhausted by waiting dangle everywhere .....
No more allergology to umberto 1
There is someone good mah not everyone perhaps has to learn that if one turns to them it is therefore not possible to do otherwise and this is still not clear
returning from a week of hospitalization for my daughter after pediatric emergency room. Nothing to say, all professionals (doctors, nurses, os). they work in overcrowded conditions but manage the first aid and first observation admissions well.
