I found my visit very satisfying. When you can chose you own room, wow....thats love. I let my daughter do that for me, of course to show she makes decisions on her spring break. Just the dogital key would not work for me, so I perfer just getting a key card. The room was very clean. I thought I get access to HHONORS rooms only. In Orlando I did. Ummm, I'll look into that later

I was there for a meeting with some important people for the company I work for. The hotel staff working the conference room cleared empty plates in a timely manner except for about 4 of us. I guess we ate slow. Other than that, I was extremely pleased with the style and decor of the lobby and even the restroom. I'm actually considering staying there during a vacation I have coming. The only drawback I foresee is hearing the airplanes as they fly overhead. We were there for 2 hours and heard the same number of planes, if not more.

Great place to stay only issue for me is when room is completely dark for sleep there is a continuous intermittent flash of bright light that strobes in your room and its disturbing. I understand its necessary for safety but it should be covered or have a shield or whatnot so it doesn't disturb the guests.

First the good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. And now... The room was very small. Advertised as two queens, was actually two fulls. Bathroom was tiny. Shower alternated between cool and nuclear randomly. Mechanical noises through out the night. Do not recommend.

Decent hotel...rooms are about what you'd expect for a property of this age, comfy beds, 42" tvs, bonus of mini-fridge that works well. Bathrooms are small, but functional. Executive lounge is well run and stocked at a level above average Hilton properties in the US. I'd stay here again.

It is not one of the newest hotels in the area, but it was very clean, and I was comfortable. The Executive Lounge was closed due to COVID-19, so I can't report on that part of my stay. I gave 4 stars because of two things. $3.00 for a 12 oz can of diet coke is a bit crazy when ordering room service, and $5.00 delivery charge for delivering my food in a brown paper bag. Not the most effective way to have servers get tips. Otherwise, the stay was good.

Location is great, easy to get to, very close to airport, restaurants. Service is OK, a little slow. Breakfast was adequate, for a price. Rooms were clean, with a fridge, but no microwave.

Hotel had a wedding, I asked to not be on the same floor as the wedding block and they allowed the DJ to play until 1145PM. I was on the 8th floor and the bass was unbearable. I had to be up at 4am for an early flight and was unable to sleep. Called the front desk several times (waited until after 10pm, I m not unreasonable) no help. Called Honors # and sat on hold for over an hour... a freaking hour. Finally gave up. Was woken up at 2am and again after 3am due to drunken wedding party in the hallway (on the floor that I asked to not be on). Called front desk again, no help. Seriously disappointed and will never stay here again, reconsidering using Hilton for business travel after such poor customer service. The hilarious thing of it all is the card on the table when you enter your room that if you are unsatisfied with your stay, they will make it right. Laughable.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Our event was 25 miles away and we still felt that it was worth it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The wife and I both used the gym. It was clean and modern, pretty nice. It could have had bottled water or fruit, but it did have headphones. Overall, we were very happy with the hotel. Oh yes, the beds were very comfortable!

The room itself was very nice and so was the staff, but my husband and I stayed there for a week and had multiple issues with food missing from the room service. Was told I'd be getting a refund for waiting over 2 hours for just a simple chicken tenders meal and a dessert and a meal for my husband, never got the refund after I was promised I would. Found hair in a few of my food items over my stay there, and my husband and I's room card got deactivated the night before checkout and we stood outside of our room for over 20 minutes after we were told someone would bring a new key up, we had to go down there and get it ourselves. I get people make mistakes, but the amount of money they charge you for the food, I'd have expected everything to have been there.

I attended a workshop there. The venue was clean. The staff friendly. The food served was excellent. The room (for the workshop) was set up nicely. The temperature was comfortable. The AV equipment was fantastic.

Stayed here and not only was the toiled clogged and overflowed so I had to use the bathroom downstairs but there were also ants that were in my hotel rooml. The manager said they could do nothing about it because ants have their "own sensors to find food and there is no way to control that." Please tell me how that even makes sense. I have ordered room service at night fell asleep and never woke up with ants on it. As a Hilton Honors member who has stayed all over the world in Hilton Hotels this was unbelievable and poor service.

I haven t stayed there yet so I can t speak for the hotel itself. As for the people working in reservations they are horrible. I m planning a stay for a friend s wedding and after being on the phone for 1 hour, and correcting the person booking my room at least 5 times about my dates of arrival and departure, they still booked me the wrong dates. I then called back to make corrections to my reservation. Still despite telling the dates to another person, they kept telling me that because the wedding I m flying in for was on the 16, they have my check in on the 16. They couldn t add an additional date to my reservation, so I now have two reservations and it sounds like I ll have to possibly switch rooms after the first night to be closer to friends attending this wedding.

Great stay! Staff in the morning was very kind enough for early check out! Shuttle attendant asked me if i needed a ride! Services are established well, all staff memebers gretted, welcomed and made you smile!

First two days were ok. Hotel is nice but dated. Last night in town and there is some crazy party with rhythmic drum beating or something...I'm 5 floors up and it's all I can hear. I finally lost it after 4 hours. Called the front desk at 11:45pm! I was told the party was ending at 1am! Jesus, is this a hotel or a night club? Avoid this place if you like your sleep.
