A huge complex of old buildings to be restored ......

A huge complex of old buildings to be restored ... there are no public toilets, the emergency room is outrageous, people who are badly left in the corridor wrapped up without even a place to sit. I would recommend changes ... even on the maps !! You get lost if you go there for the first time
