A few days ago, due to an illness in pregnancy, characterized by severe pain in the head and fainting, I was taken to the Emergency Department of the Policlinico Umberto Primo. Here I found highly professional medical and paramedical staff. I have been carefully visited and treated with a lot of respect. The Neurologist, the Gynecologist, the Doctor in charge of the Emergency Room and the Nurse who takes care of the Triage have welcomed me, reassured me, visited and protected me throughout my period of stay in the facility. I take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude and my most heartfelt congratulations to all those who have helped me in a difficult time, showing not only great professional skills but also sensitivity and empathy with the patient.
